Designed primarily for extended voyages in arctic as well as tropical waters, Huntress was delivered in 2009. Espen Øino International gave the 75-meter yacht a very traditional appearance, while reflecting the owner's ideas. Her six decks offer 12 guests vast amounts of space and great seagoing comfort in an atmosphere of a palatial country villa. Her interior, designed by Pauline Nunns, features panelled, raised and fielded limed-oak walls, some painted with pastel shades to blend with the sumptuous fabrics.

Motor Yacht

Huntress is a custom motor yacht launched in 2010 by Lurssen Yachts.

Lürssen has remained a family-run German shipyard since its inception in 1875 and is now in its fourth generation of private ownership. The company was founded by Friedrich Lürssen with a desire to create a leading shipyard in both quality and performance.

Huntress measures 60.00 metres in length, with a max draft of 3.50 metres and a beam of 11.47 metres. She has a gross tonnage of 1,218 tonnes.

Huntress has a steel hull with an aluminium superstructure.

For over twenty-five years Espen Oeino International has been hard at work designing custom motor yachts for an international clientele from Japan in the East to Seattle in the West.

Her interior design is by Glade Johnson Design.

Huntress also features naval architecture by Lurssen Yachts.

PRESENTING HUNTRESS

Luxury yacht HUNTRESS is a very voluminous yacht, and her exterior design is dominated by sleek, curved features, which have been extended throughout the whole yacht. Glade Johnson, who is responsible for her interior design, has created generous and warm areas, in which the design blends elegant, rich woods and textures with contemporary, sleek lines.

The main and upper deck salons are flushed with natural light. These areas offer guests huge spaces for formal dining inside or more casual dining outside, and splendid spaces for relaxation, watching TV, or playing games.

The sun deck provides a wind-protected gym area amidships. It has an outside dining area and sun deck aft. Additionally, a large sun seating are. This area wraps around the Jacuzzi forward. For night entertainment, the sun deck has a disco sound system and lighting.

ACCOMMODATIONS

HUNTRESS accommodates up to twelve charter guests onboard in exquisite luxury with her six king cabins. Four equally-sized spacious guest cabins are located on the lower deck. The design of the guest cabins is consistent throughout, and they each have extra-large vertical portholes. A fifth guest cabin is placed on the upper deck between the bridge and the upper salon.

Powered by two Caterpillar engines of 1455 kW each, she will reach a top speed of 15.5 knots with a range of 7.000 nm. An advanced sound and vibration features guarantee an extremely quiet running yacht.

Launched in June 2010, Super Yacht HUNTRESS is a work of art from the Lürssen Yachts yard in Bremen, Germany. As one of the newest luxury charter yachts, Huntress is now available for private luxury charters throughout the Caribbean and Mediterranean through 1-800 Yacht Charters.

MEET THE CREW - 2022/23 SEASON Captain: Keagan Steyn Chef: Olivia Boyd Stewardess/First Mate: Haley Bovino Keagan completed his Royal Yacht Academy (RYA) Coastal Yacht Master License with Commercial Endorsement in June 2017. His love for sailing began through exposure to boating and sailing with his family, particularly in the Virgin Islands. He has thousands of logged miles and has captained charters in the USVI and BVI for the past 4 years. Keagan has led an adventurous lifestyle during his 25 years, beginning with his early years in South Africa and life on a game farm riding ATV’s, camping, hunting and skeet shooting. His family relocated to the USA where he continued his outdoor adventures water skiing, wake-boarding and boating at their lake house in Virginia as well as snow skiing, snowboarding and dirt bike riding. He has also bungee jumped the 3rd highest bungee in the world at 216m, has been shark cage diving and sky-diving. He too is scuba certified. Keagan took a gap year after high school and back-packed through Fiji, Australia, Thailand, Cambodia, Panama and Cost Rica before attending Colorado University where he earned his degree in marketing and in addition, an entrepreneurial certificate. Keagan is a ‘people person’, hence enjoys meeting new people and building close relationships with others. His peers describe him as an outgoing, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude and terrific communication skills. Olivia is a natural people-person with a talent for making you feel as though you’ve known her forever - fun loving, vivacious and energetic - she will be sure to create a warm stay that will be enjoyable and carefree for each of her guests. Warm weather and a passion for the sea brought her from Northern Virginia to The University of Tampa, Florida, where she thoroughly enjoyed being closer to the sea. She has always been an avid traveler and found a love for the Virgin Islands after visiting many times with her family during her childhood. Olivia´s cooking experience has come from helping and working in her home kitchen with family and friends. Her family are wonderfully sociable and so she has grown up in a home with great hosts as her role models. She attended Ashburton Chef´s Academy in the UK to further improve her culinary skills and has had 3 years experience working on charters in the USVI/BVI. . Along with her enthusiasm for travel, cooking, and hospitality, she has also found joy in photography. After studying not only digital, but film photography, Olivia will be sure to capture each Kodak moment as they come. Haley, your third crew member aboard Huntress, developed a connection to the ocean from growing up along the beaches of New Jersey. Her journey to the world of yachting began as a teenager, when she embarked on an unforgettable catamaran trip in the BVIs. From the breathtaking sunsets and snorkeling adventures to the exceptional crew who hosted her, Haley knew this was an experience she wanted to recreate for others who are seeking the perfect week in the islands. After graduating from Southern Methodist University with a marketing degree, she decided to pursue this dream and joined the Huntress team. The most memorable family vacation!

From the moment we met Keagan and Olivia on the dock, we felt relaxed and welcomed. As our first charter, we weren’t entirely sure what to expect, and Olivia and Keagan immediately made us feel at ease. Their hospitality pervaded the entire week. By attending to each and every detail - from making sure we were comfortable, to helping with fabulous restaurant reservations and fun plans for each day, to knowing the best snorkeling spots – we could sit back, relax, and enjoy our family time. As the captain, Keagan kept us moving forward in a timely, yet relaxed, way. His competence, expertise, and mature demeanor created a safe, trusting environment. His judgment throughout the week was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed his music selection too! We also appreciated Keagan taking us to sundowners and morning walks, like when we went to the sugar mill. He is easy going and naturally enters into conversations, which added value to our time together. We also appreciated learning from Keagan. His historical knowledge of the islands and help with snorkeling were great additions to our trip. Olivia’s positive energy and warmth made each day fun. She also added so much to our conversations. Olivia’s cooking was extraordinary; the meals were beyond our expectations and her presentations were beautiful. All the food was absolutely delicious and we asked for many of Olivia’s recipes. We couldn’t believe how much hard work went into cooking three meals a day for a family of five! And Olivia made it all seem effortless. Olivia also accompanied us on snorkeling expeditions, which made us feel safer. And the card game she taught us is our new family favorite. Most importantly, Keagan and Olivia were kind and patient with our family, particularly when our youngest son needed to go to the doctor due to a serious rash. Their amazing local network made our trip more memorable and special too. We highly recommend them to anyone hoping to charter a catamaran. We hope we have opportunities to travel with them in the future.

Fed and watered so well on this trip..... some of the junior members a little too well :) Captain kept us on the most beautiful moorings with such successful snorkeling. A Week has Never Flown By Faster

This trip has truly been one of a kind! At first I was a little nervous about spending and sharing time on a boat with 8 people but you two have made it one of the best experiences ever! Every morning felt like paradise - smelling the amazing food cooked by Olivia and the collection of laughter bellowing from the table. HUNTRESS Yacht Charter

Huntress yacht description.

Huntress is a beautiful 2014 Lagoon 62. She sleeps 8 guests in 4 cabins. Master cabin suite includes seating/lounge area and desk, queen size berth, large glass shower stall and separate vanity area and offers direct access to aft deck for slipping out to gaze at the stars and take a midnight dip off the stern. The master suite also has direct private access to the main salon. The other 3 spacious guest cabins each offer a queen size berth, stall shower, electric toilet and vanity. All cabins have individual a/c controls for guests comfort. CREW has separate cabin with bath. Top flybridge lounge is extremely spacious and offers a 360 degree view and amazing breeze. Aft deck offering alfresco dining and lounging area and the main salon offers lounging area plus formal dining.

Represented by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht HUNTRESS is a 62 ft sailing catamaran. The highlights of HUNTRESS are her absolute comfort and fantastic layout. HUNTRESS spends the summer and winter season in US Virgin Islands. She was delivered by the ship builder Lagoon in 2014. The expansive yacht layout features 4 large cabins and easily accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.

HUNTRESS is classified primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the core layout is spread out from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is expansive, with a comfortable dining and seating area and that's where most of the meals are served. The fascinating cabins are located below the main saloon, connected by stairs (inquire about handicapped access). The cabins offer designer mattrace beds and feature ensuite bathrooms. Multiple portholes provide a connection with the natural world outside.

The sailboat features 2X150HP Volvo diesels 17.5Kw generator plus 16Kw backup genset new 2017 engines and a generator.

MEET THE CREW - 2019/20 SEASON Captain: Keagan Steyn Chef/First Mate: Olivia Boyd Keagan completed his Royal Yacht Academy (RYA) Coastal Yacht Master License with Commercial Endorsement in June 2017. His love for sailing began through exposure to boating and sailing with his family, particularly in the Virgin Islands. He has thousands of logged miles and has captained charters in the USVI and BVI for the past 4 years. Keagan has led an adventurous lifestyle during his 25 years, beginning with his early years in South Africa and life on a game farm riding ATV’s, camping, hunting and skeet shooting. His family relocated to the USA where he continued his outdoor adventures water skiing, wake-boarding and boating at their lake house in Virginia as well as snow skiing, snowboarding and dirt bike riding. He has also bungee jumped the 3rd highest bungee in the world at 216m, has been shark cage diving and sky-diving. He too is scuba certified. Keagan took a gap year after high school and back-packed through Fiji, Australia, Thailand, Cambodia, Panama and Cost Rica before attending Colorado University where he earned his degree in marketing and in addition, an entrepreneurial certificate. Keagan is a ‘people person’, hence enjoys meeting new people and building close relationships with others. His peers describe him as an outgoing, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude and terrific communication skills. Olivia is a natural people-person with a talent for making you feel as though you’ve known her forever – fun loving, vivacious and energetic – she will be sure to create a warm stay that will be enjoyable and carefree for each of her guests. Warm weather and a passion for the sea brought her from Northern Virginia to The University of Tampa, Florida, where she thoroughly enjoyed being closer to the sea. She has always been an avid traveler and found a love for the Virgin Islands after visiting many times with her family during her childhood. Olivia's cooking experience has come from helping and working in her home kitchen with family and friends. Her family are wonderfully sociable and so she has grown up in a home with great hosts as her role models. She attended Ashburton Chef's Academy in the UK to further improve her culinary skills and has had 3 years experience working on charters in the USVI/BVI. . Along with her enthusiasm for travel, cooking, and hospitality, she has also found joy in photography. After studying not only digital, but film photography, Olivia will be sure to capture each Kodak moment as they come. Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V2000M90) engines, she comfortably cruises at 20 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 25 knots. Her low draft of makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines.

Twin flame yacht description.

Twin Flame is a beautiful 2014 Lagoon 62. She sleeps 8 guests in 4 cabins. Master cabin suite includes seating/lounge area and desk, queen size berth, large glass shower stall and separate vanity area and offers direct access to aft deck for slipping out to gaze at the stars and take a midnight dip off the stern. The master suite also has direct private access to the main salon. The other 3 spacious guest cabins each offer a queen size berth, stall shower, electric toilet and vanity. All cabins have individual a/c controls for guests comfort. CREW has separate cabin with bath, and if cliet desires use of the twin bunk cabin, the crew will use one of the queen cabins for the charter. Top flybridge lounge is extremely spacious and offers a 360 degree view and amazing breeze. Aft deck offering alfresco dining and lounging area and the main salon offers lounging area plus formal dining.

Advertised by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht TWIN FLAME is a 62 ft sailing catamaran. TWIN FLAME spends the summer and winter season in British Virgin Islands. She was completed by the ship builder Lagoon in 2014. The expansive yacht layout features 4 large cabins and easily accommodates up to 8 guests.

TWIN FLAME is classified primarily as a sailing catamaran. The central space of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is generous, with a prominent dining and seating area and that's where the guests spend most of their time. The modern cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. The cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. Multiple portholes supply a sunny feeling, with the option for darkness and privacy.

MEET THE CREW - 2022/23 SEASON Captain: Keagan Steyn Chef: Olivia Boyd Stewardess/First Mate: Haley Bovino Keagan completed his Royal Yacht Academy (RYA) Coastal Yacht Master License with Commercial Endorsement in June 2017. His love for sailing began through exposure to boating and sailing with his family, particularly in the Virgin Islands. He has thousands of logged miles and has captained charters in the USVI and BVI for the past 4 years. Keagan has led an adventurous lifestyle during his 25 years, beginning with his early years in South Africa and life on a game farm riding ATV’s, camping, hunting and skeet shooting. His family relocated to the USA where he continued his outdoor adventures water skiing, wake-boarding and boating at their lake house in Virginia as well as snow skiing, snowboarding and dirt bike riding. He has also bungee jumped the 3rd highest bungee in the world at 216m, has been shark cage diving and sky-diving. He too is scuba certified. Keagan took a gap year after high school and back-packed through Fiji, Australia, Thailand, Cambodia, Panama and Cost Rica before attending Colorado University where he earned his degree in marketing and in addition, an entrepreneurial certificate. Keagan is a ‘people person’, hence enjoys meeting new people and building close relationships with others. His peers describe him as an outgoing, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude and terrific communication skills. Olivia is a natural people-person with a talent for making you feel as though you’ve known her forever – fun loving, vivacious and energetic – she will be sure to create a warm stay that will be enjoyable and carefree for each of her guests. Warm weather and a passion for the sea brought her from Northern Virginia to The University of Tampa, Florida, where she thoroughly enjoyed being closer to the sea. She has always been an avid traveler and found a love for the Virgin Islands after visiting many times with her family during her childhood. Olivia's cooking experience has come from helping and working in her home kitchen with family and friends. Her family are wonderfully sociable and so she has grown up in a home with great hosts as her role models. She attended Ashburton Chef's Academy in the UK to further improve her culinary skills and has had 3 years experience working on charters in the USVI/BVI. . Along with her enthusiasm for travel, cooking, and hospitality, she has also found joy in photography. After studying not only digital, but film photography, Olivia will be sure to capture each Kodak moment as they come. Haley, your third crew member aboard Huntress, developed a connection to the ocean from growing up along the beaches of New Jersey. Her journey to the world of yachting began as a teenager, when she embarked on an unforgettable catamaran trip in the BVIs. From the breathtaking sunsets and snorkeling adventures to the exceptional crew who hosted her, Haley knew this was an experience she wanted to recreate for others who are seeking the perfect week in the islands. After graduating from Southern Methodist University with a marketing degree, she decided to pursue this dream and joined the Huntress team. Known for her upbeat and warm personality, Haley enjoys connecting with each guest. Whether she’s creating refreshing cocktails or leading snorkeling adventures, you can expect a detail oriented and perfectly curated vacation. .
