Gulets are traditional Turkish motor yachts, which are beautifully crafted from wood. They have a spacious sundeck, perfect for soaking up the sun and admiring the views as you cruise the clear waters of the Aegean and Mediterranean. A gulet cruise allows you to reach secluded bays not accessible by land and to swim in the clearest of water, away from the shore.

From time to time you will stop off to visit places of interest along your route, the perfect way to explore the remains of the ancient civilizations, which once inhabited this part of the world. Our gulets have between 3 to 10 cabins. All cabins are equipped with air conditioning and en suite facilities including WC, hand basin and shower. Air conditioning cannot be operated whilst gulets are in harbour and will operate usually between 3 to 5 hours per day. What to Bring:

• By nature of the design, space is limited so it is best not to bring too much with you and a holdall is recommended instead of a rigid suitcase.
• Sheets are provided as are bath towels for your cabin although not swimming towels.

It is very possible to find attractive discounts in the Turkey yacht charter market. Turkey is a country with much higher price advantages compared to countries such as Italy, Greece, Montenegro and Croatia.

The main reason for this is that there are yacht building shipyards in Turkey and hundreds of new boats are built every year. The majority of these yachts go on blue cruise tours as part of commercial activities, which offers attractive discounts on current rental prices.

Last minute discounts are prices that occur before 1-2 weeks of the tour date, unlike early booking periods. If the boat is empty, the owner wants to reduce the prices even more so that he/she does have a tour in last minute. When you consider the expenses on the yachts, a tour that can be taken for monthly crew salaries, fixed expenses, electricity and water costs will be good. For this reason, every boat wants to take a tour all weeks in charter period.

Gulet for rent Turkey are held between April and November. During these periods, departure and return days for all boats are usually Saturdays. For this reason, everyone uses the first choice for boat rental in June, July, August and September. In the remaining months, attractive discount conditions are created and prices.

Not all boats do early reservation or last minute discounts. This may be due to different reasons, but according to the general market conditions, it is possible to get last minute discounts if the boat has not taken the tour 1-2 weeks before the tour date. There is another issue, if you want to rent boats in the classifications you want at very attractive prices at the last minute, you can rent an no named boat.

How does this work?

In order to gulet for rent Turkey a no named boat, you must contact by your agency within the early reservation period. You promise your agency that you will rent a boat. In addition, when you make a small prepayment, your agent will be convinced that you will rent a boat from them.

This payment is then deducted from the tour price. Your agency will search for attractively priced boats for you until the holiday date you want. You can find and rent the most affordable boat for you until 1 week before your vacation. Since you do not know the name of the boat until the last minute, you can rent a boat nonamed.

Gulet Larin Su, a 31-meter vessel offering a comfortable experience for up to 16 guests. Accommodation includes 5 double cabins and 3 triple cabins, each equipped with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. The gulet underwent refits in 2014 and 2020 for a refreshed feel.

On deck, you’ll find sun mattresses for lounging, a leisure area at the rear, and fishing equipment for those interested in angling. Dive into the underwater world with provided masks, snorkels, and flippers or enjoy water activities like canoeing and paddle boarding. Additional amenities include a 70HP tender, waterskis, wakeboard, and the option for jet ski rental (on request and at extra charge). For entertainment, there’s a TV, DVD player, CD player, Wi-Fi, and USB connections for multimedia devices.

If you are browsing for last minute gulet cruises over the internet…you might be disappointed. There are very few deals listed on small number of pages and even those deals are not the best what you can get and it is also a big question how actual they are.

No. 1 - gulets are not like hotels 

If a hotel has a last minute price, it means some period is not selling very well. For example, if a hotel has 500 room free, they publish last minute promotion and they have to sell 500 rooms to a huge amount of different people. If a gulet is available for some period and gulet owner needs to sell urgently, he will give a special last minute price…but this price is valid only for 1 x private charter.

It is like a hotel would give last minute promotion only for 1 available room. A not very cool thing for an agency promoting it, as the room can be booked faster that it is published on the internet as a special deal.

No. 2 - situation is changing every minute 

For a good last minute portal, you must have lots of last minute deals. There are more then 500 gulet vessels in the market and to monitor them how booked are they and when do they have a special deals on some dates…well it is very very hard.

No. 3 - huge discounts can give a bad name to the gulet owner

It can happen an owner has a great season but has 2 or 3 weeks still empty for his clients. As it is last minute, he might be willing to lower the prices, but if he tells to all his partners that they can promote this last 3 weeks for a great price..what will happen…Clients that already booked might find out about this…and they will go crazy…

On the other hand, all the agencies would see how much the price went down, and they would just wait for next year and book the gulet Last Minute. And this would all give the owner the bad name. So the owners do not really allow to publish the great deals on the internet but are willing to negotiate when the exact serious inquiry arrives.

This is just the 3 main reasons, why the best “last minute gulet cruises” are normally not listed on the internet.

So if you wish to get a gulet last minute gulet cruise deal, you will have to send request  and state your exact budget. If you do this, then you will get more for the smaller price.

But you have to know one more thing. And this is super important!

If you book last minute, you can get the cheapest offers, but this does not mean you will be a happy camper….

We have made huge analysis and we were shocked to discover that the amount of discount is usually connected to the percentage of complaints!!!

What this means….this means that clients that received 50% discount on gulet cruise deal, there was a 50% chance they were not totally satisfied.

Lots of people ask me what is better, to book Early or Last Minute. It depends on what are your expectations. If you book last minute you will get a better deal, but you will have very limited options to choose from. Everything has to be done faster and there is a chance you come up empty handed. (that everything is booked, especially in high season).

If you book early (or a couple of months before your departure) you have lots of selections, possibilities, the best gulets that offer the best services are still available and also the satisfaction rate from clients is usually the best. The decision is yours what suits you better.
