• “Amazing Day” I went with Boating Cartagena because of a friends recommendation and I was extremely happy with every step of the booking and trip. We booked with Ana who answered the many questions we had and she organised lots of specific drinks and snacks to be onboard. The crew were very profesional and friendly and the assistant always made sure we had a fresh cold drink which was fantastic service! What a great experience for a very reasonable price. The boat is even bigger than it looks in pictures and has a lot of space for seating and even to have a dance floor. Sound system was also great. Crew was very nice and served us well. Highly recommend!

Once your embarkation date is 30 days away, the other 50% is collected for the price of the yacht, plus the APA, plus the taxes due.

Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 14 days before the experience starts. If the day of your charter there is bad weather, we can  reschedule for another day without any additional fee.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND All boats come with life jackets and emergency kits. 10% gratuity is optional. Wire transfer required for payments over USD 2,000. Payment methods: Debit or Credit Card, Wire, PayPal, Cash. If you have allergies or medical needs, please bring your medications in case of an emergency. You can bring your food and beverages. If you don’t want to think about it, we can provide our chef/catering and shopping service. All boats have sound systems. Children are welcome onboard and counted as passengers.

Things to keep in mind (FAQ)

We love animals and would feel terrible if they get seasick, so as a general rule no pets allowed. (some yachts are ok, please ask which ones)

All vessels come with life jackets, emergency and first aid kits.

You can bring your own alcohol and food without any problem.

All yachts include a sound system for your music

Children are allowed on board and are counted as a passenger

Payment is due 10 days before your charter date

For charters over $5k a wire transfer is required
