nedostatek soukromí, apartmány jsou propojené pouze dveřmi a naprosto všechno je slyšet z vedlejšího apartmánu ( doslova každé upadnutí špendlíku) a téměř všechno z ostatních i vzdálenějších,

přístav hned u ruky, kousek do centra, jinak nic

celkově dost zdevastované, ropadlá židle, prasklé sklo v okně a na balkóně, wifi jen na chodbě, čekal jsem lepší kvalitu.
