Exhilarating cruising is guaranteed with top speeds of 37 knots (27 knot cruising) whilst retaining smoothness and comfort thanks to gyroscopic stabilisers.

Bahamas based year round, her crew know the hidden gems like no-one else.

The spacious flybridge has a fully equipped bar forward to sip a cocktail before enjoying the BBQ. The lounge area allows for open air dining with a table which transforms to a huge daybed to enjoy movies under the stars on the 40in screen. Aft is a bank of sunpads with awnings to bathe in the sun or relax in full shade, with a misting system on the flybridge and main deck aft to combat the heat.

Dining and seating areas are separated by two 55in back-to-back pop-up TVs. All her AV systems are fully integrated to synchronise throughout.

On the foredeck, a jacuzzi flanked by a huge swathe of foredeck sunpads and lounge.

Heading inside, there's a substantial fully equipped bar opposite a dining table for 10, and a forward facing lounge towards the 85in TV with surround sound. Huge picture windows keep her sophisticated, tactile interiors illuminated. For serious movie watching, head down to the cinema room on the lower deck with its 65in screen, fridge and extra-deep wall-to-wall sofa, which can be transformed to an additional seventh double cabin with single bed.

The stylish full beam master cabin with his and hers bathroom boasts a self standing bath and twin rainfall showers, his and hers walk in wardrobes, seating and a vanity. Forward, the VIP cabin with walk-in wardrobe, en suite and a vanity. Two sumptuous double cabins and a twin complete the accommodation.

50m motor yacht from FIFTY was completed in 2021 by Italian shipyard Riva. She is the second hull in the yard’s 50 Metri series, and features beautiful interior and exterior design courtesy of a collaboration between Officina Italiana Design and Riva’s Product Strategy Committee, led by Mr. Piero Ferrari. This stunning motor yacht was designed to celebrate the Caravelle and Atlantic series motor yachts of the 1960s and 70s, but with a modern take and state of the art technology. Her hull is a unique, blue-tinged shark grey colour, which is sure to stand out in any port. Her strong, clean lines give her an elegant yet masculine shape, and her three spacious decks provide plenty of socializing and entertaining areas, both indoors and out.

Exact details of the interior have yet to be revealed, but with a maximum beam of 9m, there is sure to be an abundance of living and dining spaces for guests to enjoy.

Her twin MTU 8V 4000 M63 engines provide a top speed of 15 knots, and a cruising speed of 11 knots.

Albert Rodriguez

Captain Albert is a well-known and knowledgeable captain with an extensive cruising experience onboard various vessels, these include, luxury yachts, sport fishers, sailing catamarans as well as passenger ferries. Puerto Rico, San Juan is where Captain Albert originated from, practically born on the water. He spent his childhood on board his fathers fishing boats cruising the waters of Caribbean from the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico to the Virgin, Windward and Leeward Islands. In 1998 Captain Albert obtained his Master 50 Ton license and during the day he ran sport fishing and catamaran charters and by night he captained 200 passenger ferries. Once he obtained his 200 ton license, he began work as a delivery captain delivering new yachts from U.S shipyards to their owners in the Caribbean and Central America. Through this experience it allowed Captain Albert to expand his cruising repertoire to include the Eastern Seaboard, Florida's West Coast, The Bahamas, Mexico, Panama and Costa Rico. Captain Albert obtained his 3000 ton license and then found a home in the yachting industry on a 85 foot yacht as a captain and throughout the 11 years following that he ran a great number of private and charter yachts, including the 120 foot custom Hargrave yacht La Vida and the 141 foot Trinity Big City. He now proudly captains the 164 foot Trinity, Amarula Sun.

Mark Rossouw

Mark grew up on the east coast of South African in Durban with the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. There his love for the sea was born. Before Yachting he worked in the Civil Engineering industry for 6 years but the dust just wasn't as good as the Ocean and here he chased the summer and entered the world of yachting. His yachting experience starts from the East coast of the US and into the Bahamas for lengthy time and then onto the Mediterranean. Mark loves to keep active, grew up surfing, he enjoys any extreme sports, Kite surfing, dirt biking and diving a few of his favourites. He is a laugh and can be entertaining around people.

Dewaid Ferreira

Growing up in a small harbour town Knysna in the heart of the garden route in South Africa, he was basically living on the water, fishing, diving, and enjoying water sports. That's when he then started to grown a love for the sea. For a career he was robotic technician, building and programming robots in the automotive industry. After he spent two years with his company he looked to take his vast skill set to the ocean and found his calling as a yacht engineer. Dewald never looked back again and has enjoyed his last 7 years sailing to some unique places all over the world

Michelle Riherd sails as Chief Stewardess aboard MN Amarula Sun. After growing up in Michigan, Michelle travelled to Key West during a Spring Break in college, and her life changed forever. It was in Key West that she was first introduced to yachting, and she has been happily working on yachts for eighteen years. Michelle loves the constant change of scenery, meeting new people and hearing the interesting life stories of all of the colourful characters she has met through travelling. Always up for the next big adventure, her yachting career has taken her from British Columbia to the Bahamas, and she counts St. Maarten and Dominica among her favourite destinations. Maria was born in Poland where she grew up and slowly developed an affinity for life at sea. After graduating from University with a degree in Quality of Industrial Products, she moved to Florida to start her adventure with the super yacht industry. Maria began yachting career aboard various motor yachts, where she quickly developed a love for the industry, gaining experience in all Interior departments. Previous hospitality background, gave her great understanding of the industry. From creating the perfect ambiance, to making beautiful table set-ups and creating great cocktails, she is always up for any challenge. With a passion for all aspects of hospitality so as event management, she enjoys working in dynamic team and looks forward to welcoming guests on board Amarula Sun. Ellen Sorenson

Ellen comes from a town in Norway called Sandefjord, which is known for its fjords and whale hunting. She has spent most of her childhood vacations on a boat with her family, and could never imagine not living along a coastline. She speaks six languages and has a passion for traveling, especially with locals to see the parts you often don’t experience as a tourist. After high school she studied international marketing with her last year of bachelor degree in Singapore, where she got to travel all throughout Asia. She worked in a Cosmetic distributor company in Norway, and her last position was as a HR and Marketing Manager in Norwegian Fire safety. After hearing about yachting while barbequing with some friends, she decided to sell her furniture, rent out her apartment, and buy a one-way ticket to Fort Lauderdale to pursue this amazing new career path. It has since been one of the best things she never knew she wanted

Andres was born in a small Colombian town. He moved to the United States with his family when he was fourteen years of age. He quickly learned the language, and was able to graduate from high school. Soon after, he enrolled in Florida Atlantic University to study finance and economics. While attending college Andres started working on a yacht detailing company working directly with yacht brokers and owners all over South Florida. Rapidly he felt a special connection with the ocean and the boating industry. After graduating from college he realized that he wanted to pursue a career in the yachting business. Charter yacht of the week: the 50m goddess of the Eastern Mediterranean, Ouranos

Each week we place a spotlight on one of the world’s finest superyachts for charter. This week BOAT steps aboard 50-metre Ourano s to discover why she is a marvel of the Eastern Mediterranean.

Since her delivery in 2016, 50-metre Ouranos has spent her days weaving around the Aegean Sea actively making her mark as a chief charter yacht in Greek waters. Her striking exteriors – are punctuated with six forward rectangular windows and vast feature windows amidships that span over two decks.

Ouranos, named after the primordial Greek god of the sky, is synonymous with the firmament and constellations. As her name suggests, most of her days are spent skirting along the Greek islands’ rocky shores, where her contemporary masculine profile naturally stands out.

Key Features

Conceived as the first of Admiral’s C Force series by The Italian Sea Group (TISG) , Ouranos was always destined to be a charter yacht and has proved her success thanks to her design, and hugely experienced Greek captain and crew. her striking – and aggressive – styling is by Jure Bukavec of Uniellé Yacht Design a young designer from Slovenia.

Having worked closely with the owner, the interiors of Ouranos are perfectly matched to her exteriors in terms of elegance and modernity. Neutral tones and ivory suede ceiling panels are combined with the occasional reflective material. The combination of the two contrasting finishes works in tandem to balance the feel of the spaces and work well with the huge amounts of natural light which flood the interiors.

Art was also an important consideration in the design, and now includes ornamental glass figurines displayed in cases – the result is a wonder of creative spaces, carefully positioned not to draw away from the yacht's surroundings.

Accommodation on board is for 12 across six cabins, including one vast master cabin, which is embellished with leather wall panels and a marble bathroom. The five lower deck cabins are connected not only by a staircase but also a glass-enclosed lift, which can whisk you up to the upper deck at the touch of a button. The upper deck is home to an exterior dining space and an enclosed upper deck bar aft. But walk through into the upper saloon and you’ll see the biggest impact of Oruanos’ vast windows as natural light beams into the space.

What is special about Ouranos ?

When it comes to looking for a Greek charter, Ouranos is certainly a seasoned pro – spending almost all of her time exploring these waters since her delivery in 2016, while also visiting Turkey and other parts of the Eastern Med. Few crews on earth could provide the same details on the Greek shores as that on board Ouranos .

The connection with the sea on board is a remarkable feature thanks to her design. But for those who would prefer to take the plunge themselves and spend their days frolicking in the Aegean, Ouranos has you covered. Two tenders reside on the foredeck and a 13.2 metre chase boat, the Omega 41 with a staggering 70 knot top speed.

Her collection of water toys is also highly impressive with jet skis, sea bobs, flyboards, e-foils and kayaks among much else. There is even a mini-submarine on board for shallow diving.

But for those who would prefer to lounge on board, part of the swim platform folds up to meet the sides, forming a balcony, a fantastic spot to laze by the water lapping just inches beneath you. The beach club also opens on all three sides, offering a further connection with the sea.

Why is Ouranos the perfect charter yacht?

Not only does Ouranos look the part, but she embodies the part of the perfect charter yacht in these waters. All spaces on board are bright open and contemporary and her deck space is enough to spend almost all of your days in the sun. She certainly won't pass unnoticed across the Med.

For those who want to do some real exploring, she has the speed (17 knots max), but also the comfort. Ouranos scored particularly highly in classification society RINA’s “comfort class” designation. An important consideration for the owner, this means guests can relax while underway with minimal noise and vibration.

A look at the most expensive superyachts at the Palm Beach yacht show and their insane features, from basketball courts on deck to ice baths and saunas

• The Palm Beach International Boat Show kicks off later this week.
• Eight megayachts are expected to be on display for would-be buyers and charter customers.
• These are the show's biggest yachts — and how many millions of dollars they are going for.

The Palm Beach International Boat Show — the yacht world's flashiest event stateside — is returning this year with over 800 boats for both deep-pocked potential owners and window shoppers to peruse.

While it's impossible to know what exactly will be on display until the show begins on Thursday, it's expected that eight megayachts — generally defined as ships over 60 meters long — will be docked at the show and at nearby marinas like the Rybovich Marina in the ritzy Florida town.

Some of these are for sale at eye-popping prices, but others are available to if in case you fancy living like a billionaire for a week or two this summer (and if you have six figures to spare on a vacation).

These are the eight biggest yachts that will be at the Palm Beach International Boat Show and nearby marinas, in size order.

Nero: 90.1 meters

Price: From $497,000 a week (charter)

Standout features: Pizza ovens, beauty salon, massage room, resistance pool

Reportedly owned by Irish billionaire Denis O'Brien, Nero is modeled after J.P. Morgan's 1930s ship , and was built in 2007 and updated in 2021.

She now boasts a gym on her sundeck with multiple cardio machines and a beauty salon, and has an on-board beautician for manicure, pedicure, hair, and massage needs. There's also an upgraded movie theater, two new pizza ovens, and both a pool and a jacuzzi.

For those who want to go overboard, she has more than a dozen toys, including a waterslide, Jet Ski, and flyboard.

Victorious: 85 meters

Price: From $876,600 a week in the summer and $950,000 a week in the winter

Standout features: Hammam (Turkish bath), wine cellar, wood-burning fireplace, children's playroom

Victorious brings a party vibe to the yacht show. With a beach club on board, a wine cellar, a cigar clubroom , multiple bars, and a lounge with a piano, the vessel is made for entertaining. Plus, there's a playroom and movie theater to entertain the kids.

For tamer charter clients, Victorious has a suite of wellness features such as a gym, massage room, beauty salon and hammam, or Turkish bath — perhaps a custom request of her owner, Turkish businessman Vural Ak.

She also boasts a treasure trove of water toys, including Jet Skis, jetsurfs, inflatable kayaks, and scuba equipment.

Casino Royale: 72 meters

Special Features: Infinity pool, helipad, private jacuzzi

Purchased and refitted by car dealer magnate John Staluppi last year, Casino Royale is the latest of his James Bond-inspired yachts (he's also owned an Octopussy and a Skyfall, among others).

Casino Royale has a helipad that turns into a dancefloor, an infinity pool, and a wellness center with a gym and sauna. The owner's cabin has its own deck, which features a private bar and jacuzzi.

However, the boat's price isn't listed, and while she's not necessarily officially for sale, that might change depending on who's prepared to buy, Mr. Bond.

Talisman C: 70.6 meters

Price: $60 million (or from $567,000 a week to charter)

Special features: Massage and beauty room, private library

Likely the largest yacht for sale (not just charter) at the show, the Talisman C is a 2011 six-bedroom boat. The owner's cabin comes with an en suite bathroom, dressing room, private library, and crystal chandeliers.

Amenities include a gym, a beauty room, oversized jacuzzi, and a fully equipped bar. Her crew of 19 includes a trained masseuse, and the toy room comes equipped with a wakeboard, eFoil , and WaveRunners.

Joy: 70 meters

Price: From $650,000 a week

Special features: Disco club, basketball court, onboard fitness instructor

Superyacht Joy testifies to the fact that owners want as many on-board experiences as they can get.

There's an expansive suite of fitness features, including a basketball court (don't shoot that hoop too hard!), a personal trainer on staff, boxing equipment, and a handful of machines. For post-workout winddowns, there's a spa with a steam room and onboard masseuse. And for entertainment, there's both an outdoor and indoor cinema, and a disco club.

Triumph: 65.4 meters

Price: From $707,600 a week in the summer and $650,000 a week in the winter

Special features: Sauna, helipad, banana boat

This 2021 superyacht is named after Triumph motorcycles — a reported favorite of her rumored owner, British businessman Chris Dawson — and even has one on display as an art piece in the upper deck's lounge. The primary suite is 1,400 square feet and has its own study , and there's a sauna, an indoor-outdoor gym, a helipad, and a massage room spread among her six decks.

She boasts an "armada of water toys," including two kinds of Jet Skis, electric water bikes, and a banana boat.

Seanna: 64.5 meters

Price: $54,000,000 (or from $462,000 a week to charter)

Special features: marble foyer, movie room, sundeck pool

The recently refurbished Seanna is available for sale and charter.

Her indoor-outdoor gym is on sea level so that passengers can take a dip after a session with the onboard personal trainer. There's also a sundeck pool, a helipad, a two-room massage facility, and, for the more cerebral guests, a library with an electric fireplace.

There are a number of toys on board, including a popular water trampoline and two WaveRunners.

Come Together: 60 meters

Price: $65,000,000

Special Features: DJ and videographer on board, ice bath, sauna

Next-to-new yacht Come Together is looking for a new owner after doing charters during the 2023 season.

The Beatles' influence is evident beyond the yacht's name, with guitars dotting the sky lounge and a crewmember who doubles as a DJ. There's also an outdoor cinema and bar for entertainment and an ice bath and sauna for the day after the party. The owner's suite has a private study and lounge, and each guest cabin has its own ensuite.

The sale includes a number of toys, like Jet Skis, kayaks, and Seabobs.
