2016/2023 61' Pacific Seacraft Ketch (New Build, awaiting commissioning)

2016/24 61' Pacific Seacraft custom Ketch. American Made in Washington NC.
Reduced to 2,399,900.00
Perry 61' Ketch: An American designed and US built Classic:
Don't be confused by the year of construction on this beautiful NEW yacht! Her hull was laid up in 2016 and she has a few items to be still completed before she is ready to launch for her first commissioning from the factory to make her a 2024 model year for her first owner of record! Seller will warrant mechanical and electrical systems for a period of 6 months after final yacht acceptance, post commissioning and sea trials completed. Pacific Seacraft will warrant construction and structural components for a period of one year after purchase.
Call, text or email us for a just completed (11/1/2023) out of the water, comprehensive survey.
The Perry 61 Ketch was conceived by Paul Serini, designed by Robert Perry, engineered by Ivan Erdeviki, and built by Pacific Seacraft. The major drivers in the design were safety, superior strength, heavy weather capability, performance under varied conditions, shorthanded operation, ample storage for gear, water, and fuel, practical functionality, and timeless, elegant traditional beauty. The Perry 61 Ketch is all of this, and more.
This is a beautiful head turning yacht! She is long and lean, and safe under way, designed for a quality minded, adventurous cruising couple with occasional guests or crew. With her high bulwarks, custom rails, narrow beam thoughtful handholds, and protected hard–dodger, she’s built to go out in confident comfort when most others cower in the inlet. She is heavily reinforced and boasts multiple water tight honeycomb chambers, to survive hard groundings and collisions – something we all hope is never tested.
Her modern underwater design, 7 foot draft, modified flared fin keel, and monoque carbon fiber rudder grant her access to most cruising grounds yet permit her to heave to when needed, all without so much wetted surface that she becomes sluggish under sail, or when backing up under the power of her fuel-sipping John Deere marine diesel engine and 5-blade feathering MaxProp.
She was designed to sail in comfort as far north or south as 65°. Sail handling systems assume a crew of 2 to 3, with a split rig with modest sail sizes and reefing capabilities that provide a huge range of sail combinations and sizes, allowing 1 to 2 people to raise, douse, and reef sails in safety. Her sleek, narrow frame will allow her to sail in light air, and then spring to her feet in moderate to heavy winds.
No expense was spared in her construction, with all specified materials and components being the B est of the Best . From the cast lead ballast keel with nineteen 1.25” Aqualoy bolts, to the custom hand laid tapered carbon spars and custom furling booms, to her massive bespoke Ideal windlass, everything about her exudes quality.
The custom interior is as unique as it is spectacular. Craftsman built Honduran mahogany trim, black walnut and mahogany furniture, a custom teak and stainless watertight butterfly hatch, and rare 18th century, clear vertical grade antique heart of pine for the sole, all make her truly one of a kind. The unapologetic jet-black hull, teak decks, and varnished trim mean she’ll turn heads in any setting, and put a proud smile on your face when you approach her at dock.
For that unique and discriminating person, the Perry 61 Ketch will fulfill the wildest of cruising dreams, and become a cherished heirloom for many future generations.
SELLER STATEMENT:
After the signing of a contract, deposit in escrow and a satisfaction on an "On Land survey and any other contingencies", the Seller will split the cost of transport, launch, commissioning and sea trails of the yacht with Buyer in the Beaufort NC area.

2004 54' Offshore Pilothouse stabilized Motoryacht
Listed on 10/1/23. Available to be seen and inspected in Annapolis! Just fully detailed 10/12/23
Asking $829,000.00
The yacht "Jacqueline" is an excellent example of a well constructed, designed, maintained and currently serviced Offshore 54' Pilothouse motor yacht .
She features Cat C-12's that have had their 3000 hour service in Stuart Florida in 2022 by a local Caterpillar dealer. They now have 3364 hours! At the same time we had the boat hauled, bottom painted and all running gear coated with prop speed. We added a stern thruster to the bow thruster and integrated it into the yacht commander system. We also had the Wesmar active fin stabilizers pulled and had their 3 year service. We added a new black boot stripe to her already recently painted hull sides and superstructure. Her twin Northern Lights Generators have 1782 hours on her 12kw and 1631 hours on her 8kw. Both completely up to date on service. Her recent invertor and all AGM batteries run her refrigerators and systems power needs when at anchor. Her small genset runs all ac units on warm or chilly evenings!
Up three steps to the flybridge is an enormous forward seating area that is next to two STIDDS seats for the owner and his mate. Her flybridge had recently seen a full aluminum painted fixed enclosure that has carbon raiseable windows for a great natural breeze when wanted. We had her 2011 12' Nautica inflatable serviced along with her 40 hp Yamaha 4 stroke with 30 hours! She has an electric davit to lower her into the water from the upper deck with ease. Her bridge electronics consist of a commercial Furuno ez touch screen radar/bottom sounder and Sirrus weather station which is amazing at looking at current weather trends. Bow and stern thruster are at your fingertips or the Yacht commander wireless controls allow for full control of the yacht while docking. There is also a backup Garmin GPS with a rear cameras, a VHF and wireless stereo for her recently replaced speakers!
Heading down three steps to her 360 degree pilothouse view, one can fully operate the yacht from the helm seat, seeing her aft cockpit to side decks and bow. This was the main reason we purchased this yacht! I do not want to talk to the crew through headsets or look at cameras to operate a 60K lb. yacht in tight docking situations. Our Offshore 54' is a pleasure to dock, anchor or just operate underway as you can see everything from her pilothouse. We did not find any other yachts of this quality that provided the same level of operator awareness and visibility. We also loved that we could entertain two couples and ourselves from this location while at anchor or heading down the ICW. The two side pilothouse doors retract and allow easy access to the side decks when underway or while tying up. The also both have retractable screens for ample air flow while underway or at anchor. In fact all the main hatches and side hull ports are screened! Also the comfortable seating area has a drop down cocktail table that allows another convertible berth to be set up in minutes. So when needed we can sleep 4 couples!
Heading down 3 steps into the main salon where you have a large u-shaped galley with a deep freeze to port and a fridge and oven centerline and a beverage fridge to starboard. On the aft side of the granite countertop is a new dishwasher and newly custom made storage drawers for all your utensils and pots and pans and flatware, well organized and included in the sale. Also included is a microwave, a coffee pot and plates, cups and cocktail glasses and wine glasses.
Further aft is a huge u shaped lounge area that was recently recovered in a tan neutral leather which is immensely comfortable and shows no wear. There is a custom high low table that expands for dining. When needed this area had a convertible insert bed that can be made in less than a minute! Full Levolor blinds pull down from the massive glass windows to create privacy in this area.
Across from the dinette are two barrel chairs with wicker storage underneath them. Further outboard of them is a custom recent smart TV with media center that provides content through the boats custom wifi antenna and through her satellite tv (available but never used). One of the best features of this area is the huge panoramic ability of seeing were the boat is going through the large fixed glass windows, that on the outside have overhanging sun and rain protection provided by her upper deck overhang.
Access to the aft deck is through two heavily built sliding pocket doors reveal a spacious teak covered aft cockpit area that was recently covered with an aluminum framed sun awning, which can be enclosed during inclement weather. Also a beautiful bullnose varnished teak cap rail to set off this entertaining area with the warmth only beautifully varnished teak can provide~! Included are two folding teak chairs and two light weight aluminum captains chairs for aft deck dining by her BBQ grill, wet bar and productive ice maker! Off to the starboard side is a third control station which has a stainless wheel, engine control and both bow and stern thruster controls. Above this station is a stainless rail with wide steps to access the upper aft deck to deploy her tender when needed.
Walking forward are very wide covered side decks that have heavy stainless rails for secure handholds. There is a side deck opening door to easily board the yacht from a raised dock or pier. Above your head are conveniently mounted boat poles to assist dock line retrieval while backing into your slip. Further forward are your fuel and water screw open caps to fuel or water the boat when at the fuel dock. Very convenient! Further forward are the pilothouse access doors and forward on the bow area is a fold open seat for 3 that is the perfect nook for enjoying the ride in a most private spot. Forward of this location is the anchor area where there are two anchors. One has 250' or more of anchor chain and the backup anchor is stowed below and has ample chain and rode. A powerful electric windlass can be controlled by foot switches, from inside the pilothouse or from the flybridge. There are both a fresh water and salt water washdown in the anchor locker and a heavy chain bridal for anchoring.
Back inside, this stunning yacht features two very private double bed cabins. Her owners master access is found in the salon level, down a few carpeted steps to a very comfortable cabin which features a dresser and makeup area and stool. Four opening and screen ports allow for the evening breeze to cool the cabin or her just replaced Dometic air conditioning/reverse cycle heat that is whisper quiet. Her head compartment features a just replaced Vacuflush head, sink and ample vanity storage with drawers and lockers for everything. A separate shower stall with closing door is voluminous and has a seat as well as back lit shaving mirror.
The forward guest stateroom is accessed to the starboard side of the pilothouse area and to the stb are both a full size washer and dryer that were installed new last year. This feature along with a water maker will provide the people that want to liveaboard in the clear waters of the Bahamas or new England, all the drinking, shower or laundry water they could want. Across from the WD is the guest head which is has a roomy mirrored vanity and sink. A just rebuilt Vacuflush head and an oversized shower stall compartment. Forward is your guest cabin that has a walk around double bed that raises at the floor to access storage and the forward AC blower. Fine woodwork and storage abound as do screened and opening ports.
Lastly her well maintained mechanical space can be accessed by a floor access in the galley area for your morning oil check or by opening a step on the aft cockpit deck or by opening her hydraulicly controlled floor access in the aft cockpit teak floor. Not quite a stand up engine room , but there is more than enough room to access her engine service points, fuel management system and fuel polishing system for her 3 tanks that total 1000 gal of diesel and to service her twin norther night generators that also have has their 1000 hour service last year!
Hope this was descriptive and enlightening as this boat is owned by myself and my wife and we truly loved every minute we could spend aboard! I am certain the right new buyer will find her as perfect for themselves as we did and continue the adventure! She's ready to go. Tag, your it!!

BROKER'S COMMENTS
"Fast Lane" is an exceptional late model Sabreline 47 with over $200,000 in custom upgrades completed when built. These owners, clearly have continued that pride of ownership and legacy of excellence. "Fast Lane" is a "showpiece" and is one of the last 47s built. Her light gray Imron painted hull is striking and the exterior brightwork perfectly sets off her classic lines.

2005 36' hinckley ep picnic boat in easton md.
Listed on 11/1/2023
2022 40' Greenline Hybrid is available at much less than a new purchase and she has been used for only one season, and very lightly!
Asking $749,500
"Sea-Biscuit 20" is currently on land in Belhaven NC and being serviced. She has had very little use and is in like new condition. She has super low hour Volvo 220 hp diesels and a replaced stern thruster! Additional stainless dingy davits were added last year!
Offered by her original owner, she is a must see for buyers looking for a new 40' Greenline hybrid.
Features - Greenline 40 Hybrid Yacht Silent Performance
When you combine one of the best-insulated engine Bays with a modern diesel engine, you get one of the most silent boats on the market today. With nothing more than a whisper-like hum at cruising speed, both when using electric or diesel power, the Greenline never disturbs your comfort while underway or when recharging the batteries.
Panoramic view in the salon
Extended glass surfaces throughout bring panoramic vistas and connection to the outer world. A spacious area and dinette in the salon allows you to entertain up to 8 guests.
Adaptive owner’s cabin
The owner’s cabin forward offers space, storage, and two very comfortable beds with household mattresses (80 X 200 Cm). These can be separate with excellent side access, or re-positioned in seconds to form a true double bed (160 X 200cm). Ventilation and light come from 3 opening hatches and portlights, one in the deck and two in the hulls. You can enjoy the panoramic view, or use curtains for privacy.
230 (120) V AC power at any time
230 (120) V AC power at all times enables extensive use of domestic appliances (entertainment, laptop, etc.) These can be brought from home or bought/exchanged conveniently and affordably.
Separate stall shower in the washroom
Direct access is provided to a washroom with a stand-up shower compartment.
Superb guest cabin
The guest cabin to port has standing headroom and beds of same size and configuration (2 singles or one double) as the owner’s cabin. A comfortable lounging chair and hanging lockers make a longer stay on board a pleasure, while a hull window plus a ceiling sliding hatch (with the open sliding salon roof providing sky view from the beds in the guest cabin) make this cabin light, open and well aerated.
Sliding roof & side door

Sheltered side decks
Maneuver around the vessel safe and fast due to our wide side decks.

1990 36' Grand Banks Classic
Asking $124,500.00
Located In Jax Florida
New Listing as of 1/7/2024
Listed on 1/7/2024, The "Classic Lass" is a beautiful Grand Banks trawler that features stainless handrails, an extended bimini on the fly bridge and a fiberglass transom for less teak maintenance. Powered by twin 210 HP Cummins diesels, she will cruise at 9-15 knots.
"Classic Lass" is located in Jacksonville Beach FL, ready for your inspection and Offer. Feel free to call me directly to discuss this currently rare to the market, Grand Banks classic.
Owner Comments:
They say the best day is the day you buy and the day you sell, but not with Classic Lass. Every day was a best day with her and we are saddened to let her go. She is equipped for enjoyment, comfort, safety, and efficiency for short or long term cruising.
Classic Lass came to us in March 2017 after years of searching for the perfect Grand Banks size and layout. The 36 is large enough to handle the roughest sea conditions, provide ample livability space, but also be small enough for maneuverability and standard dockage. Always able to find a slip in her home port area of the middle Chesapeake Bay. Her beautiful teak interior and exterior provides a true classic nautical boat feel. Teak was professionally maintained, covered, and wintered inside so the majority is in excellent condition.
Great maneuverability and visibility due to the twin diesel Cummings (2417 hours) and fly bridge. She truly spins on a dime making for egress/ingress of tight marinas less stressful. (You know everyone is watching!) The twins also give us the extra security of a 2nd engine should one fail. Fortunately, that has never happened as these engines have received routine service by Cummings professionals as well as the Captain.
Updated Garmin electronics with AIS for navigation, VHF radio, Bluetooth/Sirius radio, engine synchronization, and cruise control included on the flybridge as well as main salon.
The GB Classic design has a great fly bridge and it was ALWAYS our favorite place to be. Whether underway or lounging. New canvas, beautiful teak table, Yeti 125 cooler, and lots of bench and deck chairs very comfortable seating 6. Classic Lass was always the go-to boat for special events like Blue Angels, as her fly deck could expand to 10 with lower deck providing for overflow.
Should foul weather appear, the cabin helm is warm, dry and equally effective with a portable captain chair, large windows and wipers. Updated electronics provide navigational safety.
The main salon includes a full kitchen and all necessary appliances – oven, 3 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, icemaker/freezer, etc. All appliances to accommodate coffee and toast for breakfast, hotplate for cooking underway to a blended, frozen margherita for happy hour. Includes extensive storage for every plate, utensil, wine glass needed. Lots and lots of dry storage for food and supplies. Easily stock for a week on the hook.
Dropping hook was our preference. The beauty and solitude of a quiet anchorage to enjoy the antics of herons and ospreys and catch a couple crabs for dinner couldn’t be beat. Anchor with ~150 feet of chain makes for secure anchoring. We have ridden out storms that have shredded the canvas, but she held secure. Anchoring accomplished with the Windlass at the cabin helm or foot buttons on deck. A second anchor is also on board for anchorage requirements or when extra security is needed. Maybe a little paddle boarding or discovering hidden creeks on the dingy. (Caribe hard bottom w/ xx gas outboard included) The inverter and generator give you cooking options, plus the railing propane grill. The multitude of hatches and doors and a Windscoop keeps the vessel breezy and bug free. However, if the summer heat is too much just turn on the generator (997 hours) and run the AC. 3 units for each living area. A new, larger capacity unit for main salon keeps it cool and humidity free.
Aft cabin stateroom is large with a queen and full berths and a man-sized shower and head. Large closet and storage drawers with extra capacity for tools, vacuum, and boat supplies. V-Berth has a second head and shower with additional closet and drawer space. Two water tanks with xx capacity provides plenty of water for all your bathing and household needs. Plus bottled water dispenser for fresh spring water.

2005 Hinckley Picnic Boat EP
The "MAKE SURE" is a one owner, always used on the Chesapeake bay, always serviced by Hinckley Oxford since new.
In the recent past years the seller passed away and the boat was launched and lightly used and winter stored at Hinckley's Easton indoor storage. She has now been released by her executor to be sold and she will be sold "as is".
We have a recent insurance valuation survey available for buyers review and a current work order estimate approx. ($184,280) to have Hinckley Oxford restore the "Make Sure" back to like new condition and a current market value approaching of $400,000.00.
Please call John Kaiser for details and to have us email you the details for your review.
Her engine hours are reported to be 1159!
Showing by appointment as she is in a secure building next door to the Easton Airport.
Manufacturer Notes:
Since its introduction in 1994, the Hinckley Picnic Boat has become the most successful single motor yacht in this company's history. With the Picnic Boat EP, Hinckley has extended the pilothouse roof by 2.5 feet, added an L-shaped settee, and now offers an optional 3 by 3-foot triangular teak pedestal table, creating a layout ideally suited to relaxed conversation and gracious entertaining. The engine box, typically used as the picnic table, has also been redesigned with entertaining in mind. As part of the EP option package, it incorporates a wet bar with molded-in sink, foldaway faucet and an insulated icebox. (A gas grill may be selected in place of the icebox.) The reconfigured engine box also includes an additional aft-facing cushioned seat, facing the standard transom settee - a favorite perch of sunseekers. In all other respects, the EP retains the Picnic Boat's performance features and refined appointments. Her jet drive, JetStick controls and 18-inch draft allow access where no other 36-foot yachts dare venture. DualGuard hull construction of Kevlar and carbon makes her highly rigid and impact-resistant, yet lightweight enough to reach a top speed of 28 knots. And her interior is handcrafted in cherry with Hinckley's signature teak and holly sole varnished to a rich luster.

Seller's Comments of their ownership of "Off Piste":
I bought the boat in August, 2021, and immediately had it taken to LM in Rockland, ME for a 10 month refit. My brief to LM was to go through the boat end-to-end and fix anything broken. I also asked to have the bottom done, and the hull and topsides painted.
I also had a bow thruster added.
The only “surprise” during the process was the Hamilton waterjet, which had gotten a good report from the surveyor, but which LM said required a complete re-build, which they did.
The bottom was completely taken down and media-blasted. In replacement, LM put:
Interlux Primocon Metal Primer
Interlux Trilum 33 Antifouling
Interprotect Expoy Primer
Interprotect White
6 coats Interlux CSC
Since I have had the boat, it was always stored inside, and was in the water for less than 50 hours, so I think the bottom paint is in pretty good shape.
The cabin sides were done with 8 coats of Epifanes Varnish, plus 2 coats of sealer.
After the hull and topsides had been painted, LM suggested that I do the deck too since all of the chrome was removed for the other painting. I agreed.
The engine was serviced by LM during the refit, and also had a recent service by a local Cummins diesel mechanic in Wanchese. An oil sample was recently taken, and I will forward the results. The engine has always functioned perfectly and starts on the first crank. 500 hours since new.
4 new starting batteries, plus 1 new battery for the bow thruster.
All of the soft goods were replaced with new during the refit.
As to the trailer, I had it serviced and had all 6 tires plus the spare replaced. It should give no trouble.
Over $180K was spent at Lyman-Morse for this project, after the original purchase price of $100K. She is an exceptional value!

" Widgeon" was just hauled and had her complete out of water service performed including bottom paint, hull paint, boot stripe and prop speed on running gear and rudder! She was launched on 6/23 and brought back to her home dock on the South river.
"Widgeon" is considered to be one of the last fully restored original Dawn Cruisers left afloat. She was the 301st. hull produced by Dawn Boat Corp. Classon Point, N.Y. and was primarily built as a pleasure express cruiser/commuter yacht.
Widgeon has cruised all over the east coast, from the Great Lakes to the Florida coast. She has been a welcomed sight on the Chesapeake Bay for the past sixty plus years. Widgeon is truly a work of beauty and always is the center of attention in every port visited. One of the best features about Widgeon ( which is extremely hard to find today in a yacht of her vintage and age ) is the fact that she is almost entirely original. Her arrangements remain intact from her stained leaded glass liquor cabinet doors to her 4 foot solid brass engine gear shift levers.
All of her modern equipment has been installed keeping in mind her vintage style, out of sight and without destroying her classic design. Even the installation of her diesel engines and instruments were done without sacrificing her classic look. The new instrument control panels, with all the "bells and whistles", were synchronized with the original instruments and discreetly placed on the back of a locker door. This allowed for easy viewing when needed and out of sight when the yacht was in competition.
In addition, all three self contained A/C systems were located and placed in such positions as to make them almost invisible. This holds true with other equipment such as refrigerator, microwave, VHF, Inverter, electrical panel etc.
This web site is only a fraction of the information about WIDGEON . Buyers are invited to make an appointment and to visit the yacht currently located on the South River, Edgewater, MD by calling Listing agent John Kaiser or contact your brokerage agent today!
New listing as of 6/12/2021, more images and structural survey has been completed the week of 6/21/2021. Call us if interested in seeing her survey!

We bought her almost 10 years ago and loved her every minute we had her. We came from a newer, faster boat that lacked character and the comfort "Wisconsin" gave us. Her fully displacement hull and 200HP Perkins's engines gave us many a leisurely day sailing in comfort in just about any weather. She anchors easy and is easily boarded when coming from ashore. The visibility from the bridge is spectacular and entertains everyone who comes aboard.
She was pretty spartan when we first started, but we set aside a budget so that every year we made some significant upgrades, in addition to the maintenance, to improve her comfort and livability. We have sailed her up and down the Bay and spent many a night on the hook; she never disappoints. Our kids, grandkids and my employees have all expressed sadness that we are moving on, but there's another life in "Wisconsin" for someone else to enjoy and take advantage of.
Sincerely,
Commander USCG (ret.)
This President 43 is a good looking boat with trawler-style profile and setback house built on a solid fiberglass hull with moderate beam and shallow full-length keel below. At just 28,000lbs. the President 43 is a relatively lightweight boat for her size. She is a two stateroom, galley down floor plan with center queen berths in both staterooms. The aft stateroom has the convenience of a second stall shower with en suite head. The interior is fully finished with teak woodwork and cabinetry. The salon is well furnished with lots of space for entertaining. A very spacious aft deck with a factory hard top has plenty of room and comfort. Flybridge with plenty of seating and quality upholstery. This is a very well-maintained yacht and is ready to cruise or live aboard.

1995 45' Morgan Stowaway Sloop
1978 kaiser gale force offshore cutter, new arrival on 10/1/21, turn key for late summer.
Listed on 10/1/2021
$124,500.00!
1995 Morgan Stowaway mainsail sloop
Listed on 10/11/2021, the "Galavant", a 1995 45' Morgan, is ready for your cruising adventures!
The "Galavant" can be inspected on land @ Bert Jabin Yacht Yard, on land as she was just fully serviced, bottom painted and hull was compounded and waxed! She is ready to go south again!
Here are "Galavant's" details and her Seller's comments:
Galavant is 45-foot Morgan sloop center-cockpit, built by Catalina in Florida in 1995. She was a single and sole owner boat before the current owners acquired her in September of 2020 (after taking some time off work during the pandemic to realize their dream of cruising the world for some years.) After a wonderful year of cruising down the East Coast and to the Keys and back, the current owners are unfortunately relocating for work and believe that it is too much boat for just occasional/weekend use. So, she is now ready for her new owners to come aboard and take her out on many more adventures!
The current owners have spent considerable time and effort refitting this worthy vessel to get her ready to sail down island and eventually to cross an ocean (should you so desire.) The original owner rarely utilized the boat, keeping it stored on the hard for the winter and her handsome appearance reflects this care and attention. The hull design by Nelson/Marek as well as her Morgan pedigree combine to make this boat not only a joy to sail, but an extremely comfortable home at sea.
Her clean lines and a new bottom job definitely catch the eye, and you’ll get many compliments on her look wherever you go. Stride down the open and navigable deck and you’ll notice that her standing and running rigging have both been completely replaced (with the work done by Annapolis Rigging.) The in-mast furling mainsail is easy to trim with all lines running to the cockpit, and the 135% genoa is a workhorse and will smoothly carry you to wherever you care to go. A new custom dodger and Bimini with crisp new canvas were designed and installed by a great local company, Yacht Canvas. The stainless steel dinghy davits system, outboard hoist, and solid lifelines were created by KATO Marine right down the street. She is outfitted with a brand new remote-controlled Maxwell windlass and capstan, oversized 65lb Mantus M1 anchor and 250ft of HT 5/8” chain rode to give you peace of mind during the strongest blows. A new Renogy solar system and new batteries keep the boat powered when at anchor, and new LED lights throughout the boat reduce the power draw. The engine and generator, with very low hours for a boat of its age, have both been serviced and various hoses, water pumps, macerators, and bilge pumps have been replaced. Bonus: you can even have AC at anchor!
Below you’ll find a wide open, yet cozy salon and u-shaped galley that is perfect for entertaining guests and fellow cruisers for many nights on the hook or at the dock. Cooking is a blast with the sprawling counter space, 3-burner stove and double sink. The forward guest v- berth is quite spacious and is also accessible to the forward guest (wet) head. The luxurious aft cabin hosts a queen island bed and vanity area with sink—but the biggest plus is the ensuite head with separate shower and tub!! The entire boat fills with light from its numerous port lights and hatches, and air flow is a breeze. Copious amounts of storage can be found throughout thew boat; in each cabin, the galley, in bilge lockers, as well as in the “garage” area opposite the engine room (which is easily accessible via detachable swing doors) and clean navigation panel. If relaxing is your goal, take your sundowners up to the center cockpit which is “high and dry” and drink in the 360 view from the top, or lounge on the aft sun deck with a book. This boat is truly a lovely place to call home as well as an exciting vessel to sail!

The yacht "Mirage" is a heavily constructed, hand laid fiberglass world cruising yacht, built by Kaiser Yachts in Wilmington Delaware.
As my father would say, "She's a powerful ocean cruising cutter, Kaiser designed and built the way good boats ought to be, without compromise of design, standards or price".
Now for sale by her original owners, they have loved their Kaiser Gale Force over the years and have had an amazing sailing life, travelling all over this beautiful world, enjoying their passages to the fullest!
I will be attaching their notes about their travels and their love and enjoyment of this classic yacht, which they have just prepped for the next owners that are ready to take the helm to destinations unknown! Here is their story and many details of their yacht "Mirage".
MIRAGE’S STORY:
People go to sea for many different reasons. For us, it was always about the adventure, meeting new people, traveling to fascinating places, inhaling nature’s beauty, and, testing ourselves under difficult conditions.
We had “cut our teeth” on a 29 foot Erickson for a couple of years. I remember us taking it 100 miles off shore from Los
Angeles to San Nicolas Island, the only vessel there. Looking West, we swore to ourselves that one day we would go there.
The following year we went to the Newport Cruiser Film Festival where we saw some awesome films and met the Hiscocks, Pardees, Roths, and Griffiths. We were Hooked!
Our search for a cruising boat started out in 1978, and ended with the Kaiser Gale Force, John and Claire Kaiser were one of a kind, inviting us to their home where we met John Kaiser Jr, their son, age 10, and, now our broker for this boat!
The boat exceeded our expectations, cost as much as a house, and was the best investment we ever made in a long life. The name MIRAGE came to me as I grew up in the Nevada desert and loved the water. Our 42 year adventure was about to begin in earnest.
Our focus on equipping MIRAGE was to make us self sufficient for long periods of time. We have 105 gallons of diesel in 3 tanks which will power the boat over 200 hours. Three propane tanks, enough for 4 months of cooking. 90 gallons of fresh water, 660 AMP hours of battery power, and space for food and stores for many months.
MIRAGE CURRENTLY HAS THE FOLLOWING MAJOR EQUIPMENT:
-- 2 chart plotters
-- AIS
-- RADAR
-- Wind generator
-- 4 solar panels

"Peregrine"
2013 42' Lyman-Morse Hunt
"Peregrine" one of the most cared for and uber maintained yachts you will ever find!
She is pristine, turn key, & shed kept her entire life in Thomaston, Maine, a better than new example of the finest combination of Maine custom yacht building at Lyman-Morse, along with the best design team at C. Raymond Hunt. Her replacement cost exceeds $3M! She currently has only 411 hours of total use!
Being a twin jet propelled yacht, she will cruise at 24 to 32.4 knots without a worry of Lobster or crab pot buoys! Exquisite interior finish and top electronics make her a must see for your next purchase. Beyond belief! She is currently (4/17/20) stored in her heated private conditioned/summer storage building in Thomaston, ME till sold! Inspections are easy in this beautiful location! Come take a look!
The "Peregrine" is an outstanding example of Lyman-Morse quality yacht construction, fit and finish! Though she features traditional Downeast styling on her exterior, Peregrine's systems make use of the latest performance and sound reduction. Her C-9 ACERT Caterpillar engines are coupled with Hamilton marine HJ322 jets. Steering is mouse controlled with a Hamilton Jet-Blue Arrow system. High-density material in the stringer system as well as Metalastic type anti-vibration mounts and strategically placed sound deadening tiles have minimised structure-borne sound and created a comfortable interior while cruising at 30 knots.
PRACTICAL: With her proven Hamilton Jet drives and C-9 ACERT Cats, she has a good turn of speed at 30 knots and no worries of catching lobster pots. The easily driven Hunt designed hull and attention to weight give not only very good high end performance, but an economical cruising speed-great for trips south both inside the ICW or outside. Her shallow draft and jet drives would make her at home in shallow waters such as found on the west coast of Florida!
SIMPLE: Besides the incredible Furuno electronics package, she is easy to run and simple to maintain. The owners opted to go without a bow thruster and use mouse controlled-controls which the jets love-very easy to maneuver the boat in any direction especially sideways using the powerful jets.
ELEGANT: A classic New England Hunt design. Well-appointed mahogany interior, beautiful galley, and many touches on the exterior like the beautiful custom toe rail, exquisite stainless by Lyman-Morse Fabrication, and lovely choice of colors set her apart from other boats in the anchorage.
PROVEN: This is Lyman-Morse's 17th build with Peter Boyce at Hunt design in New Bedford, MA. Not only have all these boats been very successful, but this hull design traces its roots to the original deep V, Moxie, that set the standard for the whole industry 35 years ago! Easily driven, no compromise on the deep V, these hulls shapes are like a fine European sports car. Comfort or meandering along the coast-she is at home in either medium.
"Peregrine's owners have cruised many of the highest quality yachts in their ownership past, including numerous Eastbay yachts. Their past experience and attention to innovative design features, combined with the highly skilled designers and craftsmen at Lyman-Morse, have all been incorporated into this refined custom yacht. Since delivery, she has been stored in a heated and dust-free custom shed and her full time captain reports that she is in flawless condition without a single needed repair or current maintenance item to address. She is a must see if you are in the market for the most refined and better than new 42' Hunt design yacht imaginable".

LAYOUT AND DESIGN:
The hull is a full-deadrise deep-V with integral chine and lift strips. The hull shell is infused in the existing Hunt P38 female mould. Custom sheer dam, transom insert and jet intake mounting insert pads were added to give the boat its 42’ feet. Foam coring was thermoformed where necessary to conform with hull curvature. A custom deck and flybridge mold will be built.
The steering system is Hamilton Jet-Blue Arrow (two stations), mouse controlled. The general twin Cat Engines (C9 ACERT @ 2500 rpm with 411 hours use) installation have been designed to limit noise transmission through structure-borne sound. The stringer system is specially built with high-density material for sound absorption and Metalastik type of mounts for further sound reduction.
The owners enter the living quarters through a custom-designed and built paneled French door. The interior is a rich varnished Mahogany woodwork built to the highest standard of cabinetry. All efforts were made to keep the interior light without sacrificing the carpentry.
Extremely well appointed yacht! An incredible buy at this asking price!

"Highlight"
$130,000.00
The "Highlight" , a 1994 model Pacific Seacraft 37' was listed on 1/18/2021!
She is currently on land at Herrington Harbor Marina north in Deale Maryland. She shows extremely well and has been completely serviced for her next owners adventures!
Owners Comments:
A little owner’s info on “Highlight”
My name is Todd and my sailing life began before the age of one when my parents took me on a friend’s sailboat and I am told I was on a leash! A few years later my parents purchased an old large, heavily built, gaff rigged, double-ended schooner on which I spent much of my youth. We rode out a hurricane in that schooner teaching me the advantages of a double ender in rough weather at a young age. That brings me to why I purchased the Pacific Seacraft 37. It checked all the boxes for me and my wife Kate. It was safe, well built, comfortable, and a double-ender! Not only that, but unlike so many builders which started in the 80’s Pacific Seacraft is still in business and thriving. Now on the east coast and with an impeccable reputation for quality and customer support.
We have sailed “Highlight” exclusively on the Chesapeake and everything about her has exceeded both my wife’s and my expectations. The biggest surprise is that she is amazingly fast, we frequently sail past the “current fad” of twin-rudder go-fast boats. We have spent many relaxing weekends and vacations on her. One of our favorite spots to sail to and anchor at is La Trappe Creek. When at anchor there we usually mount the Magma barbecue on the stern rail, cook some burgers or chicken and watch the consistently amazing sunsets and the wildlife on shore. The cover photo of “Highlight” is in fact her lying at anchor just behind the sandbar at the entrance of La Trappe Creek near sunset. From there we often head to Oxford, Md., Cambridge, Md., or Solomons. “Highlight” is so comfortable and her electronics make navigating so easy, the biggest pleasure is most often not the destination, but the sail to get there. Her sail plan is such that she is comfortable and adaptable to high winds as well as light air, with little or no weather helm.
So why are we selling the boat of our dreams when everything is just-right? It is with great reluctance and some apprehension. We were not looking to change boats at all until my son and his fiancée expressed an interest in vacationing with us. This coupled with the possibility of sailing overseas to England (my wife’s homeland) brought the thought of something just a bit larger, even though the 37 is certainly capable. At the same time a Pacific Seacraft 40 that we could afford became available. Well, the stars aligned and we very suddenly became owners of a Pacific Seacraft 40. Two boats are too many. So, there is sadness in parting ways with “Highlight” but there is also solace in that someone else will have her to enjoy!
Manufacturer Introduction:
The Pacific Seacraft 37 is a superb high-performance cruising yacht that incorporates all the qualities an experienced sailor looks for in "a proper yacht," such as seaworthiness, premium quality, exceptional performance, comfort and beauty. She has a modern split keel and skeg rudder underbody. She's sleek, beautiful, and a brilliant performer in all conditions, as was proven by her remarkable and repeated performance in the recent Singlehanded Transpacific Yacht Race. She'll accommodate six and has features specifically designed for extended ocean voyages. The speed of the Pacific Seacraft 37 is already legendary, but performance in a cruising boat requires much more. A cruising boat must have a comfortable motion at sea and be well-balanced under sail so the crew does not have to fight the boat every yard of the way. The Crealock 37 was carefully designed for an easy motion. When you are shorthanded and you grow weary of those long night watches, a balanced boat can make a world of difference. In addition to her beauty, comfort, and sailing ability, the Pacific Seacraft 37 offers engineering and construction that is unsurpassed. Her fiberglass hull and deck are built to the most rigorous specifications, 100 per cent hand laid-up and squeegeed to remove all excess resin for optimum strength-to-weight ratio. Deck strength and insulation are increased with high-compressive-strength plywood core construction. Cored hull construction is available. Throughout the cabin, a soft white matte finish provides just the right counterpoint for the abundant hand-rubbed teak joinery. Sunlight and fresh air pour in from ten polished bronze opening ports and two large deck hatches.
We will post more details as they are provided, but in my opinion, this is one special boat that her current owner has refined, refit and loved, and it shows!

New Listing on 11/9/2020
The "Caretaker" has been my personal boat for the past recent years. I purchased her in Florida a number of years ago. I have run her back and forth to Florida for the past 5 years and have totally love the trip on the ICW! She was mechanically refit by her owner before me that kept her in Del Ray, FL and added her new 240hp Yanmar and Next Gen 3KW diesel generator with sound shield. I have since added new Dometic Air conditioning system that works on her 30 amp shore power or her generator under way or on the hook. Also added new 12v/110 Vitrifrigo fridge/freezer, New Garmin GPSmap 741xs with chirp depth finder and radar. Also added a second screen droid pad to use as a lower helm repeater! A new lower helm swivel seat was added for comfort to steering below in inclimate weather. I additionally added Bennett oversized trim tabs to allow her bow to remain easy to see over while she is running fast and visibility is a must from her lower station. Also added an electric windshield wiper. Occasionally having a large number of guests aboard, the tabs lift the stern up under way to give her hull nearly the same performance and lower helm visibility! Having a new Fusion bluetooth stereo controlled by the Garmin screens is an awesome upgrade. Also having a new smart TV below with a custom added cushion insert, makes the small L seating below expand into a deep couch or second single berth or pillow lounge! She has an Icom IC-M502 VHF with new bridge power mike, wireless power spot on FB with controls on bridge and lower helm. She has a new stainless anchor roller and stainless Delta plow type anchor for easy secure anchoring along the waterway! Her interior cabin has new cushions, a custom comfortable fwd mattress with 12V fan, Galley includes a Origo 110V 2 burner stove with alcohol feature. A deep stainless sink and hot and cold water single facet with green granite countertop. Her head has an electric W/C with a holding tank under the fwd berth. A hand held shower with 110v hot water and recent 12v sump pump drainage.
"Caretaker" is a 1989 Cape Dory 28 Flybridge with graceful Downeast-Style lines. She was built on an easy-riding semi-displacement solid fiberglass hull with moderate beam and has a tapered keel and a fully protected prop. This vessel is currently boathouse stored and is in average condition throughout. She has been maintained by her very knowledgeable owner and is ready to go cruising today! (Full disclosure, she has gel coat crazing on her decks and her aft cockpit deck. Her teak is varnished and Cetol coated, her exterior has been compounded and waxed and her bottom was painted last fall and is in excellent condition. She is a very able and fun boat to take where ever you want to go today, be it the great loop or the Florida Keys or the Bahamas. She is only 2'8" draft, which allows access to anywhere, including beaching her and stepping off her swim platform). She is not a perfect boat, but she has taken me back and forth to Florida safely and comfortably and has been the most enjoyable boat to run single handed I have ever owned. She has large fuel capacity and three water tanks for additional liveaboard range! I have had her Yanmar and her generator professionally maintained and they have seen full service and upgrades during my ownership. "Caretaker" will run comfortably at 6 knots, 12 or 15 knots and will top at 20K and burn between 1.5 GPH at slow cruise and up to 6 GPH at mid cruise speed and 8 GPH at fast cruise! She is very economical and fun to drive and will find dockage easily as she is so compact, 28' x 9'11" beam!!
Accommodations:
The V-berth has storage below the custom mattress and has a center insert to provide a large area for sleeping for two, hanging locker to port, head & shower to port, galley down to starboard, lower helm station to starboard and two piece settee is to port. 2005 42' Nordic FB "Joy Girl"
"Joy Girl" can now be safely inspected at our docks in Crownsville, as we delivered her from Hilton Head and had a great smooth and fun trip!
Priced just reduced on 10/22/20 to an aggressive $329,000.00!
"Joy Girl" , is a beautiful Nordic Tug 42 Flybridge that is in above average condition inside and out. Her thoughtful and caring owners have maintained her in very good mechanical and cosmetic condition. After just returning from completing the great loop, she is completely ready to take her next owners on a trip of a lifetime!
" Joy Girl" is priced to reflect the current market conditions and as can be seen by her SOLDBOATS.com dealer reported selling prices, she is very aggressively priced! This is the one you want to own!
Owner Comments:
As her captain the last three years, I would love to introduce you to “Joy Girl”, our 2005 Nordic Tug 42. Joy Girl has been our home away from home the past two and a half years as we traveled America’s Great Loop, and in all that time and all those miles, I didn’t see one boat I’d rather have had.
The heart and soul of this boat is her amazing pilot house. High, forward, and with a ship-like centerline helm, this is where I spent the majority of our time underway. But Joy Girl also has a flybridge directly above the pilot house, giving the captain and crew a view taller than most 50 footers. With seating for 6, this is the place to be when the weather is nice, and is my preferred position from which to dock the boat (the wireless headsets that come with the boat make life especially good during “the greatest test of a marriage”.)
With a separate U shape galley adjoining the salon, the cook has lots of work space while never having to be away from the guests. The propane stove and oven are perfect for quiet, genset free nights on the hook in peaceful anchorages, and the 3000W pure inverter will keep all your electronic gadgets charged and running smoothly.
The master cabin features a centerline queen bed, his and hers lighted hanging lockers,8 drawers, 6 cabinets, and a large locker under the bed for almost limitless storage. The private, en suite head with full shower is more than adequate, and has multiple storage cabinets as well.
Guests live large as well, with a settee that converts to a full size berth. We added a memory foam topper to the mattresses for an even more comfy night’s sleep. Guests also have their own head, complete with shower. When friends and family are not aboard, we find this makes an excellent day head, as it allows easy communication with the bridge should anything unexpected occur while underway.
Joy Girl has been a wonderful boat for us for many other reasons. She’s a good looking boat, drawing looks and compliments everywhere she goes She’s comfortable in any reasonable sea, comfortable inside and out, and very well built. The only reason we are letting her go is that we have three aging parents to help (two in their 90’s) and a cat whose health is not helped by the stress he feels being on a boat. If not for that, we would be looking forward to many more years on this wonderful vessel. And if you’re blessed to be her next captain, I’m sure you’ll enjoy her every bit as much as we have!
Her features include:
- The desired commercial-application 9 litre Cummins QSL-9M, 405hp for incredibly long engine life, currently with 4787 engine hours
- To read the Sellers just completed Oil Analysis: file:///C:/Users/yachtjohn/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/INetCache/Content.Outlook/VNAO3818/05%20NORDIC%20TUG-032220%20(003).pdf

Cruise in luxury and style! "Annapurna" is a proven circumnavigator, from 1996 to 2007 she traveled to 56 different countries and crossed over 54,000 miles. The owner's wife told her husband that she would only agree to sailing around the world if the vessel provided enough luxury so she didn't feel like she was camping. Annapurna clearly provides such amenities.
More recently (2016 - 2019) Annapurna traveled south from Santa Monica Bay to Panama then the US east coast and the Bahamas.

Owners Statement:
This beautiful, graceful sloop was built in Sweden in 1966, a twenty-nine-foot version of Ab telfa King’s Cruiser. She was shipped to the United States and came into the current owner’s hands in Annapolis in the mid-80’s. Asgard was named for the ‘after guard’ in a Norris Fleet as she would protect the other ships from the rear in those ancient times.
After living aboard with my parents for a decade or more as a child, I purchased this boat to live-aboard and Sail the east coast and the Caribbean, which I did for several years. I was in the Yacht Repair and Boatbuilding business at the time and applied these skills to do a complete rebuild and maintain her over the years. From extensive woodwork to replacing keel bolts, plumbing and systems every detail was attended to, including a blister repair job.
The Crockett brothers in the 70’s removed the original pilothouse type of cabin and cockpit and built the current configuration. The Yanmar engine was installed just prior to my ownership.
Original mahogany toe rails were replaced with teak as were the combing caps, hatch rails and hand rails. Original butane stove was removed and replaced with a Dickinson LPG and Forest Force-10 Heater were installed. All standing and running rigging was replaced in 2014. Chesapeake Sailmakers Mainsail was purchased in 2018. Original wooden boom was replaced with aluminum at that time. Autopilot and electronics were added in 2014 the dodger and exterior canvas new in 2018 as with the cabin cushions, all of this makes sailing her an absolute joy.
Asgard has been a great sailing boat for exploring the Chesapeake area and I would not hesitate to take her as far as your heart desires. I have been an excellent caretaker of this boat and she is looking for the next person to enjoy her as much as I have. She has a grace and feel that is obvious and exceptional. We are letting her go only to move on to a larger vessel for the next stage of our lives.
She is a fiberglass version of the old wooden AB Telfa King’s Cruiser designed by Tord Sunden

Business | south florida yacht brokers hit with lawsuits that claim 10% commissions violate antitrust laws.
Two newly filed federal lawsuits claim that 10% sales commissions required by South Florida’s yacht broker industry are anticompetitive and violate antitrust laws.
The claims follow an October finding by a federal jury in Kansas City, Missouri, that the National Association of Realtors conspired with brokers to artificially inflate commissions paid to real estate brokers. The ruling, and a March 15 settlement by the Realtors, is expected to radically change how homes are sold in the United States.
Both lawsuits involving yacht brokers name as defendants the International Yacht Brokers Association, based in Fort Lauderdale, the Yacht Brokers Association of America, Boats Group LLC and YATCO LLC.
Also listed as defendants in both suits are a who’s who of South Florida-based yacht brokers, including Denison Yacht Sales, MarineMax Inc., Galati Yacht Sales Inc., Allied Marine Inc., Tournament Yacht Sales LLC and Northrop & Johnson Yacht Ships, among others.
Nearly all of the defendants are headquartered in South Florida.
The most recent suit, filed on March 22, proposes a class of plaintiffs that includes anyone who listed vessels on certain Multiple Listing Services using a listing agent or broker affiliated with one of the defendants and paid a buyer’s broker commission since March 22, 2020.
The lead plaintiff in the lawsuit is Kip Lamar Snell, identified as an Alabama resident. Snell entered into an agreement with Galati to sell a 41-foot Express Cruiser Sea Ray in July 2020 and ended up paying a $12,000 commission on the $120,000 sale price, the suit states. The lawsuit lists as defendants 15 brokers and six organizations that promote the yacht trade or operate Multiple Listing Services.
That lawsuit follows one filed on Feb. 29 that proposes a class of plaintiffs that includes anyone who paid a commission to a listing broker affiliated with the defendants since Feb. 19, 2020. It lists as defendants 11 brokers and five organizations that promote the yacht trade or operate Multiple Listing Services.
The lead plaintiff in that suit is Ya Mon Expeditions, a Wyoming company that paid a “substantial broker commission” when it sold a vessel in January 2023 while represented by Tournament Yacht Sales of Tequesta.
The most recent complaint accuses the trade associations of colluding with brokers to “enforce an anticompetitive restraint that requires (sellers of pre-owned yachts and boats) to pay a brokerage fee to the buyer’s broker and a total aggregate commission fee that is inflated as a condition for selling their yachts.”
The complaint states the typical commission is 10% and is shared between the seller’s broker and the buyer’s broker under terms spelled out in Central Listing Agreements provided by the brokers associations, including the International Yacht Brokers Association and the Yacht Brokers Association of America.
Only boat brokers are able to list boats and yachts on such Multiple Listing Services as YachtWorld.com, BoatTrader.com and Boats.com, and the Multiple Listing Services will not accept listings from owners who want to sell their vessels themselves, the lawsuit states.
Yacht owners are “severely disadvantaged” if they do not list their boats for sale on the listing services, while buyers suffer because their brokers are “financially incentivized” to show boats that will earn them standard “and inflated” commission rates of 4% to 5% through co-brokerage transactions, the complaint states.
None of the defendants contacted for this story responded to a request for comment, and no response has been filed yet in either case.
Robert Allen Jr., whose Miami-based law firm Robert Allen Law represents the International Yacht Brokers Association, did not respond to emails or return a phone call.
A woman who answered the phone at the International Yacht Brokers Association said, “We have no comment on that,” and hung up after a reporter asked for her name.
Of six brokers contacted for comment about the lawsuits, only Tournament Yacht Sales responded to emails. “No comment,” the company’s response stated.
Overall commissions have increased faster than the rate of inflation in recent years as the price of larger boats and yachts have increased, according to the lawsuit that lists Snell as lead plaintiff.
The result is that boat owners pay “hundreds of millions of dollars” in inflated commissions each year, the suit alleges.
Both lawsuits allege violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act that are upheld by “brokers who should be competing with one another but, instead, cooperate with each other to the detriment of pre-owned boat sellers.”
Some brokerages represent both buyers and sellers and retain the entire 10% commissions, the suits state.
The trade associations enforce rules requiring brokers to offer their boats through a listing service and to share commissions, the suits state, adding that they can impose significant penalties on members who do not comply with their rules.
Yacht purchasers are disadvantaged by the current system, the lawsuit alleges, because their agents would otherwise negotiate for their business by decreasing their commission rates.
But buyer brokers’ commissions have remained constant despite their diminishing role, the suits state. Many buyers today find boats they are interested in purchasing through online searches and enlist the services of a buyer’s broker only after identifying the yacht they want to buy, the suits claim.
The lawsuits seek an order declaring the commission structure to be illegal, a permanent injunction outlawing what they describe as anticompetitive conduct, plus damages and/or restitution, pre- and post-judgment interest, and attorneys’ fees.
Paul Geller, an attorney for one of two law firms representing the class that includes Snell, acknowledged “parallels between the allegations relating to commissions in the real estate and yacht markets.”
In the real estate matter, the National Association of Realtors on March 15 agreed to a $418 million proposed settlement that would free home sellers from paying commissions to brokers for both sellers and buyers.
After a jury ruled for the plaintiffs in the case against the National Association of Realtors in October, numerous lawsuits were filed across the country with similar allegations, including one in December against the Florida Association of Realtors and 16 brokerages.
“At bottom, the goals of (the suit against the yacht brokers) are similar: protecting consumers by challenging what we allege to be anti-competitive conduct,” Geller said by email. “We believe in the universal truth that consumers benefit by increased transparency and the competitive pricing that results from negotiated terms, including commissions.”
Geller is a partner at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, which specializes in securities litigation on behalf of investors. The firm has offices in 10 cities, including Boca Raton.
