Renting the sunfish from Jack's was the highlight of my week this year. I sailed everyday except the one day with little to no wind. It couldn't have been a better experience, from Debbie on the phone, to Jack arranging, and delivering the boat. The boat was in superb shape. Customer service is top notch and we are sure to be repeat customers and will tell all our friends about Jacks.

Another super positive experience. Welcomed gaily, warm goodbye pre leaving Cape. The eager strong young folks are always great and Mike has it all under control. The website and email response was great too. Wishing them well for a forever business!

They are the longest- standing kayak and SUP rental place for good reason. Good equipment, cheerful service. Couldn't ask for more.

Our week in Truro is not complete without renting a sunfish from Jack. These are some of the nicest people to do business with; from the person who answers the phone, to Jack himself as he delivers your boat. The rates are reasonable. The gear is well maintained. Everything is as it should be. Today, sailed over to Long Point near Provincetown. A pod of dolphins swimming across the bow. Steady breeze and calm water. A perfect day. If you are staying on the bay in Truro area, Jack will deliver the boat to Cold Storage Beach. Sail it back to your house and it's ready to go when you are. This must sound like an advertisement, but it is a most sincere and heartfelt thank you to Jack and his crew.

Really helpful people! Jack's hooked us up with a 2 person kayak including help and instructions on how to haul it on top of our car. They were also very helpful about where we could launch the kayak around Wellfleet. A kayak is a great way to explore the area.

My parents and I have been coming to Gull Pond to rent Jack's canoes for as long as I can remember. Access to Gull Pond requires a Wellfleet beach sticker, but Jack's has temporary passes that they lend to customers so that visitors from all over the Cape can enjoy the boating experience. The friendly and helpful staff at Jack's often lets us keep the pass in our car window for awhile after we return the canoe so that we can swim and frolic in the beautiful pond as well. Jack's has a whole slew of boats - canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, pontoon boats, even sailboats - and surfboards. The back of Gull Pond leads to another smaller pond which leads to ANOTHER smaller pond! (Note: the water between the ponds is shallow, so paddleboats and pontoon boats cannot get through). In all, I would highly recommend Jack's Boat Rental to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and active experience in a beautiful pond surrounded by beautiful scenery.

Highlight of our vacation in North Truro! Renting a boat with Jack was a pleasure, from the initial reservation phone call to getting it picked up at the end of our rental. The sunfish we rented was in great shape, and Jack dropped it off and picked it up himself, taking the time to show us how to get her rigged and stored away. We had tons of fun sailing around the bay, all thanks to Jack!

We are so happy we rented a kayak from Jack's while we were on the Cape. We weren't sure if we would be able to transport the kayak because we were driving a sedan with no kayak rack. But, Jack's had all the equipment necessary. They also mounted the kayak on our car for us and made sure we knew how to use all of the equipment. Also, the manager made sure to take the time to show us some great spots to drop out kayak in the ocean. The best part was that the cost was more than reasonable. All around great experience!!

Great place to rent a SUP. Got mine the other day, 3 day rental for $120. For every 2 day rental get 1 day free. Kids there to help tie down. Best place to rent on the outer Cape.

I don't often review on Yelp but these guys are the best. Knowledgeable, really helpful and friendly. Local family owned biz - go to Jacks!!
