BOAT CLUB & RENTALS

For summer 2023 we are excited to announce that we have expanded our fleet of boats once again, and these boats are exclusively available for our KYC members. Looking to have some fun on the water? Try out the wake sport boats! Want to enjoy a more relaxing cruise? Then one of our pontoons or sailboat will be perfect for you!

Providing value to our membership is always our focus. We are pleased to offer rental rates below the average market rental cost. Our favourite saying, “no boat, no problem!” has never been more true. You do not need to own your own boat now to get on the water – just another perk of KYC membership!

Please note, a PCOC ( Pleasure Craft Operator Card ) is required for all boat rentals and boat rentals are available exclusively to KYC Members over the age of 25.

if you like yoga, you should try "Yoga on the Dock Kelowna Yacht Club" Wednesday evenings. Great environment and knowledgable instructor. What a nice way to wrap up the day.

The Kelowna Yacht Club is a beautiful wedding venue with so much charm. Located on the share of the Okanagan Lake in Kelowna, the backdrop could not be more beautiful with a nautical feel, of course. The reception space is nice and open with large windows allowing for so much natural light and views of the lake and mountains. The food is great and the people are very accommodating. A great wedding venue!!

Beautiful location, good food, nice service. Brand new location for 2015 has opened with sweeping views of Lake Okanagan. Had the breakfast eggs Benedict which was reasonably priced; homemade potatoes, a nice Hollandaise, nicely presented on the plate. This is a huge improvement over the previous yacht club.

Sat on the patio. Kimber was our server. Lovely Lady. Very fast food and drink service. Good Value. Good Portion sizes. Glad we came. Beautiful setting. We will return.

The staff at the yacht club are rude. Such as most of the members. I will never spend my time or money there

The restaurant at the Yacht Club is only available to members and their guests. If you know someone that can get you access, it is a beautiful space for a relaxing meal. The food ranges from casual (hamburgers and sandwiches) to traditional entrees. It isn't a large selection but there should be enough choices to find something you like. My teenagers have had the yam fries with chipotle dip many times and believe they are tastier here than at most other restaurants. On my last visit I shared an arugula and tomato salad (yum) and a grilled vegetable and shrimp pasta dish (excellent). I didn't like the gluten free chocolate cake, but the molten lava cake is always good if you want chocolate. My daughter loved the cheese and fruit plate, which has a large assortment of items and is good for sharing - either after a meal or as a light snack. The view is wonderful from inside or outside, and the staff are friendly.

How do I modify my reservation? (i.e. number of people, date, time) Please modify your reservation through the manage reservation link in your confirmation email. When modifying a reservation, if your desired party size, date or time are not available, the restaurant is likely fully booked. How do I change the location of my reservation? Please cancel your existing reservation and rebook at your desired location. Where can I cancel my existing reservation? To cancel your reservation, use the cancel reservation link in your confirmation email. I did not receive my confirmation email, what do I do? We recommend checking your email’s junk folder. How do I add a specific request for my reservation? (i.e. celebrating an occasion, bringing your own dessert or requesting a booth) When you arrive at the restaurant, please put the request in with the front desk and we will do our best to accommodate. Guests are welcome to bring a cake for their visit. To meet current health protocols, we kindly ask that the cake remains on the table throughout your visit. Our team will happily supply utensils and plates for serving. Is there a 2 hour dining time limit? Yes, all reservations are subject to a 2 hour maximum once seated.
