B Happy offers guest accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising three double cabins and one twin cabin. There are 5 beds in total, including 2 king, 1 queen and 2 singles. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Keeping comfortable and entertained on B Happy is easy thanks to the available amenities including a deck jacuzzi, perfect to enjoy the scenery with your favourite drink in hand.

Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you including Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. Guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.

Performance & Range

Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 21 knots.

Set against the backdrop of your chosen cruising ground, you and your guests can enjoy fun on the water with the collection of water toys and accessories aboard B Happy. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. Also there are towable toys offering fun and adventure. Although he has no brothers or sisters, he comes from a very large family with lots of cousins who loved to spend family vacations at the beach. Having worked on both yachts and commercial vessels for the last 13 years, Captain Luke has excellent knowledge of every aspect of a boat. He was previously Chief Officer on 145’ AT LAST before obtaining his role as Captain. He is keen on keeping the vessel immaculate for the comfort of every guest who steps on board. As an avid photographer and videographer, Captain Luke has the ability to freeze time, capturing with his lens, some of the most special moments spent on board. After previously stepping away from yachting to study to become a Deck Officer on container vessels, Captain Luke ultimately made his return to what he loves and hasn’t looked back since. She has a passion for creating unforgettable, unique experiences and yachting is the best way to fulfill this desire. Prior to entering the industry, Kendra worked in a variety of restaurants and bars from high-end to mom-and-pop since she was 15 years old. Some of her favorite cuisines to cook are Mexican, Asian fusion, sushi, light lunches, and southern food. She also loves cooking vegan dishes, especially vegan desserts. A perfect champagne and mimosa toast to kick off our week and Salute to the beautiful B HAPPY accommodations as well as our hosts The Hatherly’s. <br /> <br /> Viewing this yacht from near and far, but love how EVERYTHING has a place! Safety information was shared and we always felt safe under Captain Luke. Being able to unpack for the week in cabins and settle in. Regardless of small twin beds we were quite cozy and comfortable. This boat is charming and well cared for. <br /> <br /> Very, very quickly we realized what a delight mealtime would be as we enjoyed the freshest and unique ingredients, creative menus and magnificent presentations by Kendra!<br /> Amazed time and time again! Special accommodations were always welcomed. Our time around the table was a spectacular experience and perfect for sharing stories. Truly my love of “it’s in the details” magically happened in so many areas of B HAPPY! Loved the logo carefully branding items in so many perfect ways especially our crew matching personal shirt and cap. Magic always happening behind the scenes including the surprise tidiness of our cabins. Keri was a gem and always a few steps ahead of what we might be thinking. And a personal favorite was the on point vibe of place-settings and table presentation, coffee table decor, coasters, unique serving trays and crafted beverages making each meal and canapé a treat!<br /> <br /> We had private evening time enjoying games which was a magical time on B HAPPY! <br /> <br /> B Happy crew made memories for us off the boat too! Boarding is from the Swim Platform or the Aft Deck side boarding gates. The spacious Aft Deck has both fixed and loose seating options. Molded stairs lead to the Boat Deck. A sliding door leads to the Salon with an intimate seating group to port and a popup TV to port forward.

Further forward is a six place dining table and stairs up to the Skylounge or below to the cabins. Next forward is the large Country Kitchen Galley with a built in dinette and Day Head.

Two cabins for the crew are forward. The main accommodation steps lead to a large Master Cabin aft with His and Her Heads separated by a large/tub shower. 

Forward is king size VIP Cabin. Between are twin cabins, all en suite.

The Skylounge has a built in settee, desk and of course the Pilothouse.

The Boat Deck next aft has a hot tub and an area for loose seating.

Entered via a sliding dark glass door the Salon has a very bright and airy feeling due to the large side windows, lighter nut color satin finished cherry joinery with Lacewood trim and no bulkheads forward till the Galley.

Immediately to port upon entering is an intimate seating group consisting of two upholstered sofas, a matching chair and a large coffee table with a marble top and storage below. At each corner of the outboard sofa is a round coffee table with a Lacewood top and a table lamp above. All the way aft is a lit art niche with A/C cabinet below. At the forward end of the inboard couch is another storage cabinet and or facing the Dining area is a low back cabinet that separates the Salon and Dining areas. Within is a popup 40” Samsung 4K UHD TV (new 2017).

To starboard when entering the Salon is a four door curved cabinet containing the entertainment system. It consists of a Yamaha AV receiver, a Sony Blue Ray player, a new Direct TV HD Sat TV receiver and a Miles Audio speaker selector box. Below is room for a large library of DVD’s and Blue Ray discs.

Next forward is a bank of 12 storage cabinets with a curved center section with attractive Lacewood joinery as a horizontal surface.

To both port and starboard are large side windows covered with Roman shades, a curved soffit with rope lighting above, 28 overhead halogen mini spots, soffit type A/C delivery and four stereo speakers. The sole is carpeted and protected by a removable Sunbrella runner.  

+ Dining Salon

The Dining Salon is open to the Main Salon aft but its own separate space via the TV cabinet aft. The ceiling detail mimics the oval table shape.

The dining table seats six to eight in bamboo trimmed chairs and is surrounded by eight cherry cabinets and four drawers that easily accommodate the table settings and accessories. The oval ceiling detail has six dimmable overhead lights. Forward is a marble topped four door cabinet with a perfect place for your prized artwork to hang above. Also in the Dining Salon is a glass front stemware/glass cabinet to starboard plus the stairs to the Skylounge and Accommodation Deck as well as the Day Head. Above are 13 halogen mini spots and two stereo speakers, large side deck windows with Roman shades port and starboard.

The Day Head is ample size. A bow front cherry cabinet has three cabinet doors below and a white China sink set upon an Absolute Black granite countertop. The walls are finished in satin cherry. The toilet is a full size Head Hunter model. The sole is Emperador light marble with an Absolute Black border. The ceiling is mirrored with four lights and an exhaust fan.

The Galley is next forward behind a sliding cherry pocket door.

Down eight curved carpeted steps just aft of the steps to the Skylounge is the Main Accommodations Foyer. At the bottom of the stairs is a curved four door cabinet with an Emperador light marble top. Above is a owners personal artwork with two down lights.

Aft is a cabinet with a GE Spacemaker washer/dryer behind cherry doors. Aft is the twin door entrance to the Master.

Forward are port and starboard matching twin ensuite cabins. All the way forward is the full beam VIP Suite.

All wall vinyl was replaced in 2020 and shows as new. It will never become loose or baggy due to the type of material selected.

+ Master Cabin

Entered via twin arched cherry doors is the Master Suite. Centered on the aft bulkhead is a king size berth with an upholstered headboard set upon a three panel smoked beveled mirrored bulkhead with a small mirrored soffit above.

There are four drawers and rope lighting below the berth. To either side is a Lacewood topped nightstand with a sconce light above. Two dedicated reading lights are on the mirrored soffit above. The berth lifts on gas shocks for ease of storage access.  

On the opposite bulkhead from the berth is a built in Samsung 46” LCD TV with a Sony Blue Ray player (new 2017).

To starboard are two cabinets, one with a digital safe within. Next aft is a double door cedar lined auto lit hanging locker. Next aft is a vanity with a drawer and further forward is a bank of four drawers. Above behind sliding Soji screens, are two large fixed deadlights. Next aft is the door to the port His/Her Head.

To port starting forward is a large two door auto lit cedar hanging locker and a bank of six drawers with two deadlights behind sliding Soji screens. Next aft is the door to the starboard His/Her Head. 

Also in this cabin is a JVC AM/FM/CD stereo, 16 overhead dimmable halogen mini spots, a bound carpeted sole and rope accent lighting.

All wall vinyl was recently replaced. All horizontal countertops are Lacewood.

+ Master His/Her Head

Identical His and Her Heads flank a large Jacuzzi tub/shower with a handheld or wall mounted fixture. Twin glass doors and matching side lights make the area seem very spacious. The tub shower also has two overhead lights and an exhaust fan.

Each Head has the following features:

Bow front vanity with five drawers and three cabinets below, an Emperador dark countertop with an under mount Kohler china sink, three beveled edge mirrored medicine cabinet doors and an additional cherry cabinet. Outboard above the Head Hunter full size toilet is a fixed oval deadlight behind a sliding Sojo screen.

The sole is Emperador light marble with an Emperador dark marble border. The overhead is mirrored with four halogen mini spots. 

+ Starboard Side Guest Cabin

The Starboard Side Guest Cabin is entered via the aft end. Looking forward are two twin beds off the forward bulkhead.

Each berth has two drawers below. Between is a two door, one drawer nightstand. The headboard is upholstered. Above is a mirrored panel with a single sconce light affixed to the mirror. Each berth has a dedicated halogen reading lamp above.

Above the outboard berth are sliding Soji panels with an opening stainless steel porthole. At the foot of the board berth is a cedar lined auto lit hanging locker. 

Also in the cabin is a 15” Sharp LCD TV, a JVC AM/FM/CD player, two speakers and six additional halogen mini spots.

All the way aft is the entrance to the ensuite Guest Head.

All wall vinyl panels were recently replaced.

+ Starboard Guest Head

The Starboard Guest Head has a bow front vanity with two cabinet doors and a drawer below. Above is a Emperador dark marble countertop with a Kohler under mount china sink. Above are two beveled edge mirrored medicine cabinet doors.

The stall shower has a clear glass bi fold door, an opening stainless steel porthole and shade plus a wall mounted or handheld fixture, a marble seat, a light and an exhaust fan. 

+ VIP Cabin

All the way aft is the private VIP Cabin.

Entering from the aft end a king size berth is off the port bulkhead. Below the berth are six drawers and rope lighting in the toe kick. Each side of the berth has a two drawer nightstand with a sconce light above. The berth has an upholstered headboard with sliding Soji screens above concealing two opening stainless steel portholes. A small mirrored soffit area above the berth has two halogen reading lights.

Aft is a two door cedar lined auto lit hanging locker plus a three shelf storage locker.

Forward of the berth in a curved corner cabinet is a Sharp 20” LED TV and an MB Quartz AM/FM/CD/DVD player. Below is a two door curved storage locker.

To starboard is the VIP Head with a bow front vanity with three cabinet doors below and an Absolute Black granite countertop and a Kohler under mount sink. Above are two beveled edge mirrored medicine cabinet doors. The stall shower has a clear glass bi fold door, a handheld or wall mounted fixture, a granite seat, an exhaust fan and light plus a two door storage cabinet.

The toilet is a full size Head Hunter model. Also in the VIP Head is a mirrored overhead with four halogen mini spots and an AC vent. The sole is Emperador light marble with an Absolute Black granite border.

+ Crew Foyer/Lounge

Down six carpeted steps from the Galley is the Crew Area. At the base of the stairs is an L shaped settee and table facing a 16” Sharp Aquos TV and a JVC AM/FM/CD stereo.

Outboard are two storage cabinets and an opening stainless steel porthole with drapes. Inboard is a two door cherry cabinet concealing a GE stacked washer dryer and a full height storage locker. The sole is teak and holly. The Captain’s Cabin is forward and the Crew is to port.

Although he has no brothers or sisters, he comes from a very large family with lots of cousins who loved to spend family vacations at the beach. Having worked on both yachts and commercial vessels for the last 13 years, Captain Luke has excellent knowledge of every aspect of a boat. He was previously Chief Officer on 145’ AT LAST before obtaining his role as Captain. He is keen on keeping the vessel immaculate for the comfort of every guest who steps on board. As an avid photographer and videographer, Captain Luke has the ability to freeze time, capturing with his lens, some of the most special moments spent on board. After previously stepping away from yachting to study to become a Deck Officer on container vessels, Captain Luke ultimately made his return to what he loves and hasn’t looked back since. He is dedicated to providing guests with an exceptional itinerary that is filled with unforgettable experiences. Captain Luke believes in enjoying every moment, which is fitting on board B HAPPY. Spending her childhood in one of the biggest military communities in the world, she has always been around vessels of all sizes and a lover of the ocean. Kendra started yachting about seven years ago as a way to start a fresh new life while taking her service and hospitality skills to the next level. She has a passion for creating unforgettable, unique experiences and yachting is the best way to fulfill this desire. Prior to entering the industry, Kendra worked in a variety of restaurants and bars from high-end to mom-and-pop since she was 15 years old. Some of her favorite cuisines to cook are Mexican, Asian fusion, sushi, light lunches, and southern food. She also loves cooking vegan dishes, especially vegan desserts. Many different fresh salads, a variety of pasta, handmade artisanal bread, and some of the most delicious desserts are a few of Kendra’s staples. Most of the time, you would find Kristin in these mountains, either trail running, hiking, horse riding, or mountain biking. She enjoys being outdoors and active, breathing in fresh air and energy. Since all of her family enjoys the same activities, they are often together sharing adventures. Kristin started yachting soon after leaving high school. It was a natural transition, as she grew up sailing Hobie-cats and traveling. With the desire to work where she could see the world and be active while doing so, yachting was the perfect fit. With Kristin’s years of working in the industry, as well as for Relias Chateaux Restaurant, she has dealt with many high-profile guests, which has only improved her guest service. After spending time near the California coast and enjoying vacations in the Gulf of Mexico, Mitchell knew he wanted to dedicate his life to the water. He pursued his dreams by attending University for Marine Science and later relocated to the Florida Keys to immerse himself in the diving industry. With a desire for new experiences and a fresh perspective, he transitioned to yachting seven years ago. Known for his ´Jack of all trades´ capabilities and a fun-loving, happy-go-lucky personality, Mitchell believes in creating an efficient yet relaxed work environment for himself and his fellow crew members. Favorite B HAPPY moments 3/2023: Greeting at the airport from Luke! And seeing THE COMPANION with Cobus at the pier/dock! SMILES! First view and WITH AWE, the B HAPPY! The welcome pre-boarding area with Kendra and Keri’s happy faces and fresh hand towels awaiting us on board. A perfect champagne and mimosa toast to kick off our week and Salute to the beautiful B HAPPY accommodations as well as our hosts The Hatherly’s. Viewing this yacht from near and far, but love how EVERYTHING has a place! Safety information was shared and we always felt safe under Captain Luke. Being able to unpack for the week in cabins and settle in. Regardless of small twin beds we were quite cozy and comfortable. This boat is charming and well cared for. Very, very quickly we realized what a delight mealtime would be as we enjoyed the freshest and unique ingredients, creative menus and magnificent presentations by Kendra! Amazed time and time again! Special accommodations were always welcomed. Our time around the table was a spectacular experience and perfect for sharing stories. Truly my love of “it’s in the details” magically happened in so many areas of B HAPPY! Loved the logo carefully branding items in so many perfect ways especially our crew matching personal shirt and cap. Magic always happening behind the scenes including the surprise tidiness of our cabins. Keri was a gem and always a few steps ahead of what we might be thinking. And a personal favorite was the on point vibe of place-settings and table presentation, coffee table decor, coasters, unique serving trays and crafted beverages making each meal and canapé a treat! We had private evening time enjoying games which was a magical time on B HAPPY! B Happy crew made memories for us off the boat too! Happy hour on the sand bar and the BEACH set up with the beautiful lunch were highlights! Another special memory was swimming at the reef with turtles and snorkeling. A bonus for the men was surely the duo jet skis. And I TOO was happy to enjoy this thrill. Water toys brought new adventures. While fishing with Cobus the last morning wasn’t considered successful amongst the fishermen, being in the ocean, watching waves and spectacular water colors was the best.

HAPPY is an exquisite 80-foot Mangusta that epitomizes the luxury, style and performance that the Italian marque is famous for. She has had successful charter history with a range of high-class guests while being meticulously looked after and maintained by her crew. 

The yacht's exterior features a striking blue hull wrap (white underneath) which beautifully contrasts with its sleek lines. "Happy" boasts a spacious enclosed deck, providing ample space for indoor/outdoor entertainment underneath its Bimini top and behind removable eisenglass. Mirrored, C-shaped seating for ten, and four hi-lo tables make this social space a favorite hangout, especially at nighttime when the new ambient lighting is turned on. The aft deck offers a spacious lounge area provided by two L-shaped seating areas and two dining tables, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining and relaxation.

Stepping through the custom "Happy" logo glass gates onto the swim deck, you'll be able to enjoy the floating mat, water trampoline, and floating swim deck. Also back here is the garage which houses the 2014 Williams tender (10'7'').

Moving towards the bow, the yacht's sunbeds invite guests to soak up the sun while enjoying breathtaking views of the open ocean. "Happy" also features a retractable sunroof that allows for customizable exposure to the elements, whether you prefer to bask in the sun or seek shade. The yacht's audio system also extends to this bow deck lounging area.

The interior of the yacht is equally impressive with numerous updates over the years. The main salon exudes elegance and causes you to forget for a moment that you are on a 46-knot, high performance yacht. That is, until you see the sea rushing past one of the ten large hull windows that flood the space with natural light and offer panoramic views of the sea. This comfortable seating area features two couches under the hull side windows with new throw pillows, three hi-lo cocktail tables, and a pop-up tv from behind one of the couches. This space is perfect for socializing and taking a break from outside activities. Here you'll also find a fully-equipped open galley with additional bar seating for two at the black stone counter. A day head is also close by with recently added washer/dryer right across.

Accommodating up to seven guests, "Happy" offers three well-appointed cabins, all with new bedding. The master suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a queen-size bed, ample storage on both sides, a starboard side couch and a luxurious ensuite bathroom that is split into a his/hers layout. On the port side you'll find a vanity and a large shower stall, while the starboard side has your bidet and toilet.

The remaining cabins are equally stylish and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat for guests. One features a queen berth with a full ensuite bathroom and in-room entertainment, while the other features the same amenities except with two singles and a pullman. There is also a crew quarters with four berths.

Alfamarine Motor Yacht Happy Life For Sale

The 42.5 metre motor yacht Happy Life has been listed for sale by Bart Kimman at Camper & Nicholsons International .

Happy Life  was built by Italian yard  Cantieri di Fiumicino  to a design by  Andrea Bacigalupo  and was delivered in 2003 as an Alfamarine model and was the first all-aluminium yacht to be MCA coded. Accommodation is for as many as 16 guests in eight cabins including a full beam owner’s suite on the main deck. There are also three double cabins along with two twins, a triple and a single, all with state of the art audio/visual systems and all with en suite bathrooms.

Her saloon and dining area are located on the main deck and on the upper deck there is an observation lounge with a bar, an owner’s study with conferencing facilities, and an al fresco dining area aft. Completing Happy Life ’s tri-deck arrangement is the sun deck, where there is an inviting Jacuzzi spa tub and plenty of space for relaxing.

Happy Life  underwent a refit in 2013 at which time a full service of her main engine and generators was conducted, as well as a lift-out for ABS inspection. Her top speed is 22 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 700 nautical miles at 18 knots with power coming from two 2,775hp MTU 12V4000M90 diesel engines. For added comfort, she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.

Lying in Manila, the Philippines,  Happy Life  is asking $4,200,000.
