• Cancellations due to weather or safety concerns made by our Captains will get rescheduled based on mutual availability or full refund.
• Holiday Cancellations:  Are non-refundable one month prior.
• 14 day cancellation notice is required for full refund. Any notice less than 14 days will result in a 50% refund. Less than 48 hrs- zero refund.

Blue Warrior does not provide on-board food. We do provide bottled water. Guests are welcome to bring additional food, drinks, and alcohol aboard the boat.

Can we swim?

Yes! Swimming and snorkeling are popular activities among guests that charter the Blue Warrior. Please be sure to bring a swimsuit , sunscreen and towel. We provide snorkeling gear for guests.

Are there any particular items we should remember to bring aboard the Blue Warrior?

Remember your swimsuit, sunscreen, towel, camera and a sweater or light jacket. At Blue Warrior Cruises, we encourage you to bring a cooler if you’re planning on bringing alcoholic beverages.

Is there a bathroom on board?

Does the Blue Warrior Cruises stop at any locations?

We do not drop anchor at any public /state run areas such as Vikingsholm/Emerald Bay. If requested ahead, we can arrange to stop at a number of private marinas such as the Beacon/Camp Richardson, Chamber’s Landing and Sunnyside.

Is there a stereo on board? Can we bring music?

Yes. Please feel free to bring music. The Blue Warrior and Great Scott stereo systems can accommodate most MP3 players and smartphones.

What is your payment policy?

Full payment is required at time of booking. Your credit card will be charged for your charter. Reservations are processed by FareHarbor.

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations due to weather safety made by the Captain will receive a full refund, or we will attempt to reschedule you based on your and our availability.

All cancellations made by us will receive a full refund.

Holiday Cancellations: 4th of July and Labor Day Firework shows are non-refundable. Memorial Day Weekend, Week of 4th of July, and Labor Day Weekend cancellations are non-refundable one month prior.

You must request to cancel your cruise at least 14 days in advance to receive a 100% refund. 7-13 days of advance notice will receive 50% refund. Zero refund is given for cancellations with less than seven days notice. Please allow seven business days for all refund processing.

I can’t say enough great things about this experience! My boyfriend and I booked a 2 hour Sunset Cruise while visiting Lake Tahoe in the fall of 2020. This was our favorite part of our trip! I didn’t want to rent a boat and have the hassle of driving it, tubing safely or parking it when I have little experience powering a boat myself, we decided to rent the boat with a captain and it was great! He tells you a little about the history of the lake where you sightsee, and does whatever you want. We went tubing, we jumped in the lake to swim, we picnicked, played music, etc. all without a worry… I would highly recommend for at least a special occasion. I have 2 littles under the age of 4 (I brought their life jackets to wear the whole time), and they surprisingly loved it!

Best part of our Tahoe trip

Had such an amazing time on our boat ride. Went with our family and another and everyone agreed it was the highlight of the trip. Our captain made this day what it was. Super friendly, helpful and offered superior guidance to help maximize our day. The boat was nice and clean and had all the toys that the kids and adults wanted… tubing, wakeboarding, etc. Staff was always responsive when reserving and leading up to our trip.

The boat was so luxurious (it even had a bathroom on board!) and they got literally every single thing on our itinerary done for us! ESPECIALLY during this Covid time the fact that the boat was so clean and private was absolutely perfect! Could not recommend this experience enough!!!

Great morning and lots of fun for 5 of us on the lake with our Captain. Waterskiing, tubing and sight seeing. Everything was professional and high quality from the booking to the checking in to the actual lake experience. The Captain let us know this was ‘our time’ and we could spend as long or as little on whatever activity. He was very patient and informative, and ensured our safety at all times. Highly recommend as a great way to enjoy the lake.

Have a small group rent the commodore’s salon.

Instead of renting the whole ship you may wish to rent The Commodore’s Salon for your boat ride around Lake Tahoe. The Salon sits on the top deck of the Tahoe Gal and is segregated from the wheelhouse of the ship by a large glass window. You may choose to watch the Captain run the ship through the window, or the window can be draped for privacy.

The Salon is 13 feet wide and 18 feet long and can comfortably accommodate private parties up to 30 people.

The Commodore’s Salon affords the opportunity to have a small private party on one of our regular cruises, without having to rent the entire ship.

Some ideas for the use of the Salon are:

• Christenings
• Business meetings

The Salon is for your pleasure exclusively. If you wish, you can have access to the rest of the ship to enjoy with the other guests!

The entire ship is air-conditioned and heated.
