Houseboat Holidays

Houseboat Holidays in the Thousand Islands

Free National Park Pass

Your boat comes with a pass to the 1000 Island National Park, giving you docking or mooring privileges to the 23 park islands in this famous region. The park has a number of summer activities, especially for children. For more information, visit their website.

Easy to operate

Each boat is equipped with a 60 hp outboard motor which provides plenty of power to take you on your trip but not too much power. We'll show you how everything works and we'll then take you out for a drive and make sure you're comfortable before we send you off on your adventure.

Quiet. No generators.

Your boat is powered entirely from propane and electric supplied by batteries so there is no need for a generator. This means quiet nights and no noise pollution. Many of the Park islands now prohibit the use of generators. So instead, you get to hear the natural sounds of nocturnal life on the river. Watch Neil's briefing video and see how easy our boats are to operate.

Launch is located adjacent to Loughborough Lake Marina (no charge for Loughborough Inn guests).

Even if you’re from out of town – Kingston or Gananoque – and want to examine the stock of our rental boats, we are a short drive away from both and always welcome new inquiries.

Boat rentals are a great way to test the waters and see if it’s cut out for you. If you have any questions related to the craft or any concerns about your boat rental, the helpful staff at the marina will be glad to assist you and fill you in on everything you need to know.

Fishing Boats

sailboat rental kingston ontario

One could argue that any boat could be a fishing boat, but when we’re talking about fishing boats, we’re talking about boats that were designed specifically with fishing in mind. This is what makes them one of the most popular boat rental types. These fishing boats come equipped with bait tanks, trolling motors, 40 hp and above have swivel seats, as well as places to store rods.

Pontoon Boats

Pontoon boats are another popular kind of fishing and pleasure boat. these flat boats rely on pontoons to float and can carry a heavy load. as far as pontoon boats go as boat rental types, they are great for family outings where not everyone wants to fish. they are roomy enough to allow for fishing and other kinds of fun, like sun bathing, reading, diving and swimming. these boats are used in fresh and salt water., 18.5 ft pontoon boat.
