Screen door was pulled off, one frame edge and sticking screws were visible. Entry door was broken/cracked with multiple lock to keep it closed. Dish washer did not work with inches of smelly wayer in it. Not sure how dishes were washed and in shelves! Refrigerator was rusty and door seals well dry/brittle. Had to push the door hard to make sure it closed. The frig sheves were taped with clear shipping tape to hold them in place. Floors were dirty. I have photos if you need to see them. The owner refused to replace the didhwasher. We washed enough dishes fir our use and then had washed what we needed. This was my family’s Second stay at Bayshore. The condo resort is very well kept, quiet community , mostly owner occupied units. The pool and hot tub were very clean and all the units and the pool have a wonderful view of the bay. The unit was clean and comfortable, they have beach chairs and kids sand toys ! The place is off the beaten path , but right across the street from the beach, so if you like to be nearby attractions but not in the center this is the place ! Anonymous - Posted: 12/1/2022

The building and the location are phenomenal! But the unit/apartment could use some updates. Here are some suggestions: 1) Include more blankets/pillows; 2) We only had four bath towels but the listing is for up to 6/include more bath towels; 3) Have at least 4-6 chairs on the large balcony (listing is for 6 but there were only two chairs on the balcony); 4) Include extra chairs in the dining room (listing is for 6 but there were only 4 dining room table chairs); 5) Have more silverware - there was a very limited number of spoons and almost no table spoons anywhere (only teaspoons); 6) Consider unlocking the closet in the bedroom - this bedroom had no closet so no place to hang clothes; 7) Include more hangers in the second bedroom (there were only a couple). Also, when we checked in, the unit was not thoroughly cleaned - we found a cracker under the couch, a large insect (dead) in the couch/when we unfolded it for sleeping purposes, and a food wrapper on the floor in one of the bedrooms. In addition, the dining room chairs were very rocky with loose screws - we ended up tightening most of the screws. This condo was perfect for our vacation, we loved the location! Some extras we really appreciated were the two beach chairs, the wagon and 2 tennis rackets & balls. Great location, we could walk/bike to several restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the extra things in the condo: wagon, 2 beach chairs and tennis rackets & balls. Pictures are exactly what you get. Heated pool was actually warm. Kitchen dishes, pot and pans were sufficient. There was also a good amount of tupperware to use. Westshore Yacht Club is a 149 slip marina on Old Tampa Bay that can accommodate vessels up to 108’ LOA.

Beautiful Views and amazing condo!!!

We had a wonderful time at this condo...great location being close to the beach and restauarants.Also, the condo is very spacious, clean and has amazing views ...intecoastal from the rear balcony and ocean from the front of the condo. The Seside realty ensured everything was in order upon our arrival and our departure. Five stars all around!!,

Great location - needs some updates tho - overall good experience

We really enjoyed the location of this property and the management company was great. Easy access for parking and good communication. Hopefully you do some updates to your property. The lack of updates would be the only thing preventing me from booking the property again. Two things that exceeded our expectations. Sitting on the 7th floor patio, you will see several dolphins passing thru. Second, there is an awesome mini golf course within 100 yards where you can play golf and feed actual alligators. Good times.

Peaceful Retreat

We have stayed at this unit several times and have always enjoyed our time here. It's a larger corner unit and is clean and very quiet. This condo is well equipped with kitchen items, as well as beach chairs and sand toys. I highly recommend this condo!

Bayshore Rental 2023

The unit at Bayshore was in excellent condition, as always. The location is excellent as well. The Intercoastal is fantastic. The beach is a block away. Many restaurants and stores within a mile or two as well. Management of this unit is outstanding. We will be back again!

Snow escape!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The unit was clean, and had everything we needed! Will definitely be coming back.

VIEWS ARE SPECTACULAR

The property management was very helpful when it was discovered that our original property was not as described. We were lucky that it was not yet peak season and we could be switched to another property. This location was wonderful-from the front we could see the gulf along with the beautiful sunsets and from the balcony gorgeous sights which included sunrises, dolphins and many birds. The other residents were very friendly and the week we were there this location was having a meet and greet and everyone was invited. The twin bed mattresses and couch could use replacement as it was hard to get off the couch as the cushions were worn and too soft and the twin mattresses had no support. Also the code to the men's Sauna did not work. We did enjoy our stay and its location as it was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants and we would definitely book through Seaside Property again.

Great scenic views & wildlife

We had a great time. The weather was beautiful. Seeing wildlife daily was a joy.the accommodations were very nice with a will equipped kitchen. We had to remove the old, used coffee filter from the coffeemaker, and there were a few dust bunnies that blew out from under the bed with the wonderful cross breeze. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved 717 rental! It was spacious for our family of 5, clean, and had everything we needed from the kitchen (pots, pans, dishwasher, storage containers), balcony had plenty of seating and tables along with a beautiful view, fans, beach rafts/toys/chairs, tennis rackets, and 2 bikes (1 bike had issues with a wheel), and the most amazing water views from every window. A quick walk to the beach and of course you need to go play miniature golf at Smugglers Cove!

Nice view dirty place without light bulbs or lights

Nice view nice location. The light in the Kitchen worked and the bathrooms, but no place else. No light bulbs so I could fix. Only 1 dish towel.

Disappointing

I was very happy with the management company. The unit was very clean and brigth. The furnishings are very old and shabby. The couch is very uncomfortable. There wasn't a comfortable chair in the place. The bathrooms need updating. There was no vacuum cleaner or electric sweeper and there wasn't even a floor mop. The kitchen was very cheaply equiped. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. The elevator was disgusting and smelt bad.

We do not advertise a W&D inside the unit as they are not permitted. The complex offers a large laundry area on the 4th floor. Perfect for our family of four

The location provided quick access to the white sand beaches and the bay view from the 7th floor allowed us to spot dolphins and manatee. It was a post card view from every window. The property was very clean and the management was very responsive in answering questions and offering support. It was everything that we needed. We enjoyed nightly sunsets, the pool and hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, all the shops, an escape room, Busch Gardens, the Botanical Gardens, putt putt golf and feeding alligators. We had a list of things we didn't have time to complete. Next time we will need at least two weeks to see everything this location has to offer. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Large end unit. Windows and breezes in every room. Temp in high 80s but no AC required. Beautiful views of intercostal and gulf . Quiet. Best parts were large balcony overlooking intercostal, large modern laundry room, clean pool and hot tub, and the assigned parking spot underneath. Lots of extras: beach towels, toys, chairs, drying rack, bikes, storage. Keyless entry. Second bath ok but could use update. For me? Better quality and quantity of towels - especially hand towels and add bath mats.

Wonderful Indian Shores vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club #717. This was our 1st time visiting this area of Florida and we really loved it. The condo had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We loved the view of the waterway out the back sliders and side windows also. Views everywhere. Our only complaint was that the bathrooms/showers could use a bit of updating. Master bed was very comfortable! Slept wonderfully!

Great property!!

This property is very convenient to the beach . The view of the bay is wonderful. The only thing I say is that the second bedroom had two twin beds not full or double. It wasnt a big deal for us but would be if you needed to put more than two people in that room. You might want to bring some towels with you from home if you are staying more than a weekend. Other than that this place is awesome clean and you can walk to one of the best restaurant in the area Salt!!

March 2018 Indian Shores

Great month in Indian Shores. Beautiful beach, great restaurants, lots to do and see. Unit was great, spacious and bright. Beautiful views out every window. Would have liked a king bed in master suite, but for a few weeks was adequate. Also, think cleaners need more time between customers as we had to do some cleaning when we arrived.

Bayside View

We very much enjoyed our 7th floor condo at Bayshore. The balcony views of the waterway with all the boats heading in and out was wonderful. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with enough kitchen supplies to tend to our meal needs. We enjoyed the easy access to the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico for walks and sunsets. An all around great experience.

Great vacation

End unit condo was clean, quiet with a great view of the intercostal. Well kept property grounds. Had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach.

Great BYTC location with pleasant balcony waterway view

Great condo location. Clean. Liked the quiet waterway location and yet easy access to the ocean across the street. Well supplied with sporting equipment, games and reading material. Nice updated appliances and TVs. A larger lounge chair and updated guest shower would make it our most favorite place for years. We hope to go back next year!

Bayshore Yacht and Tennis Club

The vacation property was in a great location. The property itself could have provided more amenities (more towels, bath mats, etc). We also have trouble with the lock on our door that took a few days to get squared away, but worked well after! The description in the rental for the beds was also misleading. Said the guest room have two fulls but was actually two double beds. However I Would recommend this place.

We are pleased that you would recommend this wonderful vacation property. At any time, you could have contacted us to secure more linens but we were not informed that you were running low. Also, regarding the front door lock; we actually had that repaired within a couple of hours not a few days. We appreciate that you took the time to review our property. Management

Spring Get-A-Way

We had a very restful, peaceful, quiet week in the condo. The people around were friendly. We would definitely recommend this place for up to six people even though there were just two of us. It is very roomy and clean just like home! We loved the balcony (7th floor breeze was always great!) with all he privacy. It was a few minutes walk to the water, but there are few places to eat within walking distance. A short drive will get you to Crabby Bills, The Pub, Keegans, and many other great places. We had a great time!

The perfect place to relax!

This condo is a great location! It is quiet and peaceful, and we had a wonderful view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the balcony, where we enjoyed watching the seabirds, the boats, the sunrise, and an occasional dolphin. We also enjoyed long walks on the beach, just across the road, and watching the beautiful sunsets both from the beach and from our front balcony. We were happy to see that this unit has four tennis racquets along with golf balls and putters for enjoying the tennis courts and putting green. Both were never busy. The pool was warm and inviting, though the pool area was completely in the shade after 3 pm during our visit, so we tried to time our pool visits accordingly. We were glad to have two bikes to ride, though one of them did not work very well so I ended up riding solo most of the time. We would certainly recommend this unit to other guests.
