When we talk about reviews in the service, and especially in tourism, it is clear to everyone how they have become one of the most important currencies, because they reflect the satisfaction of guests with our service and product. If for a restaurant, hotel or any other business we have one negative comment, among the last five comments, it is certain that this will directly affect resale.  

Also, an extremely big challenge is that most customers will leave a negative comment if they have had an unpleasant experience, but positive remnants are rarely left behind. If we care about the quality of service, the level of customer satisfaction should be one of our imperatives in business. And that is why it is necessary to approach this challenge strategically, because as we know - positive reviews are money.

And that is why Ban Tours Yachting, in cooperation with the domestic solution FastReview, took on this challenge.  

Ban Tours Yachting is the only charter company in Croatia that has a mono fleet of 44 Dufour Grand Large sailboats located in two bases: Marina Frapa and Kaštela, connects the entire fleet to the application FastReview which aims to improve positive reviews and raise the quality of service.  

It is a domestic startup company and a FastReview solution based on a web application, ie a technological solution that helps the client in more successful business management and brand strengthening in a way that is the easiest way to get positive online user reviews. Crucially, the user immediately leaves a review at the end of the service in the fastest possible way.

Their tool provides the client with a solution that motivates end users to leave reviews via the NFC card on the spot and at the end of using the service. The end user just has to put his phone on the card and the interface opens automatically   leads him directly to leave reviews.

At Ban Tours Yachting, the goal is not only to satisfy the level of service, but also to surpass it.

"Our six-month service is a very professional and pre-planned set of activities / tasks that lead together into one - providing a platform for top experiences; our sailboat. As Croatia is the largest charter market in the world, the client has a lot of websites and offers in front of his research, which makes this, or anything else, difficult to communicate. This makes having a significant number of clients, who talk about our service, even more important and allows us to quickly and unambiguously draw attention to our service. "There is also an extremely important segment of internal reviews because we can react immediately. The biggest problem is when a guest goes and writes a negative review without us even knowing we had a problem. For example when a guest left the hotel and wrote a negative comment Through the new upgrade of the FastReview system, we can react immediately and thus immediately solve the problem and change a negative experience into a positive one and get a positive review online. customers and positive reviews after all ",  adds Aračić.

I can say that in 2022 everything is coming to fruition and I hope that in 14 days we will break all records in the last 14 years of work in the charter department in Ban Tours. I believe and know that others have been much better this year and these are great things for our industry. Every crisis is really an opportunity, and the whole situation has encouraged a good part of colleagues to new relationships and market appearances. This Luxury Hotel Has Its Own Yacht — Here's What It's Like Sailing On It

The visionary couple behind the beloved Tuscan boutique hotel Borgo San Pietro has introduced "Satori," a 137-foot sailing yacht.

This lifestyle luxury group is the gift that keeps on giving.

Shattering the glass ceiling with the highly talked about, award-winning 13th-century Tuscany boutique hotel Borgo Santo Pietro, the eponymous company now extends unrivaled charm and timeless design to Satori , the ultimate yacht experience.

A tender whisks me from the port in Athens, and we'll soon be approaching the yacht. From a short distance, I see the majestic Satori — or at least I hope I do. We start to slow for disembarkment, and the nautical blue starboard, vintage schooner shape, and vertical spars, standing majestic with the gods give her away. I do an internal backflip. It’s here, aboard this five-star luxury charter,  where I’ll spend the next few nights.

I’m greeted with flowing wine and hors d'oeuvres, and I don't know it yet, but for the next few days, every bite (and sip) I take will make my taste buds dance with the Mediterranean's brightest and most organically sourced flavors.

As my luggage is taken care of, I'm ushered towards the plush coffee lounge seating area where I meet Claus Thottrup, half of the duo behind the Borgo Santo Pietro Group of lifestyle companies. "C’est Magnifique" by Kay Starr hums in the background, and the rosé feels pleasing on the palate. Claus beams as he tells me passionately about Satori ’s air-conditioned wine cellar.

(Side note: You're invited to indulge in the wine services aboard the yacht, and with an admirable boutique collection of wines selected to complement the impressive meals on board, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a reason not to indulge. In fact, the cellar stocks biodynamic and sustainably produced wines sourced directly from Borgo Santo Pietro’s estate in Tuscany.)

Claus continues to tell me with pride all about the 12 years of dedication and commitment to creating excellent taste profiles. Before I know it, I’ve finished my rosé, and I'm being handed a glass of pinot noir, another Borgo classic that goes down all too well. 

Within an hour of my arrival, I slip into something more comfortable for sailing and began exploring.

At almost 137 feet in length, there’s ample opportunity for you to feel at home, and meandering through the space is easy. The teak flooring is smooth underfoot, and the flat floors make passing through each facet safe. With 376 square feet of indoor living space, encompassing a library, indoor dining area, and writing desk, you can take full advantage of the quiet moments. The best bit about this 'indoor' area is that you don’t feel like you're missing out on the sailing experience — the windows have been designed at sea level to bring expansive 360-degree views to you. In addition, the coffee deck at the stern lets you relax and be social with the wind in your hair. For complete privacy, the bow area offers an additional outdoor lounge. By night, it transforms into the most romantic cinema you’ve ever seen. 

With five luxury guest rooms including a main suite, Satori can accommodate up to 10 guests. On the other hand, with fewer guests, you can convert a cabin into a private spa facility with a steam room and treatments.

We dropped anchor in the most idyllic spots: Dokos, Hydra, Spetses, and Poros. Unlike other charters, this slimline sailing yacht can schmooze close to the turquoise rock pools and crystal-clear shallow depths. Our first stop was Agine, a picture-perfect lagoon for swimming, jet skis, and getting out the toys . Adrenaline lovers will have endless fun with the range of Seabobs, Kayaks, and Ringos.

An afternoon of frivolity can work up a serious appetite, and I soon learned that aboard Satori , feeling hungry is a good idea. No matter what time of the day, a meal is never just a plate of food; it's a labor of love, thought, and execution — and there's plenty to go around. Guests can expect to eat at the mid-deck dining table with open kitchen views and unobstructed destination scenes.  

Chefs are trained at Borgo Santo Pietro Saporium , the flagship Tuscany restaurant where authentic flavors and inventive cooking practices are the hallmarks of tantalizing cuisine. Needless to say, we were spoiled with inspired, flavourful dishes. My favorites were the lahmacun (a Middle Eastern flatbread), lobster risotto, and fresh tuna. For specifics, guests are encouraged to communicate preferences with the chef. 

Co-owners and designers Claus and Jeanette Thottrup made it their mission to capture a truly remarkable dining experience . As part of the Borgo Santo Pietro luxury lifestyle group, the culinary mission is one of great passion for the pair. With two Michelin-starred restaurants, a five-star boutique hotel, and unique guest experiences centered around food and wine, there’s no surprise that gourmet flavors are at the epicenter of a Satori voyage. 

Overamplifying the grace of Satori’s understated elegance and uncompromised comfort would ordinarily feel too much. But I catch a glimpse of myself in the glossy mahogany exterior, and amidst the deep diagonal layers of rich brown tones, I can see that Satori has gotten under my skin. Living up to her namesake meaning "instant enlightenment," I feel relaxed and at peace. Maybe it's the idea of traveling back in time?

This hand-carved wooden schooner gives all the vintage feels, as the inside decor illuminates the refined characteristics and prosperity of the 1920s and 1930s. The emphasis on clean lines, smooth round corners, and nature-inspired neutrals reflect a contemporary interpretation of Streamline Moderne . With orthopedic mattresses, sepia-tinted marble en-suite bathrooms, and technology-forward devices in every room, the old and new design elements merge unprecedentedly for a world-class sailing experience. I’m beginning to think that Satori’s unique narrative is what sailing dreams are made of.

The Genoa sail is out as we glide towards the island of Hydra. Island hopping and exploring untouched remnants of history are foremost on the itinerary. Of course, you can shape it to your liking, but for now, I felt like an Iconic star of the 1930s, taking in my first quintessential Greek experience.

A picturesque landscape that has seduced many with its stone mansions, brightly colored neighborhoods, and fairy-lit harbor is what you can expect from this island.  For us, getting lost in narrow alleys and visiting art museums is first on the agenda. Musing over the pleasant temperature came second. “This is shoulder season? It's perfect!” was the working title. Zero crowds and T-shirt weather make October in Greece a hot commodity — some might say it's the new July.  

Satori offers multiple sailing destinations, and guests can pick from a Mediterranean menu of beautiful places. Itineraries for Turkey, Croatia, Montenegro, Italy, France (Corsica) can be found here . Satori sails between June through October. Do they have chicken wings at this stadium?

On the Stadium's website, it mentions no tripods or selfie sticks. Anyone know if you're allowed to bring in a gimbal for a cell-phone?

I don't think they allow it. They're very strict and also bags have to be see thru as well as purses for Ladies have to be a clutch purse. I hope this helps. RR-:)

First time at Levi's Stadium and first time seeing a Country Concert in a loooong time...saw Dixie Chicks (okay more bluegrass) and Tim McGraw back in the day and most recently, Luke Combs. The stadium itself is new, organized, staff friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to attend with a friend and sat at Club Level with a section of food vendors and clean, facilities without any long lines. Major perk! Traffic driving in and out was organized and wasn't an issue. CONS is the food options...a lot of vendors for chicken tenders, sausages...with a BBQ spot...not much variety. Also, heard from people (not from the area) attending the stadium not being great for parking, transportation (taking Lyft or Uber) and no convenient lodging like other stadiums (aka Sacramento). We parked in the Red Lot (close!) and yes, it cost a premium! Overall, great venue for a concert or game. Really enjoyed the concert and seating comfortable.

I came here to see a concert and while the venue looks nice, it's all the other stuff that makes it a pretty poor experience. The first part of the poor experience is the parking itself. We were funneled into some random lot about a quarter mile from the stadium and were told we had to pay $70 for parking. I've already been gouged paying for over-priced concert tickets, and now hit with another $70 charge just to park my car. Cool... We make our way into the stadium and it looks nice. You can definitely tell it's a new arena as it doesn't have many signs of wear and tear. Lots of Niners stuff around and that's pretty cool if you're a Niners fan. We find our way to our seats and the seats themselves were nice, but we're getting hungry... Fast forward to finding a taco stand where you're paying $10 per taco and somewhere around $5-6 for a bottle of water. So for a couple of tacos and water you're out another $30. The whole experience felt like you were just getting nickled and dimed for anything. I can see why they call it Levi's stadium. After having so many different hands reaching into my pockets I needed to buy a new pair of jeans afterwards.

First time at Levi's stadium! Me and my boyfriend were so excited to go watch the Niners play! Although, they should make the stadium bigger with a cover. It was still fun! BANG BANG NINER GANGGG #ninerfaithful

Attended the Luke Combs concert at Levi's Stadium. I got tickets in the club level section just under the luxury boxes. It's similar to the club level of Oracle Park where there are indoor bars and food options with table, chairs and restrooms. The food options for Levi's are limited to your typical stadium faire minus Star. The stadium seats are padded and pretty nice for any outdoor stadium. I paid for Red Lot 1 parking which is the closest to the entrance to Levi's and well worth the $$. Easy entrance and exit out of Red lot 1 on to Great America parkway. Lots of Stadium staff kept the large crowd moving. Overall a good experience.

Go Niners, and let's hope we win the Super Bowl this year! I'm manifesting it in this review for 2024. I predict we will beat the Ravens by a close score, and Brock Purdy will win Super Bowl MVP! Can we do it? I don't know, we'll see. Oh, Levi's Stadium, from the first Inaugural game in 2014 (San Jose Earthquakes vs. Seattle Sounders, Winter Classic in 2015 to the Vikings vs. 49ers in 2021, I've been to it all! I was the first person to sit in my seat at the Inaugural Soccer game. I also still attend 49ers games routinely every year and greatly enjoy the environment with my dad. But to analyze this stadium, they could have put more effort into building it compared to Sofi. Although Sofi was opened in 2020, it could have come at least close. It's super sunny on one side of the stadium, the food is mid, the stadium isn't built to loud like other football stadiums, parking is expensive, and you can barely see the two jumbotrons.

Idk how they have such few stars. They actually have a decent choice of food and drinks and I've been to a few stadiums. They also have a plethora of bathroom stalls which is a must at events. Also a walkable location if you live in the near by hoods. Def recommend. Also Puesto margs is a plus if you are a fan.

Home of the SF 49ers! Period. If that isn't enough for you then, they also have amazing views regardless of where you sit and sooo many eateries that you will get in and out in no time and back to your seats. Local favorites from starbird, super duper, blue line pizza, Pete's coffee, and more! Very well labeled and organized events help you get to your seats or wherever you need to get to without hassle.

I have been a lifelong 49ers fan so Levi's stadium will always have a special place in my heart. Maybe not quite as much as candlestick but still great memories nonetheless. There truly is no bad seat in the house. You get a great view of the field from each level you sit in and feel like you're part of the action. We went for the NFC championship and had a wonderful experience. The food is of course overpriced as any stadium is but it does not lack in flavor if you know where to go. A favorite is always the garlic fries and chicken tenders. I have also been for 3 different Taylor Swift concerts over the years and have always been so impressed with how immersive it feels with Taylor and the sound in the stadium. Thank you Levi's stadium for housing so many of my favorite memories!

Attended a Sunday evening game at Levi's Stadium and opted for the VTA light rail from Milpitas to dodge the high parking prices--what a win! The sight of $80 parking lots while cruising on the light rail made us pat ourselves on the back for our choice. The rail conveniently drops you right in front of the stadium, a short, easy walk amidst the electrifying atmosphere of tailgating fans--talk about getting hyped for the game! As first-timers, we missed the policy about canned alcohol needing to be opened before returning to your seat, but the clean bathrooms and the shockingly short line for the women's restroom at halftime were pleasant surprises! Now, about the food--the prices were steep, and sadly, the BBQ sandwich we tried was a 5/10 at best. I hoped for better considering the cost, especially with the 'upgraded' BBQ sauce. Despite the food letdown, we had a blast overall. The vibe, the atmosphere, and the experience were fantastic. Looking forward to coming back for more game days!

Amazing stadium! 49ers season tickets holders since Levi Stadium opened. One of the best stadium I've been in.:)) food stands are good choices. Lots of clean bathrooms. The opening when you first walk in is a WOW feeling. Never been to any event but the Niners games.If you haven't visit it's a must see. Love it so much i even name my child middle name LEVI :))

Payment guidelines and conditions

The Charterer undertakes to pay the sailing boat accommodation fee to the benefit of the gyro-account of Ban Tours or with credit card (American Express, Diners Club International, Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa) as follows:

• 50% of the sailing boat accommodation fee (down payment) when booking the vessel for a defined period;
• 50% of the sailing boat accommodation fee (balance payment) 4 weeks before the arrival;

The payment shall be made on the basis of the issued invoice. In order that the booking becomes final, the Charterer is obligated to pay the down payment.

Please respect the payment due dates for the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in case of delayed payment without prior notice.

Reservation cancelation

• 50% of the amount of the sailing boat accommodation fee in case the Charterer should cancel 29 days before the beginning of the sailing boat accommodation
• total amount of the sailing boat accommodation fee in case the Charterer should cancel 28 to 0 days before the sailing boat accommodation, as well as after the beginning of the period for which the vessel was stipulated
