Super excited about my new purchase from Yacht Club Powersports. Moving to the lake full time in June and Jonathan Helms was able to set me up. Closed the deal over the phone and looking forward to getting on the water next week. Awesome experience so far. Thanks Jonathan!!!

I bought a 2016 Honda Foreman Rubicon from Yacht club Powersports, I was looking for several months for just the right deal. YCP had this New 2016 Rubicon DCT/IRS for $6,400, out the door, WOW!! Deal of the Year!! I Can't thank Lucas Strong enough for working with me from initial Phone contact to actually picking the Machine up at the Dealership. Great deal, Great service, and it's a Honda, Thank you YCP.

Can't figure out why this place only has 2-1/2 stars! We just recently bought two new jet skis from Bart and he was great! Yes, it took a little longer to get the jet skis than we had hoped, but Bart was very communicative in letting us know what was happening! Patience is the key the days with the supply chain issues and he did his best to keep us updated on the progress. He gave us a detailed tutorial on operating the jet skis and was very helpful in addressing any of our questions! Michelle, who helped us in the closing, made the whole process very easy! We would highly recommended Yacht Club Power Sports!

We bought and have had two boats serviced through this company. They were fair, honest and delivered on what we needed. I would highly recommend them both purchase and service. They've gone out of their way to make sure we were happy.

This place has the worst sales people. They don't care to wait on you or make a sale. They are rude and lazy. We bought a $14,000 wave runner and they didn't even fill it up with gas. We were interested in buying some life jackets and they didn't bother trying to help us nor answer any questions we had. When we brought the wave runner back to our condo we noticed the trim was coming off. This is a brand new bike. Took them several days to come out and fix it. This place is 5 thumbs down !! The worst customer service we have ever had.

Recently purchased a side by side four wheeler at YC Powersports. We found a good selection of equipment and our sales lady did a great job. Within weeks if taking delivery the emergency break failed to operate. We called the service department and found that despite an extended warranty there is a $75 pick up charge. In addition the pick up will happen within a week. No exact day given and it might be two weeks before they'll have time to look at it. Just a warning everything is peachy until you need service. Buyers beware

• Ashly B. July 17, 2022, 6:22 am I wish I could rate this a -10 stars, because this place is a joke!! We purchased two fourwheelers for our boys last Spring from here (Yacht Club Powersports). At the time, the sale went well and smooth. We were told the brand we were purchasing was great and they have never had any problems with them, nor had any of them in the shop. Fast forward one year, We took them both in for routine maintenance, oil changes, etc. My youngest boy’s fourwheeler was running fine, but my older boy’s was havin g some clutch issues. I told them what I wanted done, maintenance wise, and that the clutch on the bigger one needed looked at, and explained what it was doing. They reassured me they would be done in a week or so. A month later, they finally called and said they needed to replace the carburetor on the smaller one! The one that was running fine, and went in only for an oil change! So I argued that, and then they said the bigger one needed a carburetor, too. By the time they were “done” replacing what their HEAD/MAIN mechanic said they needed, our invoice was over $500. We went to pick them up — brought them home, and the bigger one was STILL DOING THE SAME THING. We were charged for the labor of them checking out the clutch but said it was fine — running great. It was NOT! I called back and they haven’t returned my calls. After this experience, I would not let these guys work on my pedal bike. I would not recommend this place unless you want to throw away your money! … – show 0 0 Reply

The Manager is awful and even cusses the customer out when he doesn't have answers on what to say on how to fix the issue. I spent several thousand dollars buying a new UTV and now there is a ton wrong with it and it is supposed to be brand new. Very poor customer service and I have never dealt with a manager that treats their customers this way. Stay far away from th is place!
