You can participate in the sailing or relax and enjoy the scenery with a drink in hand. The choice is up to you. With leading edge design and technology, the Isara 50 offers performance without compromising comfort. She is constructed with exceptionally high quality finishing and numerous attributes to add to your enjoyment of sailing and living aboard.

Isara 50 – Accommodations

Elegant is the only word to describe the interior. de Moor Dauntless has LED lighting and teak flooring throughout. The saloon, the largest of any 50′ sailing catamaran, provides a huge living space with a 360 degree panoramic view. The sofa seats six and there are two comfortable occasional chairs. For your entertainment, de Moor Dauntless has a Fusion music system with four separate zones which are controlled by a downloaded app for your smart phone. A 32” TV and DVD in the saloon media server contains a movie library accessible by the TV in each guest cabin. The galley is fantastic with everything needed to make meal preparation a pleasure – large stainless steel refrigerator & freezer, double sink, four burner electric stove, convection oven, dishwasher, curved bar and serving area.

All three cabins are luxuriously appointed with an abundance of natural light, full length hanging locker, plenty of storage space and individual air conditioning controls. Relax in your cabin, access the media server and enjoy a movie on your 24” flat screen TV. Each cabin has an ensuite bathroom with vanity, separate shower and electric quiet flush toilet. A dinghy with a 30hp outboard, kayak and snorkeling gear are included.

Isara 50 – On Deck

de Moor Dauntless’ many features include two helm stations, full Raymarine electronics including chart plotter/GPS, wind instruments and radar, fully battened mainsail, furling genoa, electric winches, water maker, folding props, inverter and deck wash down pump. The spacious fly bridge is accessed by twin curved staircases and offers comfortable cushioned seating for six. A lounge area forward of the fly bridge is the perfect place for those wishing to enjoy the sun or relax in on one of the teak seats at the bow and enjoy the breeze. The cockpit is equipped with an electric Teppanyaki style grill, refrigerator and ice maker. The large cockpit, covered by a rigid bimini, is the ideal place for relaxing, entertaining or enjoying a meal with friends and family. For easy access to the sea and dinghy, the wide swim platform has a boarding ladder at each hull. Divers will appreciate the specially designed tank locker as well as the dive ladder.

Isara catamarans now available in Australia and New Zealand

A new catamaran brand has arrived in Australia and New Zealand. “A yacht designed to create a perfect blend of style and function,” is how Isara Yachts describes its Isara 45, 50 and 55 luxury catamarans.

The 50 was the first launched at the Annapolis Boat Show in 2012 where it won ‘Best Boat at Show’.

Isara have now launched in Australia and New Zealand through distributor Jon Harris of Southern Yachting. Jon, currently in the Australian Sailing Team as mainsheet trimmer in the Paralympic Sonar class, has cruised catamarans extensively in Australia’s east coast. Jon says “The 45 and 50s are in production and  well priced. They can be delivered to owners anywhere in the world at no extra cost and are built to a  high specification”.

Adding to the range comes is the Isara 55 which is nearing design completion and planned for delivery at the end of 2015.

The yachts are designed to CE Category A(Ocean) specifications. Technology includes advanced materials and processes including the combining of vacuum resin infusion with Kevlar, carbon fibre and vinylester resin, for both hull and deck. This gives an excellent build quality and helps owners to be assured of the highest possible resale value in the future.

The “innovative and creative team” behind Isara Yachts includes Cannes based Jean  Jacques Coste, a naval architect known for creating 100’-200’ one-off multihulls.

All boats in the Isara range are what Jon Harris describes as “superyachts with two hulls”.  Jon says “with standard features including Coppercoat anti-foul, electric frosting glass (curtains not required for privacy) and hybrid power that allows 2+ hours under battery alone, augmenting the Yanmar diesels.”

Each of the designs has a spacious aft deck, upper deck, cockpit and saloon offering more living space. This includes a galley fitted with full size fridges that can be located on the saloon deck or in the hull. Deck systems include Harken deck gear and a custom painted aluminium mast (or carbon option) with in boom or slab reefing, offers a fully battened square top main with a choice of foresails.

The Gala Opening Ceremony of the 5th International exhibition Moscow Boat Show was held on March 20 in the lobby of the first pavilion Crocus Expo IEC. The trade fair has demonstrated once again to be the largest project in Russia exhibiting the best products in the yachting segment.

The Moscow Boat Show is the own Crocus Expo IEC project and is supported by Aston Martin Moscow, Burevestnik Group logistics department and the Yachting specialized magazine.

The exposition space increased up to 30 000 sq m and was accommodated in all 4 exhibition halls of the fairgrounds! 280 Russian (Arkhangelsk, Vyborg, Kazan, Kaluga, Republic of Karelia, Moscow and Moscow region, Nizhny Novgorod, Novorossiysk, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, St. Petersburg, Sverdlovsk region, Sochi, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen and Yaroslavl region) and foreign ( Denmark , Germany , Holland , Greece , Spain , Italy , Cyprus , China , Latvia , Poland , USA , Turkey , Ukraine, Finland , France , Montenegro and Croatia ) companies participated in the show.

Arcady Zlotnikov, First Deputy Director Crocus Expo IEC, was traditionally the first to take the floor at the official opening ceremony. He greeted warmly exhibitors, guests and visitors of Moscow Boat Show. Nikolay Krjuchek, Deputy Chief of the State Inspection on Small size Vessels (GIMS) of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of Russia, Georguiy Shaiduko,Acting President of the Russian Yachting Federation (VFPS), Olympic champion in Atlanta, and Ekaterina Grishechkina, Director of exhibition Moscow Boat Show also spoke at the ceremony.

The high-ranking guests noted dynamic development of the branch which well reasons the intensive growth of the exposition and appearance of rather unique articles.

The visitors for the first time had an opportunity to purchase 19-meter boats, private submarines, Jetlev-Flyers from MS Watersports and also rare yachts and boats.

The questions-and-answers session was organized for the journalists after the ceremony. Mass media representatives could communicate directly with organizers of the exhibition and top officials of the Russian yachting.
