The vessel artfully balances soft and rigid elements, too. The sheer line, for instance, starts off straight at the bow and then becomes a curved concave line at the center that swoops down toward the aft. The front canopies and bulwarks also cut interesting geometric shapes.

Despite being nearly 250 feet long and 47 feet wide, Infinite Jest still looks quite sporty. The low angle of the transom slope and the very long forward overhang together make the yacht appear long and slender. Of course, she also offers an abundance of deck space.

With a generous volume of approximately 1,680 GT, the yacht has plenty of room for entertaining indoors and out.  The interior design was spearheaded by Sinot—it’s actually the first time Turquoise has worked with the Dutch firm. There are no images of the living quarters to share, but the team says the interior is “a dynamic experience of its own.” The layout includes one owner’s suite with a private deck and office, five guest cabins, and one VIP. There are also 10 double cabins for the crew and one captain’s cabin.

Another highlight is the oversized full-beam beach club. The sprawling space opens aft to the swim platform and has shell doors on either side that double as overwater terraces. The tender garage also sports a massive shell door that protects the tenders and toys within.

The yacht is on schedule for delivery in the second quarter of 2023. Turquoise also has six other vessels currently under construction. Sounds like Infinite Jest is getting a sequel.

Mega charter yacht JESTER (28.9m / 94.10’), is an Azimut built charter boat accommodating up to 8 guests in four cabins. She is ideal yacht for mega yacht charters and luxury holiday cruises around the East Mediterranean, amongst many of the Greek Islands and Turkey’s Lycian and the Aegean coast. The yacht will also accept charters in the Ionian Islands of Greece, Sicily, Montenegro, Croatia and the rest of Adriatic sea. She has an exceptionally good cruising speed of 22kn for the type and size of the boat. Thanks to her twin Caterpillar super yacht engines providing 1800hp each, she can reach maximum speed of up to 27kn. Her best features are very stylish exterior and luxury presence which turns heads wherever she goes.

Heesen deliver 80m superyacht GENESIS to her new owner

Dutch shipyard Heesen has successfully delivered the stunning 80m (262ft) superyacht GENESIS to her new owner, setting a new benchmark for the yard as the biggest yacht they have built to date.

Surpassing the previous record holders of Galactica Super Nova at 70m (229.6ft) and charter yacht ILLUSION at 65m (213ft), the new flagship is a custom-built motor yacht with design collaborations from Van Oossanen Naval Architects, Winch Design, and Sinot Yacht Architecture and Design. Embodying the classic, sporty DNA of the Heesen fleet, GENESIS is undeniably a true Heesen superyacht but with a contemporary and almost futuristic twist on previous builds.

Sporting a six-cabin layout, superyacht GENESIS hosts an army of indulgent features and amenities including a fully certified touch-and-go helipad that can also transform into an outdoor cinema, a glass-bottomed swimming pool, abundant exterior deck space for socializing and relaxing in the Mediterranean sun, plus an on-deck Jacuzzi and WiFi connectivity.

Enabling the owner and their guests seamless access to the sea, motor yacht GENESIS has a generous beach club environment with a wet bar, in addition to plenty of storage for adrenaline-fuelled water toys.
