EXTERIOR The amazing tri-deck design offers guests a host of luxury outdoor locations to enjoy their time on board. The sun deck boasts a substantial jacuzzi on the foredeck surrounded by sunpads, leading through a covered gym area with steam room and sauna out to the aft deck seating area.

The bridge deck has an incredibly generous foredeck with luxury sofas, flexible tables, storage for the tender when underway and access to the bow. The area can also be covered with a sunshade if needed. Aft on this level is a lovely deck where owners or primary charter guests have a semi-private seating area directly outside their suite.

The main deck aft is a wonderful sociable space with a huge dining table and sofa where guests can gather as a group to dine al fresco. Steps lead down to the swim platform and beach club.

INTERIOR The main deck is the primary interior social space and doesn’t disappoint. The huge panoramic windows bathe the salon in light and the mid tone wood floor and details blend perfectly with the neutral soft furnishings and subtle lighting.

ADAMARIS Specifications

Through the glass doors from the aft deck is the lounge area with plenty of space for every guest on board to relax on the array of comfortable sofas. A stylish marble dining table can be found forward in the main salon adjacent to glass doors which can be opened to allow in a cooling sea breeze.

The two master suites are on the bridge and main deck and additional guest suites are on the lower deck.

The two master suites and choice of a further four guests suites, make this a perfect choice for a large family or group of friends. The bridge deck master is sensational, boasting floor to ceiling windows on to port and starboard, access to the semi-private terrace and a cosy lounge area with fireplace. All this before you have even noticed the huge bed, luxury bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The décor is stylish, yet comfortable and beautifully lit to create a warm, inviting ambiance. Forward on the bridge deck is the wheelhouse, laundry and convenient day head. The forward main deck master is equally impressive, also boasting a cosy lounge area and fireplace. Again, stylish neutral soft furnishings and thoughtful lighting making a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. There is an added bonus of a private enclosed balcony off the hallway leading to the suite. DESCRIPTION

ADAMARIS is a simply stunning and utterly unique 141’ (43m) luxury superyacht. ADAMARIS’s custom-built features are showcased throughout all her spaces; her added extra length and floor-to-ceiling windows are some of the yacht’s notable upgrades.

The main deck is the primary interior social space and doesn’t disappoint. ADAMARIS welcomes up to 12 guests to enjoy her impressive staterooms. The superyacht features two massive master staterooms. The first is located on the main deck forward with large windows for serene ocean views. There also is a private balcony for the ultimate open-air experience. Guests can take in the passing landscapes and ocean breeze completely isolated from everyone else.

On the lower deck are two VIP staterooms. Both the aft and forward VIP staterooms are full-beam and have en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there are two more staterooms on the lower deck. 141' (43m) Superyacht ADAMARIS Now For Sale

The 141’ (43m) luxury superyacht ADAMARIS is now for sale with Yacht Broker Deniz Kaymaz . The luxury motor yacht is asking €9,500,000.

This luxury yacht was delivered in 2010 by acclaimed Turkish yacht builder Urkmezler along with Mengi Yay. ADAMARIS’s extensive refit in 2021 has brought technical, interior and exterior advances to her already impressive architecture, such as adding extra length and floor-to-ceiling windows. The yacht cruises at 16 knots with a maximum speed of 22 knots. She has ultra-low engine hours with engine warranty until 2024.  

Six staterooms, including two massive master suites, can accommodate up to 12 guests aboard ADAMARIS. All the yacht’s staterooms are chic and contemporary, with large windows to allow an abundance of natural light to flow in. One of her master staterooms even features a private balcony for guests to enjoy and take in unobstructed ocean views. Further accommodations include two VIP staterooms and two additional staterooms on the lower deck, all with en-suite bathrooms. Eight crewmembers can be accommodated aboard ADAMARIS.  

The luxury yacht’s main salon is a spacious hub for relaxing and socializing. Floor-to-ceiling windows, gorgeous furniture and ultra-luxe finishes are found throughout. The yacht’s amenities also include a steam room accompanied by a Turkish Bath and a massage room for ultimate relaxation.  

The exterior spaces of ADAMARIS are exquisite. She features an extra-large swim platform with a beach club for guests to have seamless water access. The superyacht’s sundeck is absolutely stunning, with a 130 square-foot (12 square-meter) pool for guests to utilize. The Charter Fee includes the charter of the yacht with all its equipment in working order, tools, stores, cleaning materials, basic consumable stores for engine-room, deck and cabins etc.; the crew's wages, food; the insurance of the yacht for marine risk and third party claims and the crew for employer's liability.

RATE EXCLUDES

VAT according to the cruising area

Advanced provisioning allowance (APA): the charterer is charged extra, at cost, for the charter expenses: fuel for the yacht, RIB or other tenders; food, soft drinks, wines, beers, spirits for the charterer, other consumable stores, berthing dues and other harbour charges away from the yacht's own berth, including pilotage fees and charges for water and electricity taken from the shore, laundry, telephone, fax or telex via radio or Inmarsat, as well as the hire costs of any special equipment placed on board at the request of the charterer. 25-40% APA is given to the yacht prior to the charter to allow the captain to buy fuel and provision the yacht as per the charterer's demands. At the end of the charter, the captain presents full accounts of all expenditure. The charterer is either refunded any money not used or asked to pay any additional costs not covered by the APA.

There are few yachts that exhibit the spaces aboard  Adamaris.  A custom-built by renown Turkish cold molded yacht builder Urkmezler along with Mengi Yay with very unique features in a custom build that brand manufacturing does not easily provide. With a hull launched in 2010,  Adamaris  has been commissioned in 2017 and since then has gone through an extensive technical, interior and exterior refit starting from 2019 to 2021 adding length and modernizations to her to make her spaces even more alluring and comfortable. 

Undertaking an extensive exterior refit in 2019 brought  Adamaris  modern amenity expected in today’s mega yachts. Most noteworthy in the refit are the added extra length and the fitting of extra-large, bottom to top windows to the deckhouses, creating Steam room accompanied with Turkish bath and full customization on the upper deck forward area. Adding to her modernization, the bulwark along the saloon was lowered to open her view floor to ceiling. The windows in the saloon are almost 2 meters tall.

The length added to the stern brings space for the extra-large aft sundeck with water saloon with its own bathrooom.. A great space for tender access with a beautiful, unobstructed view close to the water. Directly forward of the sundeck is the entrance to the beach club; yet another lounging area or a great space for a full gym.

Atop the yacht is gorgeous sundeck complete with 3m x 4m pool. Adding to the comfort is a steam room, massage room, bar and lounging areas at the height of the yacht.

Further to her spaces,  Adamaris  carries two massive master staterooms; one on the main deck forward with massive windows allowing the ocean views in. Additionally, there is a private balcony in the stateroom designed much like a cruise ship. The second Master was added at this refit converting the sky lounge, aft of the bridge deck into an extra-large, private Master Stateroom. This stateroom has the floor to ceiling windows enlarging the feeling of space in this giant Master Stateroom. Both Masters have large bathroom and dressing areas.

Below decks are two VIP Staterooms. The aft VIP Stateroom is full beam and equal to another Master Stateroom. The forward VIP is also full beam. Two more staterooms add to this deck. All Staterooms have EnSuite bathrooms.

Her 6 cabin configuration could easily be converted to a 7 cabin configuration by splitting Upper deck master guest room into two with their dedicated EnSutie bathrooms.

Mechanically she is ultra-low hours on the MTU mains and very low hours on the 3 generators. The brand-new oversized 480,000 BTU air conditioning chiller late 2019 assures the yacht remains cool during the hot summer season. Originally built to RINA specifications; she is currently holding Turkish Lloyd and in the path to receiving her Commercial certificates.. She has also warranty on the engines till 2024

Recent survey shows her in excellent condition throughout with the surveyor comments, “CONCLUSION AND SURVEYOR’S OPINION : As a result of my investigation, as shown in the FINDINGS section of this REPORT OF SURVEY, and by virtue of my experience, my opinion is OVERALL VESSEL RATING “EXCELLENT (BRISTOL) CONDITION”
