Built in 2006, HERCULES is 100% U.S.-built and is a beautiful example of a classic expedition yacht. She has been designed for an owner that wants a voyage without limits in complete comfort and style. HERCULES’ 2016 refit brought many upgrades while still maintaining her traditional charm. Her four decks comprise a flybridge, pilothouse, main deck and lower deck; with plenty of room, each guest that travels aboard HERCULES will never be without entertainment.

The yacht’s main salon is light and bright, with dedicated areas for lounging and dining. Two stairways lead up to the pilothouse and down to the lower deck accommodations. The yacht welcomes six guests onboard in three beautiful cabins. The main-deck owner’s suite is full-beam and features a king-size bed, plenty of storage and a stunning en-suite bathroom. The two guest accommodations forward of the owner’s suite include a cabin with a queen-size berth and a second cabin with over/under twin berths.

HERCULES’ pilothouse offers excellent visibility from the twin Stidd helm chairs through the five large front windows. The large L-shapes settee with a table and dedicated watch berth are great spaces for guests to observe the passing scenery comfortably. On the flybridge are another helm station with two chairs and a settee with a blue marble table and wet bar. HERCULES’ steel hull and marine-grade aluminum deck and cabin structure make her incredibly seaworthy

Forward on the main deck level is the enclosed wheelhouse which includes a large bench seat that doubles as a berth, with storage below. There are doors that open to the side decks, both port and starboard, a ladder to the flybridge, a curved companionway step forward to starboard that leads to the crews quarters and engine room and a door to starboard that leads aft to the galley, main salon and aft deck areas. Aft of the wheelhouse, to port, is the large galley which was completely refitted in 2006 with all new appliances, cabinets and granite counter tops. The galley is followed aft by the spacious main salon with leather sofa, two occasional chairs, glass cocktail table and two end tables. The salon bulkheads are teak, there are cellular blinds on the windows and there is an entertainment center with wide screen TV and storage lockers at the forward bulkhead, followed aft by a dining table with chairs and spiral companionway step to the master and guest staterooms, aft to starboard. Aft of the main salon is the spacious aft deck area with full width transom seat, 4 wicker chairs, tables and wet bar. Below decks, the master and guest staterooms are at the rear of the boat, accessed by stairs from the main salon. Aft is the full beam master stateroom with private head and his and hers hanging lockers with abundant drawers and lockers for storage. Forward of the master are two identical guest staterooms with twin berths, port and starboard. The starboard stateroom has an ensuite head with shower and the day head, accessible from the companionway to port, also has a stall shower. The décor in the master and guest staterooms and heads was updated in 2006. Below decks, forward, are the crews' quarters, utility area and entry to the engine room. This area is accessed by a spiral companionway, to starboard of the lower helm. The anchor locker is forward, followed by a captain's cabin with twin berths P & S and abundant storage lockers and drawers. Aft of this cabin, to port, is a full head with stall shower, followed aft on the centerline by a utility/crew area with a Manitowoc commercial icemaker, Kenmore chest freezer, full height storage locker and two berths. The entry to the walk-in engine room is at the aft bulkhead of the utility room. 4 Galley The large U-shaped galley is portside on the main deck level, abaft the wheelhouse and forward of the main salon/dining area. The galley was completely updated in 2006 with all new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel faced appliances. The cabinets have the "auto close" feature, with additional sea catches. True liveaboard luxury

As you would expect on an offshore sailboat, the Oyster 745 is luxurious and well-appointed, for weekend cruising or setting sail around the world. Below decks, the large hull volume offers versatile choices to customise the layout. The generous aft ensuite owner’s cabin is luxurious and light, with signature triple Seascape windows connecting you to spectacular views. A further three ensuite guest cabins let you make the most of the space. The forward-opening saloon windows and Seascapes flood the saloon with light, making it a delightful space in which to entertain or relax. Her saloon table can seat eight or more comfortably, or you can dine in the cockpit with up to 12 guests on the fold-out table with its integrated refrigerator. Mood lighting and air-conditioning come as standard, along with forced-air ventilation to keep the yacht dry and comfortable in any climate.

With up to ten berths in five double cabins, all with ensuite bathrooms, the 745 offers ample space and privacy. From the generous and luxurious owners’ cabin aft to the crew quarters forward, there is room for everyone.

The forward twin bunk cabin with ensuite gives your crew room to relax and recharge, with a separate access hatch so they can operate the boat without disturbing you and your guests.

Hidden beneath the saloon sole, the fully sound insulated engine room contains an Onan MDKDV e-QD 230V AC generator to run all your amenities. Fitted with a sound shield it run silently when in use and has a remote start/stop.

Like all our new models, the 745’s hulls and deck mouldings are certified by Lloyd’s Register for build quality, strength and integrity. They also meet the stringent EU RCDII standards.

Every aspect of her design and equipment has been refined to create a beautiful and practical yacht. Featuring signature Seascape windows, it also boasts retractable hydraulic bow and stern thrusters as standard, air conditioning and a water maker.

Oyster’s craftspeople spend hundreds of hours creating the contemporary solid wood interiors with a stunning choice of unexpected woods including walnut, ash and cherry.

The fold down hydraulic transom bathing platform is perfect to pull up to in your tender or to dive in for a refreshing dip. Push-button controlled, it has teak plank decking, swim ladders and a pair of removable dinghy bumper bars.

The extended transom option opens up a full width lazarette for extra storage, ideal for all your water sports kit. It also provides extra entertaining space on the aft deck.

Step on and off your 745 in style with a retractable hydraulic passerelle, with remote control or operated from the cockpit or your smartphone. Extending 1.9m from inside the transom, it is finished in stylish teak decking with stainless-steel details.
