Only residents of Park Shore community can own boat slips from the yacht club. Some boat slips are also available for lease. The Venetian Bay Yacht Club provides easy and direct access to boat owners from the Venetian Bay to the Gulf of Mexico beach through Doctor’s Pass. Residents and boat owners can also conveniently reach various destinations around the community like nearby restaurants and shops while boating.

Venetian Bay Yacht Club requires all buyers and rentals to submit an application to the board for consideration and approval to own or rent.   You can submit your VBYC - Sale-Lease Application.pdf by emailing [email protected]    and mailing the required application fees to Golden Property Management Services,  PO BOX 7068, Naples, FL 34101.  

All estoppel requests must be pre-paid.  Contact the Estoppel team by emailing [email protected]   for estoppel ordering and payment instructions.

Venetian Marina & Yacht Club, formerly known as Sea Isle Marina & Yachting Center, is located on the north side of downtown Miami and is within walking distance of all the hot city action.
