The Yacht Social Club is Australia's number one floating festival that runs every Saturday from 4th November 2023 up to and including 27th April 2024 except for Easter Saturday 30th March. We'll also be running a special Xmas party double header on Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th December. At every event throughout the summer, we'll aim to bring you sun, sea, yachts, an awesome crowd and the best local DJs dishing out the perfect soundtrack. All of this against the backdrop of the iconic Sydney Harbour.

The long-awaited Sydney Superyacht event of the year is back for the third edition. Superyacht Australia, the peak body for the Australian superyacht industry, announced The Superyacht Australia Soirée as Saturday 26 February 2022 at Jones Bay Marina from 2.00 – 8.00pm.

We are thrilled to be sponsors of this annual industry yachting event, where we will host guests on board two of the largest yachts of the evening: M/Y PERLE BLEUE and M/Y THE STAR .

The Soiree promises to be, once again, a star studded event: Benetti Yachts , one of the world’s largest and most prestigious manufacturers of superyachts, has signed as the Major Partner for the third year running, as CEO Magazine as the Media Partner, Jones Bay Marina and Pantaenius as Event Partners. • The booking will be confirmed with a 50% deposit
• Deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
• Remaining payment must be received at least 14 days prior to the charter date
• Unsafe weather as determined by Manly Sailing – heavy rain and/or strong winds may cause postponement of the charter on the day.
• In the event of postponement due to bad weather, Manly Sailing will reschedule the charter with the client to a mutually convenient time within a 12 month period.
• Choice of destinations will be determined by wind and weather conditions.
• Manly Sailing reserves the right to refuse any passenger at any time for inappropriate behaviour, drug use, drunkenness or misuse of vessels.
• There is a $200 charge for toilet blockages
• Passengers must be ready to board the vessel at least 15 mins before departure time.
• Manly Sailing reserves the right to limit any passengers intake of alcohol at any time throughout the trip.
• Manly Sailing reserves the right to alter price, departure time and point as and when required.

YACHT HISTORY

Built with Huon Pine planks and spotted gum ribs, Southwinds holds a significant role in English design pedigree as well as Australia’s yachting history.

Designed by Sir Robert Clarke and launched in 1950, she would have been one of the fastest and largest yachts in Sydney Harbour at that time. She has competed in the Sydney to Hobart yacht race and had many notable owners.

Her large windows, expansive decks and rich timbers create a spacious and elegant atmosphere for onboard guests.
