Intermarine 24m

The Intermarine 24m is a new classification of luxury yacht. Challenging pre-conceived notions, Intermarine has worked alongside designer Luiz de Basto to bring a new interpretation to the yard's 'family feeling' design on the 95 foot model with great success.

The Intermarine 24m is characterised by smooth, elegant lines along its length, which serve to highlight the large windows and curved glass band on hull side. Luiz de Basto's prowess is in the artform and manipulation of glass, and the Intermarine 24m is a successful example of this implemented on a smaller yacht than usual with great effect.

The glass serves not only to give a contemporary and modern feel to this yacht, but also gives the effect of amplified volume and length of a much larger superyacht. 

Also not typical of a yacht of this size is the large swim platform and exclusive beach club, composed of two side decks which open up when the boat is at anchor. This is a feature first introduced on the 62' model but expanded upon here due to its resounding popularity. 

The main deck also features a large balcony starboard which can be activated at the push of a button, for ultimate privacy and proximity to the sea.

Despite her classic, 1930s inspired, lines various 21st century innovations have been incorporated. Stylish, adventurous and light-spirited, that’s what the Livingstone is about. The classic Livingstone 24 has a unique decor featuring a retro and vintage feel but looking closer she is clearly a contemporary yacht with a distinctive character, inspired by the classic gentleman’s yachts of the 1930’s mixed with Dutch Design, characterized as minimalist and innovative.

The 2006 Sea Sport 2400 Explorer says it does everything on the water – and she delivers! Local fishing, offshore fishing, overnighting, extended trips away, cabin commuter, island commuter, work boat, water sports.

The versatility of this vessel is unmatched in the 24 foot market. Built with the highest quality materials and locally made to understand what we west coast boaters want and need in a vessel.

Built on a deep V hull design with reliable Volvo power, and updated Raymarine electronics. This vessel comes equipped with everything needed to meet your boating demands and is ready to set course today.

Only 242 hours on the Volvo fresh water cooled 5.7L GX engine with 280hp and a Volvo SX Duo prop. Manifolds / risers done (2017) – new batteries (2017). Off the stern is a (2017) long shaft Yamaha 9.9 Four stroke kicker with power trim and electric tilt.

120g of fuel offers a range not normally seen in a 24 foot boat. Allowing you to reach the exclusive anchorages such as Princess Louisa Inlet and Desolation sound.

Inside and outside helms with Raymarine C80 radar / plotter and a Raymarine Dragonfly plotter/ fishfinder. The outside helm has controls for both engines and hydraulic steering. You are not far from the fish or rods while at the helm.

There is a large hard top with room for storage of kayaks, a tender, and gear. The cabin has a nice sized V berth, a convertible port side dinette, and an enclosed head with a shower and new Jabsco manual pump toilet and macerator. Hot water, Princess butane burner.

She is a sight for the eyes with great lines and shows as hardly used. There are no marks on the gel coat- and is dry stored at Lions Bay Marina.

Having been used mostly as a commuter from West Van to Gambier Island there is a lot of good times yet to be had on this Explorer.

History of sessa marine.

The birth and the history of Italian excellence in the yacht world: Sessa Marine company. Dynamism and innovation, design and technology, style and quality: these are the exclusive features.

The history of Sessa Marine is a perfect example of the Italian entrepreneurial culture, where entrepreneurship and technological approach allowed the company to achieve excellence. Recognized for features such as dynamism and innovation, Sessa Marine conceives and realizes exclusive boats that combine design and technology, quality and style, without ever losing sight of its ultimate goal: producing "emotions" to anyone owning a Sessa Marine Yacht.

Since the beginning

Sessa was founded in 1958 and the company was one of the first industry in Italy for the production of fenolic and poliester resin.

In 1968 the company enters into the marine industry with the first participation at the Genoa bot show and the beginning of a production diversification for the reinforced plastics.

The 70s years marked the production of small boats in Sessa Aurunca (South of Italy) factory and the construction of a new small shipyard in Cinisello Balsamo (North of Italy).

In 1972 the factory in Arcone near Milan was purchased and in 1973 , Sessa is the first Italian company to install the new Piaggio jets and to build the first small inboard jet units.

In 1986 the company moved from Arcore to Lesmo (Milan) and two days later the boat production was transferred to the province of Bergamo, thanks to the acquisition of Fyberstamp.

At this time, Fyberstamp was building boats wellknown all over the world like Riva and Ferretti.

It is from this moment that the production of the new range of boats begins and the brand turn decisively towards new horizons and bigger market objectives. It begins to build larger boats and starts to dedicate space to marketing activities and to product’s improvement.

Historical models from the 80s such as Mambo, Samba and Sunshine have been replaced by the new Key Largo, Oyster and Key West ranges.

In 1992 Fyberstamp merged with Sessa, founding Sessa Marine Spa , the company that we know nowadays. Lesmo plant closed in order to concentrate all the efforts to Cividate Shipyard that was modernized and increased in size in 1999 with the development of moulding and assembly department.

Around the world

In 2006 Sessa America branch in Florida is opened.

In 2008 with the launch of the new flagship C68 Sessa Marine enters the Yachts market of over 20 mt. C68 was also awarded in France as the “best boat design under 70 feet”.

In 2009 The model KEY LARGO 36 was awarded the title “Boat of the year 2009” from the magazine Motor Boating USA.

In 2010 The shipyard launched the first sport “Fly bridge” that will change the concept of its category.

In 2011 Sessa Brasil was founded with a new production plant in South America.

In 2015 Sessa Marine becoming Sessa International Srl.

In 2017 A new generation concept  is presented in world premiere, the new flagship Fly68 Gullwing.

In 2018 Some new models of Key Largo, Cruiser and Yacht range have been presented with new wide side windows that characterize the unique style and signature of the brand.

In 2020 the newflagship of the Key Largo range is presented: Key Largo 40.

In 2023 , a group of entrepreneurs, who are already owners of the Sessa Marine production line in Brazil, acquires 100% of the shares of Sessa Marine International, initiating a new era for the brand.

With a global focus and two factories operating in sync in Brazil and Italy, the goal is to continue producing with excellence, combining high expertise, technical capacity, and aesthetic appreciation, in order to maintain the essential value of the unmistakable “Made in Italy” style.

Sessa Marine considers each reached goal a starting point and not an arrival ones, with a view to do always better.

Our philosophy is simple and linear since 60 years :

The company was one of the first in Italy to use plastics for industrial use in various industries.

The company leds into the marine industry by attending the first Boat Show in Genova.

The YACHT model was invented in the late ’60s and early ’70s when Renzo Rossetti, founder of the Milanese company interpreting the period’s sense of freedom, created the first “sockless” shoe: the presence of a terry lining rather than a leather lining made it fresh, lightweight and perfect for summer and for a more relaxed style. There is varied menu: raw bar with good sea-urchins, hot and cold starters, main dishes and desserts. Good cocktails and wine card. There is a big terrace. This club is located near the water (it’s obvious:) ), but the view is a partly industrial -... there is construction on the opposite bank and this ruins the view. This restaurant is spacious and it suits for different events. More
