The 72.55m/238' 'Coral Ocean' (ex. Coral Island) motor yacht built by the German shipyard Lurssen is available for charter for up to 13 guests in 7 cabins. This yacht features interior styling by English designer Bannenberg & Rowell.

Built in 1994, Coral Ocean is designed for exquisite indoor/outdoor living and boasts voluminous interior and exterior spaces across several decks: ideal for bronzing, lounging or entertaining. She has sensational features such as a spa and gym.

Guest Accommodation

Coral Ocean offers guest accommodation for up to 13 guests in 7 suites comprising a master suite, one VIP cabin, two double cabins and two twin cabins. A crew of twenty-two, who specialize in creating exceptional charters, are on hand to provide guests with a yacht charter vacation to remember.

Keeping comfortable and entertained on Coral Ocean is easy thanks to the available amenities, particularly a sauna to help you detox and regenerate. Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you, particularly Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. Guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.

Performance & Range

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 13 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 17 knots with a range of up to 6,000 nautical miles from her 157,000 litre fuel tanks at 11 knots. An advanced stabilisation system on board reduces the side-to-side roll of the yacht and promises guests exceptional comfort levels at anchor or when underway.

Coral Ocean knows a thing or two about fun on the water, with an extensive selection of action packed water toys and accessories for you and your guests to enjoy whilst on charter. Principle among these are three Flyboards, experience flying in and out of the water with the latest in high adrenaline watersport. Also there are FunAir waterslides for hours of fun for all ages. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. If that isn't enough Coral Ocean also features towable toys, waterskis, a seabob, wakeboards, fishing equipment and much more. Coral Ocean features four tenders, but leading the pack is a 12m/39'4" Pardo Chase Tender to transport you in style.

PHOENIX 2 Yacht for Charter

PHOENIX 2 is a 295' (90m) superyacht that has been designed for luxurious comfort and endless entertainment. With its striking exterior and impressive interior, it offers guests an unforgettable experience on the water.

The yacht boasts an expansive aft deck, providing guests with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. With a large seating area, sun loungers and a Jacuzzi, the aft deck is the perfect spot for alfresco dining, soaking up the sun, or simply unwinding with a good book.

Inside, the main salon is equally impressive, with ample natural light flooding the space through large windows. A formal dining area is located aft and connects seamlessly with the main deck via curved sliding glass doors. A second versatile indoor area is found on the bridge deck in the sky lounge, where guests can enjoy panoramic views from an elevated aspect.

PHOENIX 2 can accommodate up to 12 guests across six luxurious staterooms, including a full-beam master suite with a private lounge, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The VIP staterooms are located on the bridge deck and feature king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and stunning views of the ocean. The remaining guest accommodation comprises two double staterooms and two twin staterooms, all with en-suite facilities.

One of the highlights of PHOENIX 2 is its sun deck, which features a large pool, sun loungers, and a bar. The sun deck is perfect for entertaining guests, with ample space for alfresco dining and relaxing in the sunshine.

On the sundeck aft, guests will find a second lounge area, complete with a fully equipped gym and a sauna. It features a cinema projector and drop-down screen, ideal for movie nights under the stars.

PHOENIX 2 also features a beach club, which serves as an approved RYA water sports center. The beach club provides guests with easy access to the water and offers an array of water toys, including a jet ski, sea kayaks, and paddleboards.

With stabilizers at both anchor and underway, comfort is always assured aboard PHOENIX 2. The yacht is operated by a highly experienced and professional crew, who are always on hand to cater to guests' every need.

A $1.4 Million-Per-Week Yacht Charter Experience

Y.CO has just welcomed the 298-foot Lürssen Lady Lara to the charter fleet. The lowest weekly base rate is $1.4 million for bookings this winter in the Caribbean and Bahamas.

The yacht is also listed for sale—at more than $254 million—for the first time since the German shipyard delivered it in 2015. Y.CO’s Max Bulley and Gary Wright, along with Merle Wood of Merle Wood & Associates, represented the yacht at the recent Monaco Yacht Show.

“With Lürssen quality and stunning Reymond Langton design, Lady Lara is an exceptional yacht that was conceived with family living in mind,” Wright stated in a press release. “Her adaptable spaces, variety and flexibility, in addition to all the amazing features like the breathtaking spa area, the beach club and two pools, are ideal for multigenerational groups and put Lady Lara into a league of her own.”

Accommodations are for 12 guests in their choice of eight staterooms (for private use, the yacht is built to accommodate 16 guests). Six of the guest staterooms are on the main deck, with one on the lower deck. The master suite has its own private deck with an exterior terrace, outdoor hot tub, and indoor library. The aft-deck space in the owner’s area is called a “winter garden,” with sliding glass panels that can be closed to shelter diners from the elements.

There also are two cabins for owner’s staff or supernumeraries, in addition to the yacht’s quarters for 27 crew.

Onboard amenities include an aft-deck pool whose floor can be raised to create a dance floor. A sound system on this deck helps to create a discotheque-style environment for parties. There’s another pool up on the sundeck, this one with a swim-up bar.

On the bridge deck, guests have access to the spa, which includes a hammam, massage room, treatment room, beauty salon and gymnasium. Guests who prefer to get their exercise outdoors can do so from the beach club at water level, which has a steam room and a sauna along with a sunbathing area.

For rainy days and relaxing nights, the lower deck aboard Lady Lara includes a cinema. There’s also a touch-and-go helipad on board, if guests want to escape to a different spot up the coast.

How fast can Lady Lara cruise? According to Y.CO, the yacht has a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots, which is plenty fast for exploring the islands.

Though there are few hotels with this kind of tech – her two video-art walls (made up of 42 individual, 140-centimetre monitors) are linked to a pair of cameras which, mounted outside, can convert the walls into virtual windows. On the main deck, an LED-lit bar sits across from an electronic piano, built into a mirror-buffed table by liquid metal specialists Based Upon. The real crowd-pleaser, however, is the Crystal Caviar chandelier, a Chihuly-style cascade that weighs a staggering 350kg.

The lucky jaguar

As the owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Khan commissioned this four-metre statue to grace the bowsprit on game days – one paw resting on an American football helmet, the other in the air. But what wows most about this bespoke feature is how it was made. 3D-printing specialist Materialise is behind the silver feline, which was crafted in a single piece comprising more than 5,000 layers (and measuring 0.5 millimetres each). Each layer is a liquid polymer that hardens when hit by a laser beam. With a lumen rating of 10,260, the protective metallic coating is about four times brighter than a 150-watt lightbulb. The jaguar statue will be replicated on Khan's new yacht, the 122-metre Project Jag . 

The individually-styled cabins

Whisper has the same number of decks and cabins as Khan's previous Lürssen, the 74-metre Kismet (now Global ). With 20-odd metres to play with, the rooms are wider, multi-windowed and in prime position on the main deck. Each cabin is also individually designed, touting a separate colour scheme and door emblem. Whisper features a fairly unusual accommodation called a "sea cabin" – placed on the lower deck on the portside amidships, motion will be at a minimum for guests who suffer from seasickness. 

The "subterranean" spa

Placed deep within the ship, Whisper 's Persian-inspired spa benefits from little motion and a darker, moodier ambience – creating what Pascal Reymond calls a "naturally [...] meditative space". Her lengthy list of services include a hammam, cold plunge pool, steam shower, massage room, separate hair and beauty salon and dedicated onboard hairdresser. Hidden access also prevents crew and visiting therapists from disrupting owner areas.

The multi-levelled pool

Oval-shaped and mosaic-tiled, this 12-metre superyacht swimming pool has an integrated Jacuzzi that, being slightly raised, doubles as an observation deck. Including the two separate spa pools (one in the master cabin and the other in the spa), Whisper uses 15 tonnes of water – all warmed by a waste-heat recovery system from the gensets. A similar system would be replicated by the shipyard in 2019 with the 95-metre Madsummer .

The private "star bed"

Allegedly one of Espen Øino's favourite spots, this private observation platform has an outdoor bed created for stargazing (but works just as well for sunbathing). It's accessible via a spiral staircase on the sundeck and, forward-facing, overlooks the pool from five decks up. It can be locked off to other guests and crew for extra privacy.

With dock capacities of up to 351 meters, our Hamburg facility is ideal for complex repair, refit, conversion and servicing of various ship classes. The state-of-the-art shipyard was originally established in 1877, and acquired by Lürssen in 2016. It covers an area of 451,000m 2 and features one of the largest graving docks in northern Europe. Our Bremen facilities, with a total area of 198,700m 2 , are fully equipped for sophisticated conversions, refits and maintenance projects. Located directly on the Kiel Canal, which links the North and Baltic Seas, Lürssen Rendsburg specializes in refits and maintenance of smaller-to-mid-sized yachts.
