Guest room dresser and closet provide plenty of storage, the primary bedroom includes a king size bed and two large dressers, plus a smart tv., the attached lanai contains the washer/dryer and direct access to the patio, a small desk provides a place to work, the spacious primary bathroom features a walk in shower, a walk in closet completes the primary suite, living and dining, the main bathroom features a bathtub, marble tile and storage, the spacious living room in breezy coastal decor has plenty of seating., xfinity cable tv access is provided on a wall mounted 65" smart tv installed in 2023. high speed internet is also included, the dining lanai provides lovely patio and preserve views, a bar set up and playful cocktail glassware are included, as well as a selection of books, from the lanai, our 30' x 12' paver patio, complete with weber grill and plenty of seating, provide the perfect spot to relax or enjoy a meal al fresco, at night, solar uplighting illuminates the palm trees, an enclosed carport keeps the car cool. the closet holds beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and other beach toys. in addition, the home features a brand new central air conditioning system, new roof and new hot water heater, all installed in 2021., meet the owners, john and jackie.
