Below Deck Sailing Yacht Finale Recap:

The pre-finale of ‘Below Deck Sailing Yacht’ had ended on an explosive note. We had witnessed Captain Glenn confronting Jenna about her relationship with Adam. Matters are further complicated when a doctor pays a visit and delivers some bad news. This new reveal almost ends up ruining one of the crew members’ career. Drama is at an all-time high and we get another shocker when it is hinted that someone might have brought illegal drugs inside the boat. The captain needs to make a tough decision and orders a drug search. But this might mean that the charter season could come to an early end.

In the season finale, titled ‘Go Regatta!’, the story takes off right from here. The crew stands by as the authorities conduct an uncomfortable drug search on Parsifal III. This means that the future is not good for the boat’s final charter. Of course, all of the members are sent into panic mode. The crew attempts to assemble a sailing regatta, but are unsure if they will manage to get a tip. Tensions in the interior departments ultimately reach their boiling point and soon, we see another heated confrontation erupting among the stars. While Georgia decides to let go of the load from her chest, she knows that if she goes ahead with her decision, she will ruin her relations with several of her peers. Captain Glenn then brings together the team to celebrate Ciara’s birthday and all of them fondly remember their good times. Finally, the crew bids an emotional farewell to each other.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht 's Love Triangle Comes to a Dramatic End in Tear-Filled Reunion Preview

Where do below deck sailing yacht 's daisy kelliher, gary king & colin macrae stand after their complicated season four love triangle see what brings the chief stew to tears in reunion teaser..

The Below Deck Sailing Yacht reunion will be anything but smooth sailing.

In E! News' exclusive sneak peek at the Bravo series' season four reunion on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen , the messy love triangle between Daisy Kelliher , Gary King and Colin MacRae comes to a dramatic head as the trio of boat mates try to make sense of their feelings for each other.

After Daisy declares she's "disgusted" in the teaser, Gary sheds more light on the boatmance he had with Stew Mads Herrera while also pursuing Daisy. "It was strange," he says of Mads, "because he would come and climb into my bed every night and try to have sex with me."

And while Daisy and Gary have a complicated history of flirting  that started long before her romance with Colin this season, it appears that Colin has officially moved on from her following filming.

"This is why the relationship turned toxic," he declares in the preview. "You can't reason with this woman."

Colin's harsh statement causes Daisy to start sobbing and walk off camera, shocking the rest of the cast and host Andy Cohen .

Unfortunately, fans will have to wait until the two-part reunion to find out if Daisy is still romantically involved with either Gary or Colin today.

Daisy and Colin first took their relationship from business to pleasure on BDSY 's May 29 episode when they shared a passionate kiss.

The chief stew and chief engineer's budding romance only caused problems for her ongoing flirtationship with Gary, with the situation causing the deck lead to reveal  during the June 12 episode that he and Daisy had sex twice after last season, further complicating the love triangle.

As for where everyone stands heading into the July 10 season finale? Well, Gary and Daisy shared a kiss on the June 26 episode with him even trying to woo her away from Colin.

"When you're with me, it feels like time slows down," Gary told Daisy. "How amazing is that? I think that's one of the most romantic things I might have ever said to you."

As for Colin's reaction to learning about his boat mates' PDA? "What the f--k?" he said in a confessional. "Gary is a desperate man. His ego feels attacked if he doesn't have female attention. And now that I'm in the thick of it, it's a bit of a sh--ty situation to be in."

The Below Deck Sailing Yacht season finale airs Monday, July 10, starting at 8 p.m. on Bravo. The reunion kicks off Monday, July 17, at 9:08 p.m. followed by part two on Tuesday, July 18, at 8 p.m.

Below Deck Adventure Reunion Episode: Why There Isn’t One

Below Deck Adventure Reunion Episode: Why There Isn't One

Below Deck Adventure season 1 ended abruptly after Bravo only aired 13 episodes and 7 groups of charter guests sailed on superyacht Mercury in various locations in Norway . Although not as dramatic and compelling as Below Deck season 10 or even Below Deck Mediterranean season 7 , many Bravo yachtie fans still enjoyed watching Captain Kerry Titheradge and the rest of the crew. Now fans want to know if there will be a Below Deck Adventure reunion episode for the inaugural season.

Fans want to know what happened to Captain Kerry, Bosun Lewis Lupton , Chef Jess Condy , Stews Kasie Faddah  and Orianna Schneps, Deckhands Nathan Morley , Michael Gliman , Kyle Dickard , Seth Jacobson , and Chief Stewardess Faye Clarke .

Below Deck Adventure Reunion Episode Not Announced By Bravo & Crew Purportedly Didn’t Film Yet

That’s a wrap on S1! I hope we get a second season with Oriana, Faye and Captain Kerry returning. This show was the serve ??? #BelowDeckAdventure pic.twitter.com/D8ZGZ1p7Os — Jack ?? (@HeatherGaysGay) February 1, 2023

Bravo still hasn’t announced a Below Deck Adventure season 1 reunion episode despite the finale of the inaugural season airing on Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2023. Typically the reunion episode for a Below Deck season is announced before the finale airs or shortly thereafter. For example, Below Deck Mediterranean season 7’s reunion episode was announced the same day the finale aired.

Recently, both Lewis and Oriana said they hadn’t heard about a reunion episode.

Aw, thank you!! I loved going on. And I'm not sure about the reunion, we'll have to see ? — Oriana from Below Deck (@BoredYachtStew) January 31, 2023
Hey Lexus, I’ve not heard anything yet. I’m guessing we would have to wait until the end of the series. We still haven’t watch the last 3 episodes same as you ! — Lewis Lupton (@LewisLup_) January 15, 2023

Now there are reports Captain Kerry is filming for Below Deck season 11 , replacing Captain Lee.

Below Deck Adventure had a different production company make the show than the other spinoffs. Perhaps, similar to Below Deck Down Under , which released as a Peacock original, the latest spinoff won’t get a reunion episode. However, Below Deck Down Under not having a reunion episode just because it’s a Peacock original doesn’t make much sense. Andy Cohen is hosting Peacock original series The Traitors reunion episode on Bravo.

There’s still hope then that Bravo could also be late announcing a reunion episode for Below Deck Adventure, however the show didn’t perform all that well in the ratings, averaging about half a million viewers per episode. Without a huge viewership there’s less of a demand to host a reunion episode. A lot of Below Deck fans want to keep the captain but clear house with the rest of the crew. That happened for BDSY season 2, after fans didn’t like the inaugural crew.

It appears some seasons of Below Deck there just isn’t time in the production schedule. That or enough cast members don’t want to do it that a reunion doesn’t materialize.

Below Deck season 4 is the only season without a reunion episode from the original series. Below Deck Sailing Yacht’s first three seasons all had reunions, but Below Deck Mediterranean ‘s first two season did not.

What Fans Want Answered If There’s A Below Deck Adventure Season 1 Reunion Episode

Although not the most popular Below Deck spinoff so far, plenty of drama and interesting things happened on Below Deck Adventure season 1.

Fans want to know more about the antics of fired deckhand Kyle. The self-described cowboy was also the latest of 12 Below Deck cast members arrested from the franchise. Viewers are also curious how Oriana hooked up and started dating charter guest John Dampeer from the beginning of the show. Speaking of charter guests, the crew faced a lot of uncomfortable flirting from the recently divorced charter guests Lauran and Christy ‘s group of older ladies. Fans would also like to know more about the power dynamic struggle between Lewis and Seth. Also, what happened after the conflicts between Faye and Lewis, as well as Faye and Chef Jess.

Viewers would also like to know more about the different adventures the guests went on in Norway. Also, are Nathan and Kasie dating after all the photos together of them on social media? Nathan recently visited Kasie in Costa Rica and she also visited him in Florida.

If Bravo doesn’t host a reunion episode perhaps some of the crew will host their own reunion like Below Deck Down Under season 1’s cast did. The crew are already having watch parties in Miami with some of the charter guests.

If Bravo announces a Below Deck Adventure reunion episode will make sure to update this article with the good news.

Why isn’t there a Below Deck Med Season 8 reunion?

Lara Du Preez and Luka Brunton on BDM Season 8

Below Deck Med Season 8 has ended without a reunion show for the yachties to rehash the good, the bad, and the ugly of the season.

In what has become the norm for the Below Deck franchise, there isn’t a Below Deck Med Season 8 reunion.

However, the only reunion show to happen was for Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 4

It’s a big letdown for fans, especially since the Real Housewives constantly get multi-part reunion shows.

Let’s take a look at what we know about why fans aren’t getting a reunion show for Below Deck Season 8.

Bravo hasn’t shared a reason why a Below Deck Med Season 8 reunion didn’t happen. The network hasn’t even mentioned that there won’t be a reunion show.

Considering the yachties are all over the world, the best reason for not having a reunion would be scheduling. Even though since the pandemic, all Below Deck reunions have been virtual, they can still be hard to schedule with the yachties working.

In all honesty, the virtual reunions are not great. It’s also not like Bravo can’t figure out how to get the yachties to an in-person reunion in New York City. Below Deck and Below Deck Med did it for years.

Despite Below Deck being a mega-hit for Bravo, the network doesn’t hold it in the same regard as it does The Real Housewives. Andy Cohen doesn’t either because, well, he doesn’t have a stake in the yachting franchise.

All of this being said, unless one of the cast members gives a reason for no reunion, the logical reason is scheduling, or Bravo simply didn’t want to do it.

Kyle Viljoen and Chef Jack Luby react to no Below Deck Season 8 reunion show

As Monsters and Critics previously reported, Kyle Viljoen confirmed that he won’t do another season of Below Deck Med . Kyle also weighed in on the lack of a reunion via Instagram Stories ahead of the finale last week.

“There is no reunion scheduled. If there was, it would be a 4 part documentary at this point,” he wrote.

Kyle Viljoen IG Stories

Chef Jack Luby also commented on not having a reunion show. Taking to Instagram to reflect back on the season, Jack slipped in the news and his confusion about it.

“Ps- I’m just as confused as you that there isn’t a reunion 🤷‍♂️” ended Jack’s lengthy caption on his IG Post.

While other stars from Below Deck Med have remained silent on not having a reunion, many of them have reflected on Season 8, and you can check out their thoughts here.

Below Deck Season 11 kicks off next, and only time will tell if the no-reunion show will continue when the OG show wraps its run.

Below Deck Med is currently on hiatus on Bravo. Below Deck Season 11 premieres Monday, February 5, at 9/8c on Bravo.

‘Below Deck’ Bosun Ben Willoughby Teases Trouble Waters Ahead: “I Had Hard Conversations That Didn’t Go In My Favor”

Where to stream:, ‘below deck’ star barbie pascual knows her attitude this season was “unnecessary”: “i see what everybody else sees when i watch myself”, ‘below deck’ exclusive clip: fraser olender shocked by primary guest’s meltdown over ice cream, andy cohen shocked after ‘below deck’ star barbie pascual shades his casting choices on ‘wwhl’: “read for filth on my own show”.

After one season and some change, Below Deck ‘s Ben Willoughby has finally received his long-awaited and well-deserved promotion to bosun! Former bosun, Jared Woodin, had been causing issues between departments through his erratic behavior and sloppy leadership , while Willoughby had been quietly biding his time and establishing himself as a mentor to deckhands Kyle Stillie and Sunny Marquis. When Captain Kerry Titheradge was forced to fire Woodin when he berated Stillie after a night out, Titherage knew Willoughby was the right person to replace him.

Though, Willoughby was the first to acknowledge that Woodin was going through a tough time. “He had a lot on his plate. You got to give him that,” Willoughby said generously. A skilled and steady yachtie, Willoughby was eager to step up and take charge as Bosun. The promotion felt natural to Willoughby because Chief Stew Fraser Olender would “often come to me as opposed to Jared for a lot of things.” “Fraser definitely saw me in that bosun role,” said Willoughby. However, Willoughby did tease “friction this season” between him and his frequent co-worker Olender. “I had to have hard conversations that very much didn’t go in my favor a lot of the time,” admitted Willoughly simply.

In addition to navigating the responsibilities of his new role, Willoughby also had to figure out how to traverse his flirtation with Marquis, which started when they were both deckhands. “It’s the first time I’ve dated someone in the same department,” said Willoughy, whose Season 10 romance with Stew Camille Lamb ended badly. “It was very difficult having to step up in a role and be someone’s boss rather than an equal.” Viewers can trust that complications arise between Willoughby and Marquis.”The relationship side of things [is] very much on the back burner for me,” confirmed Willoughby.

Willoughby stopped by the Page Six studio to speak to DECIDER about his new role, what’s to come this season, and the exits of Woodin and stew Cat Baugh in the same episode.

DECIDER: Ben, you’re in an elite group of yachties who have done multiple seasons on Below Deck . How does it feel to be back for round 2?

BEN WILLOUGHBY: It’s really cool to see the guys doing their first season, which I can relate to. I was like: “Oh yeah, I did that in my first time. That kind of sucks. I know where you’re coming from.” Especially with Sunny, to be honest. She was coming in gun hot, trying to show what she could do and was really excited. I did that last season with Ross McHarg. Captain Kerry was my third captain on the same boat, so I feel like I had got that advantage up my sleeve.

We love Captain Kerry! What was your reaction when you heard he was taking over the St. David?

It was comforting to hear a familiar voice in the Aussie accent. That was fantastic. He’s a bit shorter than I thought he was [laughs]. For my first season, Captain Lee and Captain Sandy split the time unexpectedly, so it was nice knowing that there was going to be one captain on for the whole season. However, I still had to prove myself to a new captain. It was like starting from square one again.

You seemed wary of Jared from the very beginning. Do you remember the first red flag you saw from him?

It was him dropping the anchor in the port. That was the biggest thing for me. I was like: “Dude, that’s the first thing you don’t do. You’ve got to let the captain know straight away. Anything you’re doing with heavy machinery, especially when you’ve got some green deckhands on the boat, you don’t want to be teaching them bad habits from the start.” Right then, I knew he wasn’t going to last. I feel like I’m a good judge of character. Speaking to him from the get-go, I knew he was a small boat captain. There are a lot of things that you miss when you are a small boat captain coming on to the super yachts. You tend to have lower standards. I knew I just had to bite my tongue and wait for my moment because it had got to come someday, right?

And it did.

I do have a serious question, though. Do you think American bosuns are at a disadvantage because they aren’t familiar with the metric system?

Yes. I was so glad I was not in Jared’s shoes when he was trying to call distances. But you know what? I don’t know the Imperial system all that well. When I was working with Captain Lee, I had to think on my toes. I was like: “Okay, meters to feet, you kind of times it by three or divide it by three roughly.” That’s what I was going off. You just kind of fake it till you make it. However, captains should know both. Jared’s a small boat captain, so I don’t know why he didn’t know both. That was another red flag I saw.

There were leadership issues with Jared from the beginning, but the rest of the deck crew really seemed to bond quickly. What was it like rooming with Kyle this season?

I don’t think I could have asked for a better roommate than Kyle. I had Tony [Dua] last season, who was fantastic. Kyle was just my man. He’d worked and lived in Australia before, so we had a lot of common ground there to build on.  He didn’t really give a shit about anything [laughs]. That’s very much the Australian way. We just got on straight away. If I had roomed with anyone else, I don’t think I would have had as fun of a season.

Speaking of someone you also had some fun with this season, I want to talk about Sunny. You two seem to have instant chemistry. What first stood out about her to you?

My relationship with Sunny marked the first time I’ve dated someone in the same department. Those were uncharted waters, excuse the pun, for me. She wasn’t afraid to get her hands dirty, which is necessary for someone who actually works on deck. She wanted to jump in and help out and learn and progress in her career. I’m not saying that the interior team doesn’t, but they’re more, I would say, delicate. That’s probably the way to put it. Her work ethic is what drew me to her. And she’s gorgeous too, by the way.

I want to get into the Jared drama of it all. Could you sense his time on the charter was nearing an end?

He had a lot on his plate. You got to give him that. He was struggling to find a way to have a relationship with his daughter who he’d never met face-to-face. That’s something I can’t relate to, so I didn’t really know what was going through his head there. He was managing a big team, and he as struggling a lot with a new captain and a new boat. He was just very much out of his depth.

Did you sense that the night that he was wasted and kept berating Kyle was going to be his last on the boat?

Oh, I think he was done after the end of charter two when [Stew] Barbie [Pascual] went off on him. Like, I said, I’m a good judge of character, and I was just waiting for people to see what I saw. Once Barbie noticed there was something off, it was just a domino effect. Plus, I think Jared was a bit jealous of Kyle since he and Barbie were getting closer. Once his true colors came out, it eventually led to Captain Kerry having to make the decision to fire him.

You did not hesitate to accept the role of bosun when Captain Kerry offered it to you. How eager were you to prove yourself to him and the rest of the crew?

I felt like I was already in the bosun role, to be honest. Fraser definitely saw me in that bosun role. He’d often come to me as opposed to Jared for a lot of things. Nothing really changed in that sense. I was already teaching Sunny and Kyle how to operate the anchor. They didn’t know how to operate machinery. They couldn’t drive the tender either.

So, it was me teaching a lot of the stuff while Jared was doing whatever he was doing and being his own worst enemy. Since I was already doing so much with the team, I didn’t really have to change much of my mindset. It was just more dealing with Kerry and being more in touch with him as opposed to getting information through Jared every day.

This promotion did put your “shipuationship” with Sunny in a bit of jeopardy. How did you navigate the new dynamic together?

I think navigating it is probably the key word there. It was very difficult having to step up and be her boss rather than an equal. That was the hardest thing for me. At the end of the day, I came into the season wanting to get that promotion and be a bosun on the biggest boat in Below Deck history. I wanted to be the first Australian Indigenous person in Australian history to take on a head of department role on a platform like this. That was my focus.

The relationship side of things was very much on the back burner for me. It was very hard to explain that to her because she didn’t understand the position I was in. So, it was hard. Sunny and I went back and forth a lot while we figured things out. Katie [Glaser] and Ross did it last year, and it didn’t work out.

We also had stew Cat Baugh leave the St. David this episode. Were you surprised to see her go?

Talk about a double whammy. I was surprised to see Cat go. I didn’t know the extent of her interior struggles because she seemed all right on the outside. I got only little glimpses of her turmoil and what I would hear from Fraser and Barbie and the other people. Xandi [Oliver] is obviously very strong, but Cat, she just couldn’t hold her own. She was very much a small yacht stewardess, very California vibes. She was very laid back and that’s why she was having so much trouble. The super yacht industry is very much sink or swim, and she sank unfortunately. Two people off in the one episode. Can you believe that?

And we’re not even halfway through the season.

What could go wrong?

As she was leaving the yacht, you comforted Kyle by saying, “That’s the way it goes. That’s yachting, mate.” Is it a common occurrence in the yachting industry to have crew shifts like?

It’s not. It was also very unexpected the way she left because we were still underway. We dropped the anchor, and she got off the yacht. Normally, you’d probably wait until you get to the dock or whatnot. I think Cat was very much at her wit’s end. She needed to get off and deal with what she had going on. I don’t blame her. The yachting industry does take a very big mental toll on everyone. If people say that it doesn’t, then they’re lying or being dishonest.

On the trailer for next week, we get a glimpse of the new deckhand’s arrival. What can you tell us about Dylan?

Mr. Dylan [laughs]. He’s a very good-looking fellow, to say the least. All the girls were very much peacocking around him. Though, I think it’s always good to have what we call “fresh meat” in the industry come on board. Dylan is that. People love to get into relationships on board, so the single people are always looking for the next person to come along. Dylan’s fantastic. We went over his CV, both Kerry and I. When we got word that he was joining the crew, we felt like it was a breath of fresh air. His CV was very impressive. He’s definitely a contender for the lead deckhand role now that I’m not in there anymore.

When Bravo.com asked you to describe this season in three words, you wrote, “Almost broke me.” Can you elaborate on that?

“Almost broke me.” [laughs] I think I’ve never dealt with so many frictions between people and departments. Stepping up into the bosun role was challenging, at times. I’m very much a people person, but I had to have hard conversations that very much didn’t go in my favor a lot of the time. I felt a lot of friction with Kerry and Fraser specifically. I dare say that we’re not that close any more because of the season.

Below Deck Season 11, Episode 7 Recap: Crew Minus Two

Below Deck Season 11, Episode 7 recap

Welcome back to  Below Deck  Season 11, Episode 7. In this week’s episode, titled “Cat’s Out of the Bag,” Jared pays the price for being drunkenly obnoxious and waking the captain twice in one night. Ben gets a big promotion, and Cat hits such a low point that both Captain Kerry and Fraser are afraid for her mental health. Here are some highlights from Below Deck Season 11, Episode 7.

Cap’s got no tolerance for bad behavior

Below Deck Season 11, Episode 7

Last week, Jared made so much noise after his drunken night out that he woke the captain. Uh oh, you know you’re in trouble when you wake up Dad.

“What’s going in here?” Kerry asks. “I can hear you two decks up. I’m up there trying to sleep.”

“Really?” Jared asks blankly. Um, the fact that he’s standing in front of you right now means it’s true, Jared.

“Pack this up,” the Captain says. “Hit the sack, please.” It’s the second time tonight he’s been woken up, and he’s not happy. The yelling and screaming are “unacceptable on my boat.”

The next morning, Jared is remorseful. “Thinking about last night,” he confesses, “I’m not feeling like I handled it all too well. Lot of things on my mind, lot of things stressing me out … but it doesn’t excuse how messy things were. I could have handled it better, for sure.”

In the kitchen, Kyle and Ben are chatting about last night. “I heard you come down,” Ben says, “and Jared was yelling at you.”

“I wasn’t unaware of the fact that I had made a mess,” Kyle explains about spilling pipe tobacco on the deck. “Before I even had the opportunity to try and tidy it up, he was on my ass.”

“F*cking weirdo,” Ben sighs.

A minute later, Captain Kerry radios for Kyle to come to the bridge. Uh oh. Here we go. Jared knows he’s next.

“There was a lot going on last night that I didn’t see,” Kerry interviews. “What I did see was two guys talking loudly in the crew mess. To me, it seemed like Kyle was trying to de-escalate the situation. Jared has a history of getting drunk. I understand he’s going through sh*t, but I don’t have time for it.”

Captain’s inquisition

Below Deck Season 11, Episode 7 recap

When Kyle arrives on the bridge, Kerry tells him, “I need you to be honest with me and not hold anything back. I want to know the facts of the evening. What happened?”

“So Jared … I’d left a mess upstairs, right,” Kyle explains. “But we were all drinking. Give me a chance to get up in the morning and correct my wrong.”

Next up is Barbie, who says, “My roomie … whatever … left my room, so Kyle was just, ‘F*ck it, I’ll just bunk with you.’ Me and Kyle are super good friends, so I had no problem at all with it.”

Back to Kyle, who says, “Jared then … stormed into Barbie’s room.”

“He didn’t knock,” Barbie says.

“At any point, did you feel threatened?” Cap asks Barbie.

“It wasn’t directed towards me, so I didn’t feel threatened,” she says.

“Was there threatening behavior directed toward you?” the captain asks Kyle.

“Slightly,” Kyle responds. “More of an angry, demeaning manner. He was angrier than what he needed to be.”

“Was he pounding drinks last night?” Kerry asks.

“Alcohol was involved,” Barbie says.

“We all had a fair bit to drink,” Kyle admits. “I’m not throwing anybody under the bus.”

“I think it was more like a personal thing, you know what I mean?” Barbie observes. “He was mad that Kyle was in my room.” Hmm, I hadn’t thought of that angle. Could be true.

Jared’s not in the right head space

Below Deck Season 11, Episode 7

“I’m quickly running out of options with Jared,” Kerry says in a confessional. “He’s made quite a few f*ck-ups … He’s made several mistakes in docking. And the alcohol doesn’t help at all … My primary responsibility is the safety of the vessel and the crew, and this guy is really creating a problem for me.”

Finally, it’s Jared’s turn. “[Last night] I had a discussion with you and the rest of the crew about having a great night but not getting absolutely f*cking hammered,” Cap says. “This is the second time you’ve gone on the piss [and] you’ve had bad behavior. You’re in a leadership role. You can’t be acting like that … it’s not acceptable.”

“I’ve tried to guide you,” Kerry continues. “I’ve shown compassion. But you’ve got sh*t going on, mate. You’re your own worst enemy right now. You need to depart the vessel.”

“I’m gettin’ the boot?” Jared asks, shocked.

“Yes,” the captain says. “You’ve got a lot going for you. You work hard, but your head’s not there, mate.”

“This ain’t the right place for me [right now],” Jared admits.

“Exactly,” agrees the captain. “And I don’t blame you for that. Take this time and work on yourself. Me keeping you here is a disservice to you.”

“Okay, I respect that,” Jared concedes.

“Pack up your cabin and say goodbye to your crewmates,” Kerry tells him. And they part with a handshake.

“I know sending him home is not gonna be easy for the rest of the crew in the short term,” Kerry confesses. “But long term, this is the right decision. When someone’s distressed, or they’re acting out in a way that’s not fair to their crewmates … or not safe, they’ve gotta go.”

Ben gets a promotion

Below Deck Season 11, Episode 7 recap

Captain Kerry calls Ben to the bridge. “What’s going on?” he asks, sitting down.

“A couple of things,” Kerry says. “Jared’s leaving, and we’re gonna be down a crew member … If I leave this dock with a person down, can you handle … being the bosun on the boat?”

“Hundred percent,” Ben says. “I can do it, Cap.”

“Ben’s a natural choice,” Cap interviews. “Ben knows the boat, he knows what needs to happen … but now he’s gotta lead. He’s gotta make decisions that he may not agree with ‘cause I’ve said so.”

“Damn right, I’ll accept the position of bosun,” Ben says in a confessional. “Finally, I’m able to show Kerry what I can do. I know I can do this job. Let’s go.”

The captain reminds him that he’s in management now, and his interactions with his crew need to change. “The division of friends and leader … needs to be a clear line,” he says.

But this means you’ll have to stop fooling around with Sunny, Ben. She works for you, and it’s not appropriate.

As he’s packing, Jared confesses, “I thought I was in a good head space coming into this. I’m really not. As much as I would like to be, I’m just lying to myself. Although the situation sucks, I actually do feel a little bit lighter.”

Once Jared is gone, Captain Kerry gathers the crew in the Sky Lounge for a meeting. Since the deck team’s down a person, Cap says he’ll be helping out even more than he does now. While I appreciate the closed captioning this show usually provides for Kyle, I actually have more difficulty with Kerry’s accent. He kind of mumbles and runs his words together. I love Kerry, but damn, he’s hard to understand sometimes.

Cat melts down

Below Deck Season 11, Episode 7

Cat gets a hysterical phone call from her friend Megan. Cat removes her mic pack and takes the phone into the bathroom for privacy.

“So I got a call from my friend Megan,” Cat interviews. “My friends are my family. So, it feels really sh*tty not being able to be there for her.” Cat is so upset that she goes to bed crying and is still wiping away tears the next morning.

Barbie’s in the crew mess when Cat walks in and says, “I’m f*cking done, dude. I’m over this sh*t.”

“Do you want to talk?” Barbie asks.

“No,” Cat runs sobbing back to her cabin.

Barbie asks Fraser, “Is Cat okay? She’s crying again.”

“Again?” Fraser says. “Something’s really wrong with her. I’m worried.” He goes to check on her. When she doesn’t respond to his knock, he opens the door gently. “Are you okay, my love?”

“No, this is not good,” she sobs. “I really wanna push through for you guys, [but] I’m just losing my mind right now.”

“I’d rather you put your … mental health [first], and we get you the help you need,” Fraser says. “Is that something you’d like me to arrange for you?”

“I feel like I might need to do that,” she admits. “I’m really sorry.”

“Don’t be sorry, you’re fine,” he says, hugging her.

“I don’t know what’s going on,” Fraser says in a confessional. “But you can look into someone’s eyes sometimes and see that there is no more that they can give … I need to do what’s right for her.”

To Cat, he says, “You’ve been amazing. Listen, if you just get all your stuff together, we’re gonna make this happen, all right?”

Captain Kerry makes the right call

Below Deck Season 11, Episode 7 recap

Fraser’s next stop is Captain Kerry. “I don’t think Cat can make it to the end of this trip,” he says. “She’s in tears. She doesn’t want to disclose any information, [but] I asked her, was it something you need to deal with immediately, and the answer was yes.”

“All right,” Kerry responds. “Thanks for bringing that to my attention. That worries me.”

“Same,” Fraser agrees.

“I’m really worried about Cat’s mental state right now,” Kerry interviews. “For him to come to me and say, ‘She’s ready to go,’ she’s gotta go.”

“It could be something horrific, or it could just be something not,” Fraser continues. “We need to give her the benefit of the doubt.”

“Well, to her, it’s horrific,” Kerry says. “My focus is what it’s doing to her.”

When Fraser leaves, Kerry calls a water taxi, saying he has a crew member who “needs to get off the vessel.” Then he tells Ben to drop anchor so they can get someone off the boat.

Captain knocks on Cat’s door and asks if she needs a hand. “Maybe with the suitcase,” she says, apologizing again. So he carries her suitcase, something I’ve never seen any other captain do. Sweet.

“My number one job is to take care of my crew and their health,” Kerry interviews. “She’s gotta go.”

Full circus mode

Below Deck Season 11, Episode 7

Captain radios the crew to the aft deck to say goodbye while the guests are confused about what’s going on.

“I wish I could have stayed,” Cat interviews, with a smile on her face, obviously already happier. “But the thing is, like, there’s no way that I could have … I need to be with the people that need me … I need to protect my own mental health. My support system’s at home, not here.”

Back on the boat, Kerry is stressing. “Being one person down was going to be hard for us,” he says in a confessional. “Two people down? [deep, heavy sigh] I’ve been in tough situations before, but this is one of the toughest. Regardless of her personal issues, the guests deserve seven-star service. So, am I concerned? Yes, I am. We could all be in trouble.”

“We’re a stew down and a deck crew down,” Ben observes. “[We’re in] full circus mode.”

Below Dec k continues Mondays at 9/8c on Bravo.

Teen mom family reunion season 3 episode 1 recap: most shocking moments.

Teen Mom Family Reunion season 3 kicked off with alcohol, relationship drama, distant connections coming to light, and a welcome party to wrap it up.

  • Cheyenne and Jade cohosted the Colombian trip for a fresh vibe, but drama still ensued among the cast.
  • Cory's drinking causes tension with his girlfriend, while Tyler jokes about his OnlyFans success on the trip.
  • Jade and Sean prepare for their over-budget wedding as Maci and Taylor acknowledge their distant connection.

Teen Mom Family Reunion season 3, episode 1 premiered Wednesday, March 13, with the parents having fun in Cartegena, Colombia, where they made the most of their time away from the kids - perhaps a little too much. Cheyenne Floyd and Jade Cline call themselves the " cohosts " of the trip and selected the destination for a " new vibe " and " new energy. " The drama didn't fall short, with Cory Wharton bringing the party (and the alcohol) to the dismay of his girlfriend, Taylor Selfridge. Once the cast loosened up, they grilled Tyler Baltierra about his OnlyFans and learned some surprising secrets.

Teen Mom Family Reunion season 1 featured only the Teen Mom cast, while Teen Mom Family Reunion season 2 welcomed the moms and their mothers. Teen Mom Family Reunion season 3 brings the ladies and their partners together to reconnect in a warm climate with beaches and tropical drinks. Cheyenne mentions that " everyone " is invited on the trip, though she doesn't specify her guests. Meanwhile, Jade says, " This [decision] could make or break anyone here. " Jade wasn't kidding because, within minutes of landing, the first day of drama proved the weather wasn't the only thing sizzling on this international vacation.

Cory's Drinking Bothers Taylor

Cory and Taylor arrived at the hotel late because Cory requested their driver stop at the liquor store. In Taylor's confessional, she admitted to Cory's drinking being a redundant red flag in their relationship. Once Cory and Taylor greeted the cast and opened the bottle, Cory ended up overserving himself, causing an argument with Taylor that concluded with his girlfriend locking herself in the bathroom and Cheyenne checking in for support. Cory eventually apologized to Taylor and attempted to have a deep conversation with his girlfriend about their relationship, but Taylor refused to speak to Cory while he was intoxicated.

Catelyn Reveals She's Tyler's OnlyFans Manager

Tyler joined OnlyFans in July 2023 after his wife, Catelynn Lowell, pitched the idea. Catelynn admitted she's the " one who created it, runs it, and messages people back. " During the episode, Tyler joked with the cast that Catelynn is his " wife-ager and pimp. " Tyler's page appears successful since he and Catelynn state in the episode that Tyler's racy photos are about to " buy them a brand-new pool. " Catelynn predominantly showcases content Tyler personally sends her, devoid of any videos or sexual content. The profile serves merely as a means for Catelynn to share snapshots of her husband with their followers.

Cheyenne and Jade clarified once everyone left Colombia, the cast was heading to Jade and Sean Austin's wedding. During this couple's trip - with a life coach on deck - Sean admitted wanting to learn how to take some responsibilities off his wife-to-be's shoulders, which Jade greatly appreciated. Jade confessed to Cheyenne later in the episode that she and Sean's wedding was over budget by " at least $45,000. " Jade also admitted she and Sean felt " stressed " by the situation but hopes her new real estate license can foot the bill - since her first house listing is on the market.

Maci And Taylor Acknowledge Their Distant Connection

While speaking with the group about the duration they've been married, Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney, who've been married for seven years, admitted to developing a distant connection. In a confessional, Taylor expressed that the couple has kids of various ages who attend different activities, sports, and schools, which puts his and Maci's intimacy on the back burner. Taylor confessed, " You put so much time into your kids that this part gets pushed to the side. " He added that while being away from the kids is a tough transition, this Teen Mom Family Reunion vacation " is definitely much needed. "

" You put so much time into your kids that this part gets pushed to the side. "

Cheyenne And Zach Host a Welcome Party

Cheyenne and her husband, Zach Davis , hosted a " Colombian-themed pool party " for her guests to have " fun" at the end of day one. The couples toast their first night in Colombia, and Cheyenne implies she hopes her friends and fellow castmates find healing from the trip, whatever those feelings entail. Cheyenne announced " special guests " she and Zach had invited, which left the group guessing until Colombian dancers appeared to live up the vibe. Everyone danced the night away, and the Teen Mom Family Reunion season 3, episode 1, concluded with a final surprise - the next set of couples arrived.

‘Below Deck’ Sails Into a New Era

With a different captain at the helm and new production elements, the reality show about charter yachts is switching up its style.

A man in a crew member suit stands behind a bar and tends to flowers in a vase.

By Shivani Gonzalez

Starting a new season of “ Below Deck ” can be similar to returning to summer camp as a kid — you know it’s going to be fun and that you’ll be in the same environment, but some of the people will be different and you’re not quite sure what the vibes will be.

This time around, in particular, feels that way because for the first time in the show’s 11-season run, Captain Lee Rosbach is no longer at the helm. It’s a pivotal moment for a franchise that has become one of the most popular entities in the sprawling universe of reality TV since premiering on Bravo in 2013 . The show’s appeal was built on endless romances between various crew members (“boatmances,” as they came to be known), horrible charter guests and some sort of passive-aggressive fight about how many shackles of the anchor chain should be in the water. And there was always Rosbach presiding over the drama as he trudged around the boat, reeling off one liners like “I’m madder than a pissed-on chicken” and “we screwed the pooch so many times we should have a litter of puppies running around.”

At the center of the show now is Kerry Titheradge (the stern yet goofy captain of “Below Deck Adventure” fame), who is managing the Motor Yacht Saint David with the cheeky chief stew Fraser Olender by his side.

With that change in captain, the energy on the boat — both onscreen and off — is different, according to Olender.

“I feel like Kerry this season, as opposed to Lee, has a no B.S. attitude, which I love with him,” Olender said in an interview. “With Kerry, he taught me a lot and sort of forced to me confront issues directly with my team, work them out, as opposed to making executive decisions too soon.”

This shift in management style changes the central conflict — whereas the drama once focused on the captain swiftly kicking out any unpleasant crew member (as we might have seen with Rosbach), the drama now focuses on the whole crew trying to get along (since Titheradge gives people those second chances).

Additionally, Olender noted that the captain’s relationship with the crew can also affect the drama on board.

“Captains absolutely do get involved, whether they know it or not,” Olender said, adding that for the crew, everything is about “trying to impress your captain.”

This phenomenon plays out early in the new season when the lead deckhand, Ben Willoughby, called out a fellow crew member over the radios about not wearing a life vest — something he easily could have done in private. The drama that followed became an interpersonal conflict between the two of them, both with the ultimate goal of impressing Titheradge. (Of course, the two deckhands had kissed on the previous crew night out, which is more in line with the “Below Deck” drama viewers are used to.)

For “Below Deck” showrunners, the changeovers in the cast allowed them to rethink what the show would look like.

From the season premiere, it was immediately apparent that Rosbach’s absence wasn’t the only change this season: The filming is sleeker, the daily, multicourse meals prepared by the chef are given their own glamour shots and the cameras sometimes cut to the perspectives of yachties running around on deck and through the galley.

“Our showrunner, Lauren Simms, is an avid consumer of all different kinds of media,” Noah Samton, a senior vice president of unscripted current production for NBCUniversal, said in an interview. “She pitches us different ideas on how to stylistically evoke different feelings and change the mood a little bit of ‘Below Deck’ without removing what really works.”

Moving through the rest of the season, and potentially through seasons to come, Olender is aiming to bring a cutthroat management style while also bringing affection for his stews, all with his signature British humor.

On Bravo’s side, there are changes in the works for the other “Below Deck” spinoffs — including “Sailing Yacht,” “Mediterranean” and “Down Under” — which collectively, have 26 seasons. Specifically, Samton said that “Down Under” is currently filming and that even though fans should be ready to see new things, the show will stay true to its original concept.

“These are real yachties doing a real job so you have to stay within those confines because the audience isn’t going to want anything that is too produced or fake,” Samton said. “So we have to find ways to reinvent while staying true to the original concept of the show.”

And as Olender said: “I’m sure that every year if I were to work with this franchise again, that I’ll be thrown a collection of total chaotic and disastrous stews — that’s what makes it watchable.”
