Venetian Marina & Yacht Club, formerly known as Sea Isle Marina & Yachting Center, is located on the north side of downtown Miami and is within walking distance of all the hot city action. This marina can accommodate transient vessels up to 60' LOA with 30AMP and 50AMP power. The transient rate at this marina is inclusive of power charges. The marina does not currently offer weekly or monthly pricing for transient visitors.

HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: This marina has a 72 hour cancellation policy for all special events and holidays including, but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, etc. In the event that you need to cancel within the 72-hour window, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster. SAILBOAT POLICY: Please note that this marina does not allow sailboats to dock due to strong currents in their basin. Reservations for sailboats will be cancelled and refunded. SLIP NOTES: Your slip will be assigned on arrival by the marina. Please note that some slips in the marina have minimum vessel length requirements. Slips 805, 807, and 808 are only available for vessels 60' and up. Slips 414 and 430 are for catamarans only up to 42' in length and 30' in beam. Note that neither of these 2 slips have finger piers.

It’s known for its out of this world burgers and burritos - home to the ramen burger and the sushi burrito. How can you not try? In the mood for a good old-fashioned sandwich? Who isn’t? Now, whenever you put “La” in front of a name, you think expensive. Well not when it’s La Sandwicherie . It will ruin you for any other sandwich and is a straight shot from the marina, across the Venetian Causeway Bridge to the beach!

Oh, and we must tell you about Miami’s best kept secret; Soya e Pomodoro . It serves delightful and authentic Italian cuisine created by “two Italians with a dream.” Its homey atmosphere makes you feel like you’re eating in a southern Italian family’s kitchen. Manga!

Arts and culture

One of your first stops certainly should be the Maurice A. Ferre Park (Museum Park) . Overlooking Biscayne Bay , this extraordinary park is home to both the Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) as well as the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. This stop is a feast for the inquisitive mind and happens to be neighbors to the Venetian Marina so you don’t have to travel far.

From there, it’s a short walk to one of the most iconic building in DT Miami’s skyline, the Freedom Tower . It’s like visiting a “Miami time capsule”, with its ornamental Mediterranean Revival façade – which in itself is a work of art. This is probably why today it’s home to the Miami Dade College Museum of Art + Design (MDC MOA+D ) with a full calendar of exhibitions, events and programs.

If live music and theater is more your thing, you should check out the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts . Not only does it house the Ziff Ballet Opera House, Knight Concert Hall and Carnival Studio Theater featuring some of the top performers of our time, but the gleaming structure is an architectural gem. And if you’re in the mood for BIG entertainment with major touring concerts and Miami HEAT games, you only have to head to the FTX Arena just down the street. Of course, if you want to add starry skies and ocean breezes to your entertainment landscape, Miami is also home to the PFL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park. It’s open-air entertainment at its best.

Shopping and entertainment

Shop ‘til you drop may not have been invented in DT Miami, but it certainly was perfected here! Bayside Marketplace is a reflection of the real Miami. It’s a two-level, open-air festival center with more than 150 shops and 12 restaurants. But because Miami loves its sunshine, and it’s shopping, there is another open-air dining and shopping complex - Brickell City Centre . It’s an upscale assortment of posh shops including Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple and Sephora. And for the rainy days, there is a CMX luxury movie theater.

Bayfront Park , adjacent to Bayside Marketplace, was Miami’s first public gathering place. This idyllic park now spans 32 acres in the heart of DT Miami. It’s perfect for running, biking or just relaxing. It’s also home to the much-loved Skyviews Miami Observation Wheel . Towering 176 feet in the sky, it features 42 climate-controlled gondolas, each with a breathtaking panoramic view of beautiful DT Miami, Biscayne Bay, and miles of the surrounding area.

Last, but certainly not least, most boaters know that the Venetian Marina and Yacht Club is a proud host of the annual Miami International Boat Show . It’s THE event for all things boating and occurs each February!

Venetian Marina & Yacht Club is an Awesome Stop for Fun and Nightlife in Downtown Miami

Please note that this marina does not allow sailboats to dock due to strong currents in their basin. Venetian Marina and Yachting Center has partnered with Marriott Biscayne Bay to provide our boaters with discounted rooms for confirmed bookings. Please ask your reservation concierge for the information after booking if you'd like to stay at the Marriott Biscayne Bay during your marina visit, or find the information included in your pre-arrival email under Special Instructions.

Venetian Marina & Yacht Club, formerly known as Sea Isle Marina & Yachting Center, is located on the north side of downtown Miami and is within walking distance of all the hot city action. This marina can accommodate transient vessels up to 60' LOA with 30AMP and 50AMP power. The transient rate at this marina is inclusive of power charges. The marina does not currently offer weekly or monthly pricing for transient visitors.

If you are looking to spend some time off the boat, but not away from the water, this is the place for you. And Miami? There's so much to do! Spend the day shopping the local boutiques and high-end retailers for some new digs in the hippest fashion district in the country. Already stocked up on this season’s trends? Then get cultured at Museum Park, which includes Miami Art Museum, Miami Science Museum, and Cultural Center. Want to spend the day outside? Miami is full of beautiful parks and white sand beaches perfect for relaxing or tossing a frisbee around with the locals.

SLIP NOTES: Your slip will be assigned on arrival by the marina. Please note that some slips in the marina have minimum vessel length requirements. Slips 805, 807, and 808 are only available for vessels 60' and up. Slips 414 and 430 are for catamarans only up to 42' in length and 30' in beam. Note that neither of these 2 slips have finger piers.

Complete joke. Stay away. Marina is in a great location and ghetto 100%. No office communication, zero assistance with reservation, just a total mess from A to Z. If you absolutely have to stay there at $8 a foot per night then do it, but if there are any other options available to you absolutely move on.

The marina staff was absolutely wonderful. The marina needs and is under some repairs. Our arrival experience was poor, however. We showed up after hours. I called during business hours for a slip assignment and got an answering machine. I left a message with two business hours left to call me back. Never happened. We arrived with no assignment after an extremely exhausting and stressful day. We moored in an open spot only to be kicked out by the arriving boat that belonged there. Just a miserable experience that should not happen.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. Most slips have quite a bit of current so docking is more challenging. REC90 gas prices are around $1.00/gal higher that at other marinas nearby.

They guided me to a slip that was impossible to dock due to the current, which pushed me into another boat. Couldn’t communicate with the dock hands because they did not have radios. Finally put me on an outside slip which was fine and should have been the first option. I will say Rostom was very polite and tried to make a bad situation better.

Regrettably, the current inside the marina basin is stronger than the current in the channel. With the stern thrusters not working properly on the vessel, as stated by the captain, the current drifted the vessel to hit another one while docking. Once confirmed with the captain on vessel size, marina staff noticed the guest had booked for a 50ft reservation, but the actual size of the vessel is 57ft. Vessel was relocated to a larger slip as a result. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and we appreciate the feedback to our staff for trying to resolve and fix the issue. We hope to welcome this guest back for another visit in the future!

Friendly and accommodating staff deserves 5 Stars. Venetian is a 70 year old run down marina. The slip offered a 62 foot boat at $8 per night (highest anywhere) was 40 feet long and offered two pilings and a 20 foot concrete finger pier to tie to. I refused and was offered space on a curved seawall exposed to all of Miami's weekend boat traffic. The staff cannibalized power for me from another boat which resulted in several stand offs with the other boat owner and staff. Snag A Slip sells unusable slip inventory at premium prices.

The rates at our marina are set by our management team, not by Snag-A-Slip. Market studies have shown that the rates charged at our marina are at or below the market with the rest of Miami, and are fair for our location and offerings. Our nightly rate is also inclusive of power charges. Our team did place this vessel into an appropriately sized slip, not a 40' slip as stated in the review. After the first slip was declined, we worked to move vessels around to accommodate FreeStyle on an alongside dock during a sold out week due to a nearby music festival. We appreciate this boater's feedback and hope to welcome them back in the future.

Terrible experience. The marina cancelled my reservation on my behalf before my arrival. 2 boats (captain) hit my boat because the current is so strong. Your joystick will not be enough! Great location, within 5 minute walk of a Publix, close to shopping and dining. Some noise from partiers on the dock, and occasional rocking from large boat wakes, but none of it too bad. Very competitive rate for the area!

Pleasantly surprised, service is good so is the food. Great selection of Fusion food, a mixture of Italian, Japanese, European, Asian etc. A pleasantly nice dining experience, highly recommended, a must try!

Best food, best view in Moscow. absolutely faultless from arrival to finish. Best risotto i had for many years absolutely perfectly cooked. The view on Ukrainian hotel and the white house by night is amazing

Had to wait for the food for 1.5 hours and then another 20 minutes for the check. Finally called for the manager and he offered... a 10% discount as a compensation. Simply pathetic! The food is mediocre at best. Not bad per se, but one... would expect something better considering the prices. There are many places to eat in area that are much better. Avoid this one at all costs. Food is very expensive,very pretentious, doesn't worth that money. Portions are very small. We ordered ravioli and there were 4! Four raviolis! For almost 15 euros. Then we asked to bring us dessert menu but nothing, they didn't even bothered, so we payed and left... without dessert. Very poor service for that price. More

This is a very good restaurant. The food is really good, maybe the best in Moscow. The service is also good. The view from the restaurant is great. The prices are very high.

I often visit this restaurant and must say it’s one of the best in Moscow in terms of quality and service. Staff really try hard to make sure that you are happy and satisfied. Customer service is a huge problem in Moscow but Chaika sets... a great example for others in the industry! Food is delicious and the menu has lots of options for everyone! Visited this lovely restaurant with a friend of mine. It was relaxingly warm August evening - so the place on the river seemed like a good idea. We came quite early and the restaurant was not full. The hostesses kindly offered several places to sit... and we chose to sit on the sofas. We had some wine, which was good. We struggled a bit when deciding about the food as few options (scallops) were not available. Fish on ice on display did not look very fresh. To be honest it was an unusually hot August and it is probably understandable that some see food options were not available. However, we did manage to order something and sat waiting and looking onto the river. My long-legged friend struggled sitting at the low sofa and the manager noticed that, offering as a very good, proper table beside the open window. It was nice touch and I was very pleased by their polite observations and immediate reaction to solve the problem. Food was quite good and presentation was perfect. Perhaps I can something about the food, but 1 visit is not enough to criticize or make a definitive opinion. Overall, quality place, which of course, does not come cheap. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. More

The luxurious atmosphere of this place, the view and the location make it quite outstanding. We had dinner here with friends and the dishes were amazing, accompanied by a chilled bottle of Chablis, it really made me feel as if it was a part of... the classic Russian movie. More
