Caleb Servis – Instructor - Caleb is a junior at OCHS. I grew up near Ocean City, enjoy snowboarding and surfing whenever possible. I also have been rowing crew for 2 years at Ocean City HS. This is going to be his second summer teaching sailing at the Ocean City Sailing Foundation. Caleb is now a certified US Sailing Level One instructor.
Doug Mroz, Director Doug Mroz grew up sailing and racing optis, sunfish, lasers, and 420s in Ocean City Yacht Club's junior sailing program. At 12, Doug started racing in the bay, offshore, and lightning series crewing on a handful of different boats. He traveled and competed in MAYRA events, as well as was on OCYC team racing team. Eventually he became a Sailing Instructor for Ocean City Yacht Club. At 17, Doug began skippering a J80 and raced it locally in the bay and offshore series. Upon graduation from college, Doug served as an Assistant Sailing Coach for Villanova University. Doug skippered a Viper 640 for several years traveling to national events. Currently, Doug skippers a Melges 24 where he races it locally, as well as travels to regional and national events.
Grace Mazzeo - Assistant Director - Grace grew up in Villanova PA and is a senior at The Episcopal Academy. Spending her summers at the Ocean City Yacht Club, Grace has sailed and raced Optis, 420s, and Lasers. She continues to travel with her Laser 4.7 to compete in MAYRA events as well as in the annual Junior Olympic Sailing Festival. Grace looks forward to her second year as an OCSF instructor and now Assistant Director.

Connor McGovern – Assist. Instructor - Connor is a junior at Haddon Township HS. He enjoys competitive rowing, rock climbing and sailing. After attending OCSF camps for several years, he is excited to now be an OCSF assistant instructor teaching youth and adults the fun sport of sailing.
Joseph Noell – Instructor - Joseph lives in Ocean City and is a junior at OCHS. I am ecstatic to start my first full year instructing at the Ocean City Sailing Foundation. I have over 4 years of racing experience that I can pass on to the younger generations to come.

Gavin Dunn – Assist. Instructor - Gavin grew up coming to Ocean City every summer, and I fell in love with the OCSF through attending the morning classes. Now, I am an instructor teaching other youth the joys of sailing. As a Junior in Haddon Township HS, my extracurriculars include varsity rowing, wrestling, and swimming as well as cycling and weight training. I aspire to become a Naval Aviator after high school and attend college through an ROTC program.

Robert DiMedio – Instructor - Robert lives in Haddonfield NJ and summers in Ocean City. He is a sophomore year at The College of Charleston where he is studying finance. He started sailing at the Ocean City Yacht Club starting with Opti and eventually raced Laser and 420s. This is going to be his second summer teaching sailing at the Ocean City Sailing Foundation. Rob is now a certified US Sailing Level One instructor.
Elena Buckwalter – Assist. Instructor - Elena Buckwalter is a sophomore in high school. She summers in Ocean City and lives in Pennsylvania during the rest of the year. Elena started sailing on her family’s 16 Hobie Catamaran. She then started attending OCSF summer sailing camps for six years. Her favorite boats to sail are the RS Quest and the RS Feva.
