A shirtless Elon Musk was seen soaking up the sun aboard a luxury yacht in Mykonos, Greece, on Sunday, per exclusive photos obtained by Page Six.

The multibillionaire was with a small group that included newlywed pals Ari Emanuel and Sarah Staudinger as they sailed the Aegean Sea on the “Zeus” — an almost $20,000-per-week motor yacht that can accommodate six guests in over three cabins and comes with a professional crew.

Musk, 51, boarded the swanky boat wearing a plain white T-shirt, black swim trunks, dark sunglasses, a black baseball cap and matching flip-flops.

The Tesla CEO soon stripped down to just his bathing suit and took a dive into the ocean. Once back on the yacht, Endeavor CEO Emanuel — long held to be the inspiration for fictional Hollywood agent Ari Gold in “Entourage” — hosed him down.

Musk was later seen enjoying a cocktail before the group headed out to explore the island.

The SpaceX founder — who recently confirmed to Page Six exclusively that he had welcomed his 10th child — did not seem the least bit bothered by Twitter’s massive lawsuit against him.

Musk first  agreed to buy the social media website for $44 billion in April but pulled out of the deal earlier this month on the belief the platform may be lying about what percentage of its users are bots.

In their filing, Twitter’s attorneys  described Musk’s claim as a “bad faith” attempt to walk away from the agreement.

In response, Musk called the company’s suit “meritless” and and told a judge that he needs until next year to formally respond.

The business tycoon informed us earlier this month that he had quietly welcomed twins  with his Neuralink executive,  Shivon Zilis , in November 2021, adding that he had no plans to stop procreating.

When congratulated on the newest additions to his brood, he replied, “Thanks,” followed by, “Bravo to big families.”

When asked how many kids he would like to have, Musk said, “As many as I am able to spend time with and be a good father.”

Elon Musk is taking the stir over his shirtless pictures aboard a yacht in Mykonos in stride — and turning them into motivation to hit the gym.

Exclusive photos obtained by Page Six this week showed a shirtless Musk slathered with sunscreen relaxing alongside William Morris Endeavor boss Ari Emanuel and his new bride Sarah Staudinger on their luxury yacht near the Greek island.

Musk laughed off the social media firestorm on Thursday in response to a post by the account @WholeMarsBlog, which took aim at critics poking fun at the Tesla billionaire’s physique.  

“According to new CDC guidelines anyone posting a shirtless pick of @elonmusk to make fun of him must also post a shirtless pic of themselves for comparison,” the account said.

“Tbh, it’s good motivation to work out, eat healthier & maybe take my shirt off outside more than once a year haha,” Musk joked in response.

The tweet marked the second time that Musk has made light of the photos since they surfaced.

Musk initially reacted to the pictures on Twitter shortly after they went viral.

“Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often … free the nip!! (already back in the factory btw),” Musk tweeted .

Musk found time to reply even as his camp prepped for a pending legal battle with Twitter over his decision to walk away from a $44 billion agreement to buy the company.

Delaware Chancery Court chief judge Kathaleen McCormick sided with Twitter this week in approving an expedited trial for the company’s lawsuit. Twitter is seeking to force Musk to follow through on the agreement’s original terms by court order.

The trial is scheduled to take place over five days in October. Musk’s team has argued he was justified in nixing the Twitter deal due to lingering questions about the number of spam bots within the social media app’s user base.

Musk has publicly questioned Twitter’s repeated claim that fake accounts comprise less than 5% of its users.

Elon Musk took a hit in Chancery Court — and another one in Mykonos

Welcome to this week’s edition of This Week in Chancery Court! Delaware’s moment in the sun continues as the fight between Elon Musk and Twitter shifts from fiery tweets… to fiery legal filings. 

Here’s where we are: lawsuits. Twitter wanted to have a trial as quickly as possible. “This very public dispute harms Twitter with each passing day Musk is in breach,” Twitter said in a legal filing. (The company also reported earnings going down, and basically blamed Musk for its weak performance the last three months.) Musk’s team wanted to move the trial to next February so it could run more tests on Twitter’s firehose to figure out… something, something spam bots? 

Kathaleen McCormick, chancellor of the Court of Chancery — name a more iconic job title, I’ll wait — ruled quickly on the subject. (She also has COVID-19 because why not add some more chaos to the proceedings!) The trial will start in October , and it will last five days. That’s not quite as soon as Twitter had hoped, but it’s a big win for the company nonetheless.

It sure seems like the overall feeling about this merger has started to change. Twitter’s stock is up almost 10 percent this week, which is a strong signal from investors that they think that, at the very least, Twitter’s going to wring a big payday out of Musk. (Though Twitter’s still trading well below $54.20 a share.) The hedge fund Pentwater Capital has bought big into Twitter recently , making a similar bet. Noted short sellers Hindenburg Research have also taken a long position on Twitter .

But Chancellor McCormick is the only person who really matters going forward because this is a bench trial. Still, out here in the wild, it seems “Elon Musk, the rogue cowboy who plays by his own rules to save the world” is being replaced in many people’s minds by “Elon Musk, the nonstop bundle of directionless chaos.” His cheering section and reply-guy army are still going strong, but the people who matter — and write big checks and decide big lawsuits — aren’t so taken with him anymore.

But wait, sorry. We’ve gotten way too far in without talking about the real Musk news of the week: Yacht Pics! Musk was apparently a recent guest on a yacht with Ari Emanuel in Mykonos, where he was spotted looking — I mean, let’s just say it — pasty as all hell. From the man who likes to talk about all the nights spent sleeping in a Tesla factory, this is not terribly shocking, and as a Fellow Pasty, I’m certainly not here to cast aspersions, but here’s hoping his SPF was strong that day. It’s been hot out there this summer, friends.

The timing of all of this doesn’t feel like a coincidence. Musk has a history of doing relatively harmless tabloid fodder-y things around big business moments, most notably when he made everyone forget about Tesla’s executive turnover and sinking stock price… by smoking a blunt on Joe Rogan’s podcast . Or the April Fools’ Twitter thread that stole headlines from a deadly Tesla crash and concerns about its credit rating. Remember the “funding secured” tweet ? Remember how that came right in the middle of a huge production crunch at the company, a string of crashes, and an ongoing SEC investigation? Or the time, right after Insider had requested comment on a story about a flight attendant who says Musk propositioned her for sex, Musk went on Twitter to say he’d be attacked for his newfound Republicanism? Nobody redirects quite like Musk.

Musk tried to laugh the whole thing off but also quickly claimed he was “ back in the factory ” by the time the photos came out. See, hard work at all costs is kinda his thing — and the thing he likes to force on the people who work for him . This is the guy, after all, who has frequently talked about how vacations will kill you . It’s not exactly a great look to light a bunch of fires at every company you run or hope to run and then just bugger off to Mykonos for a Mediterranean romp.

Anyway, congrats to whichever paparazzo snapped these photos, which are already climbing the ranks of the most-memed Musk photos. We have Elon Musk, the Golden Triangle of Perfection; Elon Musk, secretly a prototype of the Optimus robot ; Elon Musk, bizarro Captain America . (And in less flattering comparisons, Elon Musk, Immortan Joe .) I could do this all day. It’s amazing.

Also, the yacht is called Zeus, it’s 79 feet long, and it costs a bit over $7,000 a day to rent. This is not important information, but I spent a while researching it, so I figured I’d share.

Back in the factory, it was an interesting week: Tesla reported earnings on Wednesday and said it made $2.26 billion on $16.9 billion in revenue. Both numbers were down from last quarter but up from a year ago. Among other things, the company announced it has sold 75 percent of its Bitcoin , which added $936 million in cash to its balance sheet. 

Musk has long promised to be a Bitcoin HODLer: he said exactly a year ago that “I might pump but I don’t dump” and that “I would like to see Bitcoin succeed.” Now, post-dump, he said the sale “should not be taken as some verdict on Bitcoin.” Rather, Tesla was just “concerned about overall liquidity of the company given COVID shutdowns in China.” Which is kind of scary sounding! But he also said he thinks the hardest period is over, and he’s been doomsday prophesying about the economy for a while now, so the explanation didn’t raise the alarm it might normally. 

What made less sense? Musk said Tesla also owns Dogecoin and hasn’t sold any of it (yet). Tesla also has about $18.9 billion in easily accessible reserves, so that $936 million sure helps but isn’t going to change the company’s outlook much. It sounds more like an excuse to get out of yet another increasingly bad investment. He also called crypto “a sideshow to the sideshow.”

It’s possible that we’re headed into a relatively quiet period of Elon Doing Things. The Twitter trial has a date, and Musk’s team is surely telling him that all the tweeting he’s doing about it is not helping his case. (Not that Musk is known for doing the reasonable things his reasonable employees tell him to do.) It might be time to batten down the hatches, try and solve some of the many corporate headaches his behavior has caused at Tesla and SpaceX, and I don’t know, run some more searches on the firehose. Or, honestly, drop all of that and get back on the yacht. A little vitamin D might help.

He recently revealed he's fathered 10 children by three different women and is embroiled in a lawsuit with Twitter after backing out of a $44 billion takeover of the social media platform.

But Elon Musk isn't letting any of that stop him from enjoying a luxury vacation in Greece with pals.

The SpaceX and Tesla founder, 51, was seen soaking up the sun and enjoying drinks on a yacht off the coast of the island of Mykonos on Monday. 

He was joined by  fashion designer Sarah Staudinger, 33, founder of the Staud fashion brand, and her new husband, superstar agent - and inspiration for HBO's Entourage - Ari Emanuel, 61.

Looking like he hasn't a care in the world, Musk made a splash in a pair of black swim trunks.

Not seen with the group was Australian actress Natasha Bassett, 27, the latest beauty to be romantically linked to the billionaire.

The pair were seen dining together in St. Tropez in the South of France in May and were among the guests at  Ari and Sarah's wedding officiated by Larry David.

It recently emerged that Musk had welcomed twins last November with a senior executive at one of his companies, Shivon Zilis, 3.

The Tesla mogul also has five children with his first wife, Canadian author Justine Musk.

A sixth child, their first, died of sudden infant death syndrome aged ten weeks in 2002, prompting them to use in vitro fertilisation. Then Justine gave birth to twins — Vivian and Griffin — in 2004, followed by triplets — Kai, Saxon and Damian — in 2006.

Earlier this month, he tweeted: ‘Doing my best to help the underpopulation crisis,’ he intoned. ‘A collapsing birth rate is the biggest danger civilisation faces by far.’

He added: ‘I hope you have big families and congrats to those who already do!’

After a much vaunted bid for Twitter that was accepted by the platform's board, Musk has now backed out of the deal expressing concerns that Twitter had been misleading about the number fake accounts.

He has not presented any evidence to support his claims. 

He originally agreed to a $1 billion breakup fee as part of the buyout agreement, although it appears Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal and the company are settling in for a legal fight to force the sale. 

The founder of electric car company Tesla, sent a letter to Twitter saying he was pulling out of the controversial deal he made in April to buy the platform for $54.20 per share, or $44 billion in total.

Such merger agreements are 'designed to prevent buyers from getting cold feet and deciding they want to walk away,' law expert Lipton explained.

Besides Musk's accusations of Twitter's 'false and misleading representations' of the number of fake accounts, lawyers also point to recent Twitter employee layoffs and hiring freezes, which they say are contrary to the company's obligation to continue operating normally.

Those arguments may be valid, but they do not merit pulling out of the deal, says Lipton, dismissing them as 'nitpicky.'

That leaves the possibility that the multi-billionaire is actually trying to renegotiate the price down.

This tactic has been used successfully elsewhere, such as by LVMH. Two years ago, the global luxury giant broke off a deal to acquire Tiffany before getting a discount.

But experts don't see how Musk and Twitter could agree on a different price at this point, given that the platform's stock has lost more than a quarter of its value since late April.

Elon Musk Pokes Fun at Memes of His Yacht Photos: 'Maybe I Should Take Off My Shirt More Often'

Elon Musk has seen the shirtless photos from his time in Greece — and he's having some fun with it

Elon Musk always has time for jokes.

This week, the world's richest person enjoyed a trip with friends in Mykonos, Greece. During the getaway, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO, 51, was photographed shirtless while spending time on a luxury yacht — images which inspired a few memes as well as playful commentary.

Sharing one photo of a towel-wrapped Musk sipping a drink, one social media user wrote, "F---yea I got my $ behind this man."

"Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often … free the nip!!" Musk replied , going on to share that he was already back at work.

Musk also replied to a meme that compared another shirtless photograph with an image of a dog standing up on its back legs.

" My calves are bigger tho ," Musk joked in response.

The businessman and philanthropist's European getaway took place shortly after he filed to terminate his $44 billion deal to purchase Twitter , for which the company is suing him.

When Musk filed to terminate the deal, he claimed that Twitter did not provide enough information about the number of fake accounts and bots on the social media platform nor did the company give his team enough data to do their own analysis.

"Sometimes Twitter has ignored Mr. Musk's requests, sometimes it has rejected them for reasons that appear to be unjustified, and sometimes it has claimed to comply while giving Mr. Musk incomplete or unusable information," read the July 8 court filing obtained by PEOPLE.

Days later, on July 12, Twitter launched a lawsuit against Musk to "compel" his completion of the deal.

In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Twitter claimed Musk acted in "bad faith" after reaching a deal to buy the social media platform in April.

"Now, less than three months later, Musk refuses to honor his obligations to Twitter and its stockholders because the deal he signed no longer serves his personal interests," Twitter said in the complaint, filed in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

"Having mounted a public spectacle to put Twitter in play, and having proposed and then signed a seller-friendly merger agreement, Musk apparently believes that he — unlike every other party subject to Delaware contract law — is free to change his mind, trash the company, disrupt its operations, destroy stockholder value, and walk away," the company claimed.

Responding to the lawsuit news on social media, Musk tweeted a meme of himself laughing in a series of four photos.

"They said I couldn't buy Twitter, Then they wouldn't disclose bot info, Now they want to force me to buy Twitter in court, Now they have to disclose bot info in court," read the meme.

Reps for Musk haven't returned PEOPLE's request for comment about the suit.

A five-day trial is currently set for October, according to CNN .

In the photos, Mr Musk is seen in black swimming trunks. The yacht he was on is named 'Zeus'. All the friends are seen smiling while jumping off the back of the boat into the ocean.

The billionaire was sporting aviator sunglasses while looking around on the boat after the swim, more photos from his vacation show.

One of the Twitter users, who posted the photo, said he liked them and added he will put his money "behind this man". Mr Musk reacted to it, replying, "Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often … free the nip!!  (already back in the factory btw)."

Twitter Inc on Monday accused Mr Musk of trying to "slow walk" the company's lawsuit to hold him to his $44 billion takeover and urged a September trial to ensure deal financing remains in place, according to a court filing.

Twitter has sued Mr Musk and asked a Delaware judge to order him to complete the merger at the agreed price of $54.20 per share.

The company said if the billionaire is ordered to close the deal it could still take months of additional litigation to close the debt financing, which expires in April. For that reason, Twitter asked the judge to reject Mr Musk's proposal to hold the trial in February.

Mr Musk, who is the world's richest person, accused San Francisco-based Twitter of rushing the trial to obscure the truth about spam accounts and to "railroad" him into buying the company.

Elon Musk Vacations On Mykonos Yacht With Mystery Women After Split From Natasha Bassett

Elon Musk flashed a smile as he enjoyed views and the breeze of the water with a gorgeous woman dressed in a yellow bikini top.

Elon Musk , 51, took in the joys of the summer with his latest outing on the Greek island of Mykonos! The Tesla CEO , who recently split from girlfriend Natasha Bassett , was photographed hanging out with a group that included a mystery woman dressed in a yellow bikini top and matching skirt on a yacht in the beautiful location. He wore a gray t-shirt, black shorts, and a black baseball cap as he admired the views, which included clear blue water.

Before his time on the boat, the billionaire was also seen enjoying a meal with his pals at Spilia Seaside Restaurant. He appeared to smile at one point as he rocked sunglasses to keep the sun out of his eyes, and seemed relaxed and content. Perhaps he took the time out for the trip to temporarily step away from all the headlines he’s been facing in the media lately.

In addition to his reported split from Natasha , which happened last week, Elon has made headlines for confirming he secretly fathered twins, who were born in Nov. 2021, with Neuralink exec Shivon Zilis . The shocking confirmation is what apparently caused Natasha to call it quits on their “romantic” relationship, but she “hopes that they can still be friends.”

“Natasha has learned so much from Elon and she is grateful for the time that they spent together, as it was very special and surreal,” a source EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife , adding that the talented actress has decided to focus more on her career, which has exploded, following the release of Baz Luhrmann ’s Elvis biopic. Elon Musk looked as though he didn’t have a care in the world while lounging around on a superyacht this week, despite having a very expensive legal war with Twitter looming over his head. 

The billionaire Tesla boss is currently relaxing off the coast of Mykonos, Greece and decided to take one of his big toys out for a cruise on Monday. 

Spotted aboard a luxury liner, Elon was joined by friends, including fashion designer Sarah Staudinger, 33, and her husband Ari Emanuel, 61, the Hollywood agent whose career inspired the HBO series Entourage. 

The group were seen going for a splash in the water and it was apparently thirsty work, as Elon, 51, was spotted sipping a refreshing beverage after drying himself down with a towel, before joining his pals for a spot of sunbathing. 

He also watched on as newlyweds Ari and Sarah, who tied the knot in May, larked around by turning the shower head on each other after climbing back onto the swim deck. 

Social media was loving the unfiltered look at the CEO, prompting Elon himself to joke: ‘Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often … free the nip!! (already back in the factory btw).’

No doubt the downtime was needed to take Elon’s mind off his impending court battle with social media platform Twitter. 

The two entities are at loggerheads due to Twitter suing the businessman for failing to complete a purchase deal of the website for $44billion. 

Earlier in July, Elon’s attorney Mike Ringler said the social media giant ‘has not complied with its contractual obligations’. He said it had not provided Elon with relevant business information he requested, forcing him to pull the plug.

The move came after Elon said he wanted to look into Twitter’s claims that around 5% of its daily active users are spam accounts. He had his suspicions that the true number of bots on the site is far higher, with sources familiar with the situation suggesting the figures aren’t verifiable. 

Twitter then filed a lawsuit in Delaware’s Court of Chancery.

On Tuesday, hours after Elon was pictured lounging on the yacht, a judge ruled that the trial between the businessman and Twitter should take place this October. 

It’s been a particularly busy year for Elon after welcomed another child with his former partner Grimes. 

In March, the couple confirmed they had secretly welcomed a baby girl named Exa Dark Sideræl Musk – they already shared son X Æ A-12 who was born in May 2020. However, just hours after announcing the arrival of their second child together, Grimes, 34, revealed she and Elon had split but remain good friends.

Elon Musk mocks Mark Zuckerberg's big hydrofoil swag moment, says he prefers to work instead of having fun on yachts

• The Meta CEO posted a video of himself hydrofoiling while wearing a tuxedo. Musk wasn't impressed.

Mark Zuckerberg may have wowed his fans with a badass video of himself hydrofoiling on Independence Day, but Elon Musk certainly doesn't seem impressed.

"May he continue to have fun on his yachts. I prefer to work," Musk wrote in an X post in response to the video .

Zuckerberg went viral on Thursday after he posted a video of himself surfing on a hydrofoil to Facebook and Instagram. In the clip, the Meta CEO can be seen waving an American flag and taking sips from a can of beer, all while dressed to the nines in a tuxedo.

"Happy birthday, America!" Zuckerberg captioned his post.

Representatives for Musk and Zuckerberg didn't immediately respond to requests for comment from BI sent outside regular business hours.

This, of course, isn't the first time Musk has thrown shade at his tech-world nemesis.

In June 2023, Musk challenged Zuckerberg to a cage match following reports that said Meta was building an X rival .

Zuckerberg initially agreed to the request but brushed aside the proposal after months of back and forth. Musk, however, hasn't forgotten about the fight.

"If only Zuckerberg were as tough (sigh). I've offered to fight him any place, any time, any rules, but all I hear is crickets," Musk said in an X post on May 15, a day after Zuckerberg celebrated his 40th birthday .

Zuckerberg isn't the only yacht-owning billionaire that Musk has accused of being a slouch.

In 2021, Musk made a similar remark about his fellow space baron, Jeff Bezos . The SpaceX CEO told the Financial Times in an interview then that Bezos should spend more time on his rocket company, Blue Origin.

"As a friend of mine says, he should spend more time at Blue Origin and less time in the hot tub," Musk told the outlet.

Bezos, it seems, paid no mind to Musk's zinger and has gone on to enjoy some hot yacht summers.

To be sure, Musk is no stranger to yachts.

In July 2022, he was seen lounging on a yacht in Mykonos, Greece, with Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel and his fashion designer wife, Sarah Staudinger.

That getaway was a rare moment for Musk, who's famously said that he hates taking vacations.

Musk once came close to dying in 2000 when he contracted malaria while vacationing in South Africa.

Musk said the trip, which he took after Peter Thiel ousted him as PayPal CEO, was his first real vacation from work. Musk was booted from PayPal while on his honeymoon with his first wife, Justine Musk, a few months earlier. "In the last 12 years, I only tried to take a week off twice," he said in 2015 . "The first time I took a week off, the Orbital Sciences rocket exploded, and Richard Branson's rocket exploded in that same week."

"The second time I took a week off, my rocket exploded ," Musk said.

"The lesson here is, don't take a week off," he added.

Elon musk vacations on yacht in mykonos amid twitter lawsuit, elon musk sunning at his own risk on yacht vacay.

Elon Musk has bigger fish to fry than the Twitter lawsuit right now ... like getting his hands on some SPF during his trip to Mykonos, where he's doing the yacht thing with famous friends.

The richest man in the world also looked to be one of its most fair-skinned as he took a dip in the Aegean Sea. His pal Ari Emanuel , CEO of William Morris Endeavor, was waiting to hose him down with some fresh water when he got back on the deck of their yacht.

Elon looks to be third-wheeling it -- Ari's new wife, Sarah Staudinger , was also lounging on the boat with the guys.

BTW, Musk is kinda hanging himself by his own petard here. You might recall, back in April, he jabbed at Bill Gates by tweeting a photo of BG side-by-side with the emoji of a guy with a big belly.

What's that saying about multi-billionaires in glass houses? Just sayin' ...

One thing's for sure ... if Elon's worried about Twitter suing him for backing out of the $44 billion deal to purchase the platform, he's not showing it.

Mark Zuckerberg surfs, sips beer in a tux for viral July 4 video

Mark Zuckerberg appeared to win a few coolness points online after he posted a video of himself surfing in a tux, drinking a canned beer and holding an American flag to celebrate the Fourth of July.

The post was, naturally, set to the tune of Bruce Springsteen's Born in the U.S.A. 

"Happy birthday, America!" Zuckerberg wrote on Instagram, which is owned by Meta.

Though Zuckerberg, 40, has never been known for his swagger, the video seemed to earn him a little credit on social media.

"Bro is the coolest billionaire CEO ever," one commenter wrote.

"When the business meeting and dinner ends at 5, but foiling starts at 6," joked another.

Zuckerberg playfully disputed this timeline and replied, "More like when drinking beer starts at 9am."

The post even made several viewers question whether the video was generated by artificial intelligence (AI).

Zuckerberg was quick to clear up any confusion in the comments, writing that his moves were the result of "pure 8 month post-recovery surfing with the dry start right here."

Last November, Zuckerberg underwent knee surgery to repair a torn ligament sustained during a mixed martial arts session.

However, not everyone appreciated Zuckerberg's comedic side.

Rival billionaire CEO Elon Musk used the opportunity to hate on the Facebook creator.

For the record, Musk also enjoys time on yachts.

In July 2022, paparazzi photos of Musk relaxing on a yacht in Mykonos, Greece, went viral on social media. The Tesla CEO even joked about the photos himself, writing he should " take off my shirt more often " if it meant investors would put their money into his businesses.

This is not the first time Musk has been critical of how fellow business tycoons unwind in their personal time.

In 2021, Musk said Amazon founder Jeff Bezos needed to spend more time working at Blue Origin, Bezos's aerospace manufacturer, and " less time in the hot tub .”

Musk and Zuckerberg have had a rivalry for many years now.

In 2023, Musk challenged Zuckerberg to a cage match . Though Zuckerberg agreed, it doesn't seem like the CEOs will be exchanging blows any time soon, if at all.
