Hamburg Yacht Festival : Finally a boat show in Hamburg again

The Hamburg Yacht Festival runs from Friday 8 to Sunday 10 September 2023 in Wedel. The boats on display are moored at jetty A. Motorboats predominate, but five sailing boats will also be presented to the public. These include the Dehler 38 SQ and the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 349 yachts from a very exciting size segment for cruising sailors.

The variety of equipment suppliers is much greater. Visitors can browse for equipment at stands around Hall 2 from Secumar, Bukh Bremen, Toplicht, Lindemann, Mörer, Gründl, Elvström and many more. A good time to work through the list of things that need to be replaced or added to on board towards the end of the season
What is where at the Hamburg Yacht Festival
In addition to boats and equipment, there will also be a stage programme with presentations on the topic of safety on the water and trial sailing for children and adults offered by the DSV. The programme also includes a panel discussion with representatives from politics and tourism on the topic of water sports on the Elbe. There will also be a maritime flea market in Hall 4 on Saturday.
There are also big parties on Friday and Saturday from 10 pm. Some of these parties cost admission, but admission to the fair is free for all visitors. Venue: Hamburg marina, Deichstraße 19 in Wedel.

Mit der Bahn
Mit der Bahn bis zum Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Dort umsteigen in die S1 bis Wedel. Vom Bahnhof bringt euch unser Bus-Shuttle zum Hamburger Yachthafen und wieder zurück (€ 2,- pro Fahrt). Kinder bis 14 Jahre fahren kostenlos in Begleitung eines Erwachsenen mit. .
Wer frische Luft schnappen möchte, kann die 2 km bis zum Yachthafen auch laufen : Aus dem Bahnhof kommend immer geradeaus der Gorch-Fock-Straße folgen. Diese geht in die Straße Am Freibad und später in den Lüttsandsdamm über. Am Ende rechts abbiegen in die Deichstraße und ihr erreicht den Hamburger Yachthafen .

Mit dEM AUTO
Autobahn A7, Ausfahrt Bahrenfeld nehmen und von dort der B431 bis Wedel folgen. Links abbiegen in die Bahnhofstraße , rechts abbiegen in die Gorch-Fock-Straße und der Straße immer weiter folgen (wird zur Straße Am Freibad und später zum Lüttsandsdamm ). Vom Lüttsandsdamm rechts abbiegen in die Deichstraße bis zum Hamburger Yachthafen .
Parkplätze sind direkt vor Ort am Hamburger Yachthafen in Wedel vorhanden. Ein Tages-Parkticket kostet € 5,-.

Hamburg ancora Yachtfestival
The 14th edition of the Hamburg Ancora Yacht Festival offers more than 200 yachts on display and a rich entertainment program from May 12 to 14.
Germany’s largest in-water boat show has become a chance to meet boating enthusiasts on the Baltic Sea coast, with 18,000 expected visitors and numerous international brands. Absolute Yachts and its dealer—Levien Sails and Drive GmbH—will be showcasing three acclaimed models: the 50 FLY, the 60 FLY, and the Navetta 58.

The HAMBURG YACHTFESTIVAL will take place from 6 to 8 September 2024 in Hamburg's marina in Wedel . Hamburg's new in-water boat show celebrated its successful premiere in 2023 and is now the new meeting place for all boating enthusiasts on the Elbe, North Sea and Baltic Sea in late summer.
With over 50 boats and yachts on the jetties in the eastern harbour and around 70 exhibitors in the areas of accessories, services and equipment in pagodas around the boat halls, the event offers everything the boating heart desires. Enthusiastic boating experts and those who would like to become one have the opportunity to meet like-minded people, talk shop, seek advice, be inspired and learn more, all free of charge . They can also shop to their heart's content, enjoy the maritime atmosphere and party together in the boat hall in the evening.

From the 25 to 27 August the boat and leisure trade fair will bring the flair of the Côte d'Azur to Brandenburg with its Inwater Boatshow, transforming the city of flowers into Germany's boating capital for the sixth time," says Messe Berlin, announcing its inwater counterpart to Boot & Fun at the end of November in the halls under the Berlin Radio Tower. Anyone who has ever visited Boot & Fun inwater knows that the image of "Werder as Germany's Saint-Tropez", which project manager Daniel Barkowski likes to paint, is by no means an exaggeration, but rather reflects the atmosphere on the harbour promenade and the jetties of the marina in the Havel floodplains. "The wide range of offers and the constantly growing variety are what make the event so attractive. We are delighted about the unbroken interest and enquiries from all over Germany." Renowned manufacturers such as Bavaria, Beneteau, Delphia, Galeon, Greenline, Jeanneau, Marex, Mastercraft, Prestige, Quicksilver, Sea Ray, Sunbeam, X Shore and many more will be taking part. The rapid technological development of sustainable drive and battery systems is also reflected at the Boatshow on the Havel.

One event becomes two Heiko Zimmermann and his Yachtfestival365 GmbH are now turning the Hamburg ancora yacht festival into two in-water boat shows: the one organised by the 8 to 10 September 2023 Hamburg Yacht Festival in Wedel and the ancora Yacht Festival in Neustadt in Holstein, which will take place from 31 May to 2 June 2024, inviting boaters to the ancora Marina for the first time since it was founded in 2010 without a Hamburg connection.

Enlarged new edition with Inwater Boatshow
Following the successful launch of the new Flensburg boat show in 2022, INSA - the four letters stand for International Sailors Affairs - is entering bigger waters in more ways than one. For the new edition from 15 to 17 September 2023 not only will the exhibition space in the Flens Arena be expanded to almost 5,000 m² by occupying an additional gallery. The indoor boat show will be complemented by the INSA Water Show in the Flensburg inner fjord. There, exhibitors can experience larger boats in their element. A shuttle service will be set up between the Flens Arena and the city harbour as well as other berths if necessary. Otherwise, organiser Ingo Schanze and his team will remain true to their very own trade fair concept: a little bit of all nautical products, but not too much of anything. A stage programme complements the exhibition. More than 100 exhibitors are looking forward to meeting customers.

The hands-on fair in the border triangle on Lake Constance attracts visitors from 23 September to 1 October The 62nd edition of the event pulls out all the stops and spans another two weekends before being launched as a compact five-day show from 2024.

After the International Water Sports Exhibition 2022 celebrated a magnificent comeback of its trade fair lake at the end of the pandemic and was able to include indoor highlights such as standing waves (Interboot Surf Days), SUP pools (Team Challenge) and trailer training on the outdoor area in the programme again, this time the strongest trump card of the Friedrichshafen trade fair is also set to shine in new splendour: the Interboot harbour on Lake Constance. And with it, after a four-year break, its perennial favourite: the BOOTE women's boating training. The topic of sustainability will also be emphasised this year. "There will be a sustainability trail," reveals project manager Felix Klarmann. "On this trail, we want to make it possible to experience the variety of topics on the subject of sustainability across the entire site. All participating stands will be clearly marked."

Under the motto "More Yacht, More Life" presents everything around exclusive yachts and multihulls. In addition to numerous workshops and demonstrations on land, the In-Water Boat Show invites visitors to test the latest products directly in and on the water. Further program highlights are the exciting lectures by circumnavigators as well as reports on experiences with regatta sailing. A stage program with expert lectures on yachting topics as well as live music will round off the program.

After a pandemic break, the HAMBURG ancora YACHTFESTIVAL could finally take place again in 2022. About 18,000 visitors admired the 180 yachts and products of the 180 exhibitors on the exhibition area in the 5-star ancora Marina in Neustadt/Holstein. The festival featured exclusive exhibition yachts and everything related to the yachting lifestyle. In 2022 the HAMBURG ancora YACHTFESTIVAL was hosted for the first time by the new organizers Yachtfestival 365 GmbH.

The Hamburg Ancora Yacht Festival is open from Friday, 12 May to Sunday, 14 May 2023, from 10 am to 6 pm. Around 180 exhibitors will be presenting yachts, equipment and services on the jetties, in 80 pagodas on the harbour area and in the exhibition hall, which covers around 1,500 square metres.
