Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 4: "Lazy Daisy" "Capt. Glenn remains committed to improving the guest experience by insisting a stew go on all excursions. Daisy is frustrated after learning she’s a stew down while the deck team goofed off on the eFoils. Chef Ileisha’s perfectionism is thrown off when she faces her greatest fear in the galley and enlists Colin’s help. Gary claims his territory as First Mate both with the ladies and on deck as he sets his eyes on Mads knowing his deckhands are interested in the same girl."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 5: "Hate Me Tender" "Daisy is overwhelmed with the high-maintenance guests and struggles to ask for help, so a request from Gary sends her over the edge; when a guest injury occurs on the water toys, Capt. Glenn goes into high alert."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 6: "Clash & Burn" "In an effort to turn the charter around, Capt. Glenn takes the guests on an epic sail. Lucy makes a grave mistake to a charter guest’s garment. After Chef Ileisha continues to leave the guests waiting too long between courses, Capt. Glenn gives her honest feedback in the tip meeting that pushes Daisy's defensive buttons. Colin defends Capt. Glenn’s comments as feedback and not critique, which only heightens Daisy’s frustrations."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 7: "Smoke on the Water" "Another engine issue emerges, forcing Capt. Glenn to modify the plan and keep the returning guests entertained. With all the uncertainty going on in the engine room, Capt. Glenn takes control and points out the crews’ mistakes. Daisy and Colin make up after their fight as their relationship grows stronger. Daisy confronts Gary about Mads and claims he’s playing his usual games. Tired of the drama, Chase plans a night of drunk Twister and hosts a surprising yoga session. "

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 8: "Cheers to Boobies" "After Chase confides in Gary about Alex’s lackluster work ethic, Chase’s trust is broken when Gary tells Alex about their conversation. The crew pull off talent show #2 for the returning guests and surprise themselves with their interesting skills. Chase has a little too much to drink, and he upsets some of the crew, pushing Lucy to lose it and her chair at dinner. Daisy and Colin get closer than ever as they share an unexpected kiss."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 9: "Love Boat" "Glenn dresses up for the guests' theme night; he hopes his participation helps correct a jewelry theft hiccup and is on top of his crew to make sure the women have the best trip of their lives."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 10: "Loose Lips Sink Friendships" "The crew has the day off, and even Capt. Glenn recharges by enjoying Parsifal III all to himself and riding the eFoil; Colin saves the day clearing the clogged toilets, but he gets jammed up when his honest opinion strikes a chord."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 11: "Let Them Eat Cake" "Capt. Glenn notices the standards are slipping on Parsifal lll as the crew is exhausted with the mid-season blues. Distraught that Colin and Gary aren’t speaking, Daisy takes initiative and forces them to hash out their problems. Gary’s confusing behavior has Mads confessing her feelings to Alex. Colin tries to forgive Daisy’s discretions, but she adds insult to injury after she drunkenly confuses him for Gary. On charter, after anchoring in their first destination, Parsifal lll nearly drags into a neighboring boat."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 12: "T-Bone with Stakes" "Capt. Glenn notices the crew is slipping on service when a guest is injured, and interior doesn’t hear the walkie call forcing Capt. Glenn to up the guest maintenance standards onboard. After Alex and Mads confess their feelings from the start, Mads is torn between Alex and Gary. Shaken after a close T-Bone with a nearby boat, Gary is confused when his advances to Mads aren’t being reciprocated."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 13: "Hurricane Bonnie" "Captain Glenn reprimands the crew as recent slip-ups are directly affecting communication and morale; Daisy breaks down when she's proven wrong about the walkies not working; Chef Ileisha is determined to prove she can complete a 10-course dinner."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 14: "Boat Load of Throuples" "Capt. Glenn threatens to kick one of the 'throuple' charter guests off Parsifal during a drunken guest fight. Mads receives a wake-up call that prompts her to dismiss Gary’s apology attempt and more seriously consider Alex leaving Gary with a stomach full of regret. Unhappy with Gary, Alex and Colin decide to follow their hearts instead."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 15: "Man Buns Has it Been Fun": "Proud of his team’s accomplishments during the final sail, Capt. Glenn believes his tough love made them all stronger. The crew celebrates their final night out and Daisy and Colin try to soak up every moment of it. Following tearless goodbyes, Capt. Glenn and Gary stay onboard Parsifal to pick up another charter season."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 cast

Captain Glenn Shepherd returns to helm the Parsifal III. This is his fourth season on the series, but he's no stranger to the ship. He's been helming the Parsifal III for over a decade.

Captain Glenn will be joined once again by Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher, first mate Gary King and engineer Colin MacRae.

New to the series are chef Ileisha Dell, stews Lucy Edmunds and Mads Herrera and deckhands Chase Lemacks and Alex Propson.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 plot

Bravo offered this synopsis of Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 and it gives you a good sense of what's coming in the new season:

"Capt. Glenn and his comeback team Daisy Kelliher, Gary King and Colin MacRae resume their responsibilities aboard Parsifal III, along with new, dynamic crew members, as they set sail in Sardinia, Italy. Capt. Glenn realizes that his laid-back leadership style has allowed his crew to become too comfortable and starts taking charge of quality control in the interior department, much to Daisy's dismay.

"In the galley, Chef Ileisha’s cooking impresses the guests, but her indecisiveness and co-dependency lead to time-management issues between courses, which causes her to self-destruct. On deck, strong personalities collide, and a power struggle results in a near mutiny, as Gary clashes with his new overconfident deckhand, Chase.

"Two overlapping love triangles further complicate the dynamics on-board, and a shocking hookup puts Colin, Daisy and Gary’s friendship in jeopardy. With a near collision, fire, crew rebellion, gruesome guest injury and two different potentially season-ending engine failures, this is the most captivating and unpredictable season yet of Below Deck Sailing Yacht ."

20 Best Reality TV Shows Right Now

America's got talent winner reveals major announcement while revamping promising career, love island usa season 7: everything we know.

  • Gary King refuses to take responsibility for his scandalous behavior, denying any involvement in sexual misconduct allegations.
  • Reddit user highlights Gary's defensive attitude, citing impulse control issues around women.
  • Despite controversy, viewers are eager for the return of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, hoping for a resolution.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht star Gary King has been one of the most buzzed-about stars in the franchise throughout the last year due to his scandalous behavior, but he’s proving he’ll never take responsibility for his actions . While Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 has been filmed for over a year, the series has yet to return to the screen after Gary was accused of sexual misconduct by one of the series’ makeup artists, Samantha Suarez. Gary, who has worked as Captain Glenn Shephard’s First Officer for several seasons, has denied that he had any involvement with Samantha at all.

“he thinks he can act like that with all women"

In a recent post on the Below Deck subreddit, Reddit user u/teleportmasssive showed off some of Gary’s replies to comments on his Instagram, which make it clear that he’s defensive. Gary, who was harsh to viewers calling him out in the comments, has made it clear he has no interest in changing his ways. Summarized by user u/TheLizardQueen3000, the Redditor explained that Gary “has horrible impulse control issues around women” and when his behavior isn’t called out in the moment “he thinks he can act like that with all women, and he's confused when women don't like it.”

Reality TV is more popular than ever. With so many to choose from, here are some of the best reality TV shows to stream or watch right now.

Should Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5 Air On Bravo?

As Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4’s finale was over a year ago, many are wondering what’s next for the series. Though the season has been filmed, Gary’s alleged misconduct came on the heels of a season that also painted him as a creep, and viewers felt there were too many red flags to ignore. After the allegations came out against Gary from Below Deck makeup artists Samantha, Bravo had to take action even though Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 was already in production. They removed Gary from his panel at BravoCon, but continued with the season’s scheduled filming .

Now, over a year after Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4’s end, the next season has been finished filming for quite some time, but there’s been no news on when the series will return, leaving many believing it won’t. While some think that Below Deck Sailing Yacht has finished its last charter season, others are curious about whether the show could proceed with the filmed footage for the upcoming season, while craftily editing Gary out as much as possible. It feels like the most responsible choice to simply refilm, but Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 may air on Bravo .

Even if Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 doesn’t wind up airing in its traditional capacity on Bravo, it’s clear that viewers want to see more from Captain Glenn and his crew. Much like Below Deck Down Under , which viewers have been looking forward to for over a year, any news about the upcoming season of the series would give viewers peace of mind. Even if Gary refuses to take responsibility for his actions and chooses to defend himself publicly, knowing the future of Below Deck Sailing Yacht would allow viewers to breathe a bit more easily.

With new safety protocols in place, the crew must stay on the yacht in between charters, blurring the lines professionally and personally, leading to a boat-load of nauti-yachties.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht’s Daisy Kelliher Takes Credit for Lindsay Hubbard’s Pregnancy: ‘Partly My Doing’

  • Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later. More content below

Lindsay Hubbard’s pregnancy announcement on the Fourth of July may have been a surprise to followers, but it seems that at least one of the Bravolebrity’s colleagues didn’t feel that way.

One had to weed through the multitude of congratulations posted to the former publicist’s Instagram page. Of course, Lindsay’s notable friends posted as well. But one, in particular, stood out because Below Deck Sailing Yacht star Daisy Kelliher took credit for the Summer House star being pregnant.

Followers speculated about Daisy’s involvement

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Lindsay Hubbard (@lindshubbs)

Lindsay famously posted her pregnancy announcement on Thursday, July 4 in an Instagram post that featured a series of heartwarming photos.

“Trigger Warning: This post contains more fireworks than the 4th of July! WE’RE PREGNANT!!!!!” the former publicist announced.

“I truly believe the universe has a bigger plan and this is it!” she added. “My boyfriend and I are beyond excited to welcome our little #HubbCub this Holiday season 2024!!”

In the comment section, the Below Deck Sailing Yacht chief stew posted, “Um omg I feel like this is kinda partly my doing.”

Lindsay responded, “haha.” No further explanation was given.

Followers made their own conclusions. Some speculated that Daisy played matchmaker between Lindsay and a fellow Below Deck star. One comment suggested that BDSY First Officer Gary King might have been involved.

However, the father in question is someone land-based. During the Summer House Season 8 reunion, Lindsay revealed that her mystery boyfriend had “Went on a few dates three and a half years ago.”

“It was just bad timing back then for him and for me and then he kinda popped back up in December and we started dating in January. I would say it’s tracking in a pretty serious direction. He’s been a great support,” she told Andy Cohen .

Perhaps the connection with Daisy will come to light. In the meantime, Lindsay and her boyfriend are celebrating their baby. They have also decided to keep the baby’s gender a secret.

Watch Below Deck Mediterranean  on Mondays at 9/8c and next day on  Peacock . Catch up on the Bravo app .

In a new preview for Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9, Episode 5 (you can watch it above!), Aesha approaches Captain Sandy Yawn to show her an injured finger. "In my experience, when it forms a line like that, it's usually a sign of infection. And it feels like there's still some glass in there," she explains to her boss as a video of the recent incident plays. In case you missed it, during the last charter, Aesha cut her finger on a broken martini glass.

"Maybe we just send you ashore, get the glass cut out, and get it wrapped," replies the captain, who adds in a confessional interview that if Aesha develops an infection and can't work the next charter, it would be "catastrophic." Then, she lists the exact reasons why.

Captain Sandy Yawn Doesn't Want to Work a Charter Without Aesha Scott

Aesha is beloved by Captain Sandy for plenty of reasons, one of which is her professionalism.

"The deck team is still finding their feet. We haven't had the greatest last charter with the chef . I don't need my interior to fall apart," Captain Sandy explains while discussing how she doesn't want Aesha to be down for the count.

With that being said, before she leaves the boat, Aesha goes and touches base with her stewardesses.

"If I'm not back in time, [we'll need] welcome drinks, towels," she tells Elena Dubaic h and Bri Muller .

In a confessional, she adds that she's very worried about missing the next batch of guests' arrival. "We're getting guests on in three hours," Aesha says. "There's not much time to go to a Greek hospital, get it looked at, and get back to the boat."

WWHL: ‘Below Deck Med’s Chef Johnathan Shillingford Says Capt. Sandy Yawn’s Decision To Have A Backup Chef Was “Shocking”

Where to stream:.

  • Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen

Ryan Serhant Says He Was “Authentically Surprised” When Andy Cohen Announced ‘Owning Manhattan’ On ‘WWHL’

Andy cohen calls out savannah chrisley for promoting “law and order” while parents todd and julie chrisley “are both in jail”, andy cohen confirms much-needed “rebrand” of ‘rhonj’, ‘wwhl’: andy cohen admits to telling caroline brooks’ hairdresser to “get the hell out”.

Chef Johnathan Shillingford was thrown off by Capt. Sandy Yawn ‘s decision to have a backup chef locked and loaded in the wakes should she have to replace him.

The Below Deck Mediterranean star video-called into the Bravo Clubhouse for Monday night’s (July 15) episode of Watch What Happens Live , where a virtual fan asked how he felt about Yawn being prepared with his potential replacement.

“Honestly, a little shocking,” he admitted. “Because I had no idea that was happening. But, to be fair, she’s a yacht captain and she has to look after the boat. And if that’s what she has to do, then I respect her decision.”

Yawn likely didn’t want to repeat her Season 4 fate when she fired Chef Mila Kolomeitseva (the first female chef in Below Deck history) for her subpar meals, leaving third stew Anastasia Surmava in charge of the galley until Chef Ben Robinson was able to step in.

Shillingford also opened up about the controversy surrounding his refusal to wake up and make some late-night snacks — even though they were on the charter guest’s preference sheet.

“I think I was so exhausted from the day before. I just thought if I wake up now, I don’t know how I’ll get up in a few hours to make breakfast,” he said. “It was a tough call. It really was. Probably one of the hardest calls of my career. But usually you do wake up and make the late-night snacks. This time it was just, yeah, a really tough call.”

The chef also admitted that he felt “a lot more sympathetic” toward second stew Ellie Dubaich, who was left to take care of the guests when he refused to leave his bed, while watching the show back.

“I had no idea that that situation was happening and it was so demanding,” he said. “I think, you know, it wasn’t personal at all. Unfortunately, it kind of unfolded that way.”

Watch What Happens Live  airs Sunday through Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on  Peacock .

Below Deck Mediterranean Recap: Abandoned Anchor

Below deck mediterranean.

watch below deck sailing yacht season 4 episode 2

Too often this week we’re told how terribly something could go and then it’s fine. I’m the unwilling participant in a butt workout with all the cheek clenching and unclenching. The worst thing I saw in this episode was Gael’s boyfriend’s text: “Could use an update. Thanks.” That is a text you send to a co-worker you hate or the Spectrum installation guy who said he’d be there two hours ago. Not to your girlfriend! The punctuation — thanks PERIOD — is a clear kiss of death for this relationship. More on that later.

The immediate drama at hand is that the anchor is stuck on the ocean floor because of a broken windlass. They can’t take the guests back to port in the tender because Iain forgot to charge its battery. It’s like waking up to the awful realization that you forgot to plug your phone in the night before, if that mistake could cost upwards of $65,000 if they have to buy a new anchor. Lucky for Iain, it turns out not to be his fault because the second officer wasn’t turning the intrepid on correctly. Sandy decides to leave the anchor, running the risk of losing it. They put a buoy on the chain so it can be retrieved later. As the deck crew prepares to drop the anchor, Joe tells us, “Someone could get hurt, if not die.” This does not happen. It’s fine, and I’m annoyed by the melodramatics, which are far from over.

The anchor issues put the boat three-plus hours behind schedule, so the guests will miss their flights out. Trishelle is supposed to host people at her house that night. It feels like it could get tense, but her husband is a Delta pilot, so she’s not really concerned. All the guests are incredibly laid-back about the situation. They see it as extending the vacation, and Aesha keeps them in decent spirits with plenty of drinks.

The Mustique finally sails to the port, which is two hours away, so taking the tender doesn’t seem like it was ever a realistic option. The wind is getting worse, threatening their docking ability. Boy, have we seen this one before. Joe takes too long to drop a fender, but the docking is ultimately fine. It’s yet another build-up of suspense that goes nowhere. Sandy can tell Nathan has more experience than Joe and designates him as the bow contact. Joe can’t even tie lines properly. Any rock-climbing tech bro or 12-year-old skipper at summer camp knows their knots; how doesn’t he?! Sandy asks Iain if he’s chosen a lead deckhand, prompting me to do a double take when we realize Iain never told the captain he chose Joe on day one. Sandy says he should reassess: Nate works circles around Joe, who’s merely a good talker. She thinks Iain didn’t read their CVs, and it’s a red flag he didn’t check with her first.

Iain is incompetent not only in leadership but also in flirting. He thinks he’s been playing the long game with Ellie and is ready to make his interest known. Unfortunately for him, Ellie says he has no shot with her. This feels a bit mean on her part, but also, we understand. When Iain compliments her lipstick, Ellie makes her feelings clear by turning instead to Joe for outfit advice. Iain awkwardly butts in: “I concur. Bodysuit.” As the guests depart, Brittany compliments Sandy on running a tight, perfect ship. This is obviously untrue, given the delay, but they leave a $25,000 tip nonetheless. Who wants to look like a bad tipper on TV, right?

Aesha, now an official Marsha Doll Model, holds an interior team meeting, reminding the stews to watch how they speak to each other. Ellie pushes back, saying they don’t have time to be overly sensitive about every word. She insists that they all — clearly meaning Bri — should work on “how we take things.” Aesha can tell the issue isn’t fully resolved but will keep an eye on it. As will all of us.

A team comes to repair the windlass while another emergency-services crew fetches the anchor. I’m disappointed we don’t get to see the retrieval. Later, “Zea Marina” texts Sandy that the anchor is there for delivery. That’s just the name of the marina, but I love that it looks like how you’d save a person, Zea who works at the marina, in your phone. The whole process was cheaper than buying a new anchor but still expensive at $40,419.93. Very exact, those Bravo accountants. Also a great reminder to never buy a boat.

The crew night out is at Six d.o.g.s, a club name whose periods I cannot find the meaning in, unlike Gael’s boyfriend’s passive-aggressive periods. Nathan and Gael lick salt off each other for tequila shots. Jono correctly assesses the pair: “It’s gonna happen.” Back on the boat, Gael worries about being a heartbreaker, but she thinks Nathan is different. Sure, he’s different because he’s in front of her now. She could also save her boyfriend some pain by breaking up with him before kissing another guy, but she seems too afraid to do the breaking up, so she goes ahead and kisses Nathan. The next morning, Gael shows her boyfriend’s sad texts to Jono. Jono asks, “Do you feel like you’re trying?” and I applauded. He could add therapist to the architect-chef title. However, Gael does think she’s trying because she’s always on her phone. Jono gently suggests maybe they need a break. She doesn’t want to disappoint her boyfriend, but it’s definitely too late for that. She explains that growing up, she never heard “good job,” only “you can do better.” I guess the analogy is that now she’s looking for a better boyfriend? Or is it that she knows she could do better by cleanly breaking up with her boyfriend before kissing her co-worker? Whatever the reasoning, she has found that distance does not always make the heart grow fonder.

On the Joe-Ellie-Bri love triangle front, Joe goes to Aesha for advice, and she asks him to take the night off from the girls. He wants to be professional and agrees taking a step back is for the best. He tells Bri he doesn’t want to do anything right now, and she’s okay with that. Again, all that lead-up for nothing. It’s like they keep inflating a balloon, teasing how exciting it’ll be to see it pop, but then just slowly and safely let the air out.

With Joe taking the night off, Ellie’s lace bodysuit isn’t attracting the guy she wanted it to. Iain turns on the cringe: “There’s a lot of people telling you you’re beautiful. I’m another one.” She tries to shut down the conversation, saying she’s “a person of few words.” Iain claims he is too, then continues talking and talking. He drunkenly confesses he’s not connecting with people as much as he wants. Ellie gives solid advice: Ask people about themselves and listen. So he asks her … about himself. That is, if she’s interested in him. She leaves to dance and he follows her, talking the whole time and missing all her social cues.

And Bri is once again missing laundry, specifically Sandy’s. The captain says this is incident No. 4, or maybe 5, and while it’s not a fireable offense, Bri needs to develop a better system. Bri knows she’s making mistakes but insinuates that Ellie might be sabotaging her, so she’s going to log everything for “receipts, bitch.” If this were true, I think we’d get to see footage of Ellie’s rearranging. I won’t be mad if petty rivalry finally motivates Bri to be good at her job.

Sandy doesn’t have time to look for her missing shirt because she’s checking the wind and reports on wildfires north of Athens. It’s difficult to create suspense over events that happened a year ago. (HBO’s The Newsroom , anyone?) While we know the fire won’t reach the Mustique , we don’t know what will happen when a giant superyacht docks right in front of them. Typically, Sandy wouldn’t leave in these conditions, but she wants to avoid the smoke rolling in. The wind dies down enough, and they’re off. From sea level, it looks like they’re heading straight into the huge yacht. From above, it looks fine, like getting out of a wide parallel-parking spot. But the Mustique is close to the other boat’s lines, so the episode ends on a “to be continued.” They want me to clench my cheeks until next week, but I’m no longer falling for it.
