Only 116km from cape town, you will find a piece of paradise.

Langebaan boasts with azure warm waters and unsurpassed natural beauty – no wonder as it is known as the Jewel of the Cape West Coast. White sandy beaches surrounding the clear waters of the Langebaan Lagoon are very popular for water sports, including sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing and fishing.

Elite way to explore the Langebaan Lagoon

Step onboard the Elite Charters luxury 39ft catamaran yacht at Club Mykonos Marina and enjoy the perfect way to explore the Langebaan lagoon and view the ultimate sunset.

A leisurely 2 hour cruise departs from Club Mykonos Marena daily at 11am, 2pm and 5pm. Experienced crew will make you feel at home and refreshments are served at the cash bar with card facilities. These trips are shared with other guests and a minimum of 6 people are required. A cruise is R300pp for a 2 hour excursion, R200 for children u/12 and under 6 is Free.

They also cater for private functions and are able to cater to your needs and is perfect for that office party, year-end function or a special celebration.

Private Cruise to a hidden gem in Langebaan

A popular cruise is the 3 hour Braai Cruise to Kraalbaai at the West Coast National Park , this yacht can accommodate up to 40 people. Kraalbaai is known to have breathtaking crystal clear shallow water and the braai spots has magnificent panoramic views of the lagoon.

• Set sail from Club Mykonos Marina Yacht Club
• Sail on the langebaan lagoon to Kraalbaai (1 hour) .
• Drop anchor at Kraalbaai (1 hour), were the Elite Charters Crew can braai if you desire
• Then back to Club Mykonos Marina (1 hour)

Catering Options:

• Braai packs (2 chops, wors and chicken kebab, salads and roll) – R180 pp extra
• Gourmet Snack platters available – R130 pp
• Salads, Oysters – P.O.R
• Or you are also welcome to bring along your own snacks
• A fully stocked cash bar is on board, if however you have special requests the catering team will try and accommodate your preferences.

• The rental to is R4000.00 per hour; the Braai Cruise will be 3 hours (rental is minimum 2 hours)
• A 50% deposit is required (completely refundable if the weather does not allow for the yacht to go out)

LAGOON LIFE COMPUTERS

The Langebaan Lagoon is home to the Langebaan Canoe Club who are fully affiliated to the Western Cape Canoe Union  and  Canoe South Africa . We are a varied group of approx. 50 paddlers of all ages and all abilities. Our highlight is the Summer Series, a 12 race series that takes place from the Langebaan Yacht Club in the summer months on Sunday mornings (Reg 8.00, start 8.30am), all welcome! We do not have our own clubhouse, however, many of the paddlers are also members of the Langebaan Yacht Club , which offers canoe storage facilities to it’s members.

Pleasantly surprised, service is good so is the food. Great selection of Fusion food, a mixture of Italian, Japanese, European, Asian etc. A pleasantly nice dining experience, highly recommended, a must try!

Best food, best view in Moscow. absolutely faultless from arrival to finish. Best risotto i had for many years absolutely perfectly cooked. The view on Ukrainian hotel and the white house by night is amazing

Had to wait for the food for 1.5 hours and then another 20 minutes for the check. Finally called for the manager and he offered... a 10% discount as a compensation. Simply pathetic! The food is mediocre at best. Not bad per se, but one... would expect something better considering the prices. There are many places to eat in area that are much better. Avoid this one at all costs. Food is very expensive,very pretentious, doesn't worth that money. Portions are very small. We ordered ravioli and there were 4! Four raviolis! For almost 15 euros. Then we asked to bring us dessert menu but nothing, they didn't even bothered, so we payed and left... without dessert. Very poor service for that price. More

This is a very good restaurant. The food is really good, maybe the best in Moscow. The service is also good. The view from the restaurant is great. The prices are very high.

I often visit this restaurant and must say it’s one of the best in Moscow in terms of quality and service. Staff really try hard to make sure that you are happy and satisfied. Customer service is a huge problem in Moscow but Chaika sets... a great example for others in the industry! Food is delicious and the menu has lots of options for everyone! Visited this lovely restaurant with a friend of mine. It was relaxingly warm August evening - so the place on the river seemed like a good idea. We came quite early and the restaurant was not full. The hostesses kindly offered several places to sit... and we chose to sit on the sofas. We had some wine, which was good. We struggled a bit when deciding about the food as few options (scallops) were not available. Fish on ice on display did not look very fresh. To be honest it was an unusually hot August and it is probably understandable that some see food options were not available. However, we did manage to order something and sat waiting and looking onto the river. My long-legged friend struggled sitting at the low sofa and the manager noticed that, offering as a very good, proper table beside the open window. It was nice touch and I was very pleased by their polite observations and immediate reaction to solve the problem. Food was quite good and presentation was perfect. Perhaps I can something about the food, but 1 visit is not enough to criticize or make a definitive opinion. Overall, quality place, which of course, does not come cheap. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. More

The luxurious atmosphere of this place, the view and the location make it quite outstanding. We had dinner here with friends and the dishes were amazing, accompanied by a chilled bottle of Chablis, it really made me feel as if it was a part of... the classic Russian movie. More
